Not really an airport hotel as it is quite far away from the airport still. Nice and clean hotel. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel itself (only a vending machine) but there is quite a nice place around the corner (2 mins walk). Rooms are spacious and clean and there is free wifi.

For the price this hotel isnt bad but it comes with a few major problems. First of all in some rooms the Gap between the toilet seat and the wall is so narrow that you can't even use it. Second. The hotel's location can be considered good due to how close it is to the spots that tourists visit but that comes with a LOT of noise throughout the day

A small family Hotel - simple but very good. The room, Breakfast and Service were super fine. The location is great - just over the bridge and you are in the City. We have us felt very comfortable and would book the Hotel again at any time.

Not nearly as bad as some of the 1 star comments say. Room was old but perfectly clean and bathroom worked fine. I ordered a double room and they gave me a single, they disputed this at first and when I showed them the email moved me to the correct room. Lovely management at reception. I stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are well priced , with breakfast as an extra starting from 8 euros. Local shops are around the corner if you need anything. No kettle or microwave in my room, but was not needed from my end. Local tram stop is next door going directly into town, with the river Rhine a few meters away.

A nice little old-fashioned hotel in a happening little neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They are not on site 24/24, though, so checking in after 7 pm or getting an extra pillow at midnight is not possible. I really enjoyed my stay!

War schön bei euch!! Nice small hotel in the best area of Cologne. Positives: nice staff, room newly renovated, bed great (on the harder side, which i like, no pun intended), nice cafe on the ground floor. Only negative: no lift. For me no problem but not great for people with movility problems. All in all a great place to stay and i will recommend it to people visiting the city.

I had a one might stay in here. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Lights in the room is very unevenly distributed and can nit make the brighter in a good way. The cleaning of the bathroom was average. Overall experience was okay. The breakfast was included and was reasonably okay.

Hello, I visited the hotel for 3 days it was okay for the short term stay however staff at reception was quite professional and helpful.

We booked this hotel for a business stay with a group of colleagues. The hotel has a perfect location for the trade show visitors. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. We had a great stay at the hotel and we will come again next year!

Everything was ok! Prices for minibar and sweets were quite normal and rather cheap!

Great hotel for city trips! Small but nice, inexpensive, quiet and yet very close to the old town, opposite there is parking for € 6 per day. Mr. Matner gave us a very warm welcome and even pre-reserved the last free parking space for us with his own car. The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you could need. Very nice hosts. Clean small hotel with good breakfast. Very nice father and son who run the hotel. Helpful in all questions. The only drawback is no parking. If you are lucky you can park at the youth hostel opposite for €10 a day.

The location is excellent. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The underground parking lot is easily accessible. While parking is paid, you can get a small discount if you pay at the hotel. The breakfast is simple but excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

It was OK. Apparently, this is one of the cheapest places in the area. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is OK. The location is good, I think it’s 10 or 15 minutes to all the main attractions. The parking situation is pretty good. Hotel is in a quiet area of Cologne. Very nice inside, seating area to the front outside. The only criticism I have is the bar staff shouldn't argue whether a drink is flat or not, just replace it. I had a great stay at Motel One Köln-Neumarkt. The hotel is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to the city center and right near public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay pleasant and relaxing.

This place is ok and price for the room especially with the location in connection to Christmas markets was excellent. The breakfast situation is pretty terrible. They have one little bar of food and many many people coming down at the same time. We decided on the second day to go out and find breakfast. The room was small but ok for 2 nights. I booked a room on a business trip. Overall it was good, clean and hygienic. The King's Road was not far away and there was free parking nearby.

We booked a room in seventh floor, it was nice. The issue there’s no mini fridge, no enough wore drop, and the service you have to go down to reception to ask for it. It’s considered to be sooo expensive on the value they present $$$.

Excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the church. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The family room was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. Breakfast was delicious, and parking was convenient. We will definitely come back.

The service is great but the cleanliness needs to improves, a shampoo from the previous occupants is still in the bathroom, and the room is pretty old. The worse thing is no aircon as the climate is still considered cold and it's control by a central system so the room is warm and stuffy. Open the window for some cool air but it was so noisy.

The hotel's location wasn't ideal, we realized that upon arrival. However, it was a clean hotel. The amenities weren't extensive, and they sold water for a very high price; it could definitely be cheaper.

Located in the suburbs, it's conveniently located by car, with several multi-story parking garages nearby. However, there aren't many restaurants or shops in the area. The lobby is decent, with a common area where you can sit and chat. Breakfast is rather basic, with limited variety. There aren't many types of ham, but there's plenty of bread and coffee. Dessert options are also scarce.
