I booked this hotel last week, for yesterday, but the hotel is still closed.. I get an email too shortly for arriving the hotel… and to get another one is during more then an hour..:

We had a very pleasant stay for two nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and sized generously. Unfortunately the walls were thin making it easy to hear noise in neighboring rooms and the hallway. Also, parking was limited and we ended up having to park down the road for $8/day.

Very close to train stations. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and had everything in place. But the doors are not noise proof. You will be heard from the corridors. And it was a bit warm inside the room during summer. Other than this everything else was good. Will revisit the hotel again.

i can't say how disappointed i am from this hotel. after my long long flights i end up at the door to see that they're closed and they did't even send me an email so i know before i show up with my heavy luggage

The hotel is horrible, dirty, old, in the soul of the fungus , coating the room 30 years or more, Parking is non-existent in the district and announce that it did not have. To live here - not to respect themselves. No service at all. The stench in the room from procurenet. Does not pull even at a cheap hostel. Short horror. Such filth I have not seen.

We stayed in the apartment. It was terribly dirty and cold. The sheets hair on the toilet washed just the rim. Floors did not wash at all. The Internet was not really to requests and the response was zero. Front Desk work boorish men cleaners is nonsense. No words to describe, all I had to worry! Looking at the photo, it is clear you can see everything!

We had a trip in Düsseldorf for 3 days in this hotel. Everything was good. Staff was very nice and friendly. But rooms are rather small. All in All it was ok.

My review for this hotel is neutral, not happy nor upset. The prices are good and the staff are friendly. Also it is clean. However, this hotel is rated 4-stars but diffenately it is not. It should be rated 3-stars. I did not try the food so I have no idea. The location is OK. The parking lot is too small (it was hard to get in and out) and slightly expensive (I paid €60 for 4 days) .
Regarding the room, The size is OK and it has A/C as well, but the remote control battery was dead and we had to wait to the next day to get new battery. In addition, the A/C was making a noise every 10 or 15 minutes and when I report this to the hotel reception they told me that they can't do anything about it!
The fridge was not cool enough!
