Azure Resort & Spa in Tsilivi-Planos

This hotel is definitely not 5 stars — more like a solid 3 at best.

There were serious cleanliness issues in the room: an uncomfortable shower, mold in the bathroom, and worst of all — we found a large cockroach. Completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming this level.

I reported the cockroach to reception, and they said someone would come to clean the room — but no one ever showed up.

Cleaning was supposedly done daily, but the mirror wasn’t cleaned even once in 7 days.
The food was average — not terrible, but not impressive either.

A nice touch: it was my friend’s birthday, and after I told reception, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and fruit in the room. That was a thoughtful gesture.

The staff were friendly and helpful overall, which is the one real positive.

Would we return? Definitely not.

Clean rooms and friendly personel and this is only good thingI can tell about this hotel. Apart from that, terrible food and drinks and the restaurant looks disgusting. Not enough tables for every guest. A few beach chairs on the pool which is not enough for everybody.

The room was nice, very clean specially at the beginning of the trip. At the end unpleasant smell was coming out from the toiled. Good housekeeping, terrible food, disgusting restaurant with old, torn chairs. Not enough tables for everyone, many times very long queue for the food. Almost every guest was from Poland whose behaviour was rude and below any criticism.
