Great place for stay. Cant complain about food, drinks and reception.
We got a noisy room over delivery garage but after confrontation we got a new, better, bigger, luxury room. Rooms were clean but our friends were visited by cockroach. After this room cleaning service spreaded farmacy. Lunch boxes were same every day, but breakfast waiters didnt have problem when we took something extra from table.

We had a wonderful stary, room (610) was clean and spaciaus, cleaning lady was really kind. The kitchen offered glutenfree bread and the chef showed be which options were safe for me, they even created glutenfree sweets for me. Swimming pools were clean but quite cold (ok in october), multiple places to rest near them. Gym was small but practical. Beautiful beach was located 15 minutes walk away from the hotel and there were multiple taverns, shops on the way. It was quiet and plesand stay.

This hotel is definitely not 5 stars — more like a solid 3 at best.

There were serious cleanliness issues in the room: an uncomfortable shower, mold in the bathroom, and worst of all — we found a large cockroach. Completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming this level.

I reported the cockroach to reception, and they said someone would come to clean the room — but no one ever showed up.

Cleaning was supposedly done daily, but the mirror wasn’t cleaned even once in 7 days.
The food was average — not terrible, but not impressive either.

A nice touch: it was my friend’s birthday, and after I told reception, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and fruit in the room. That was a thoughtful gesture.

The staff were friendly and helpful overall, which is the one real positive.

Would we return? Definitely not.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and perfectly located on a street with all the shops one might need. The food was excellent – there is a wide variety, so guests of all ages will easily find something they enjoy. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool at any time. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were always kind, helpful, and friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

All Hotel is clean and more space... very nice stuff... Animations crew is the Best from itaka alsowe Sopfia from snack bar is best of the best. Resume Hotel its very nice , food is Perfect, drinks alsowe , place in Island for more trip is 100% satysfing. I recomended full. Little minus is for kids now any slide for pool....

I've spent only weekend but it was really wonderfull time. Especially people! Very well trained stuff - English spoken - nice, helpfull. This is not 5 star hotel but really worth the price!

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling, room was amazing, food was delicious and in general the whole resort was very good :) Appreciated the adults only pool a lot, as the other 2 pools were pretty filled with children. The only slight negative (if I was to be really nitpicky) would be that the resort is about 400 meters to the closest beach and about 600+ meters to the actual nice part of the beach. With that being said the resort is basically on the main road of the town so all the shops, bars and restaurants were in very close vicinity.

Our stay at Azure Resort & Spa exceeded all expectations! The vibe in Tsilivi is just amazing, exactly what we were hoping for: lively but friendly, with great restaurants, little shops, and lovely streets for evening walks.

Our kids (7 and 9 years old) absolutely loved it, and we adults had a fantastic time too. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were super nice and helpful. We were really happy with the all-inclusive. Tasty food, plenty of options, nothing to complain about.

Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the hotel or the town. We enjoyed every minute, and if we could, we’d go back in a heartbeat. :)

Hotel located in the Tsivili Town just 4 minutes walk to the Tsivili beach. In hotel there are 3 swimming pool. Many sunbeds available. All inclusive option is very good. Great food and nice staff. Good animation team.
