My stay was amazing first time travelling to a resort like this solo and was incredibly relaxing the room was amazing and the view was brilliant. The bar staff were incredible and really made the evenings memorable the food an entertainment was brilliant. Loved the a la carte options and the view from the upstairs restaurant was amazing at sunset. Overall would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, 19 minutes from the airport. The room was OK. The bathroom was small for our family of four. The buffet restaurant was average, and the food was pretty much the same every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just returned home from a week on our honeymoon. We stayed in an Aqua marine suite with a sea view. Room was spotless, staff very friendly on arrival. Amazing staff, extremely freindly, Always going out of their way to help. Relaxed, unassuming atmosphere. Amazing location, on a nice little beach and yet twenty minutes drive to town. You will need a car or use taxis. Small place which was great for us. Rooms are a little less luxurious than more expensive places but that gave just the right ambience. Excellent breakfast. Lots of options

We have just returned from a very special holiday at Asterion Suites. The staff here are absolutely exceptional & could not do enough for you. Beautifully clean everywhere and amazing rooms. The food was great but could’ve been hotter, which was a bit of a shame as it was presented & cooked beautifully. Immaculate hotel with large spacious rooms. Lovely balcony with a sea view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a’la carte and was delicious. Makes a lovely change from a buffet. Staff were all extremely friendly and always helpful.

This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. The first thing we did during our stay was a little unpleasant, but our Ctrip butler Jin Lei followed up and solved the problem. Thank you very much! Georgia, the front desk clerk at the hotel, also gave us a lot of help and warm service. This vacation ended successfully. Hilton is a good choice.

The AC did not work the first day we were there, not very happy about that. But overall the hotel is amazing.

We spend two special night here. The rooms were well designed, the breakfast was superb, and the service was flawless. Was also very nice to have our own private pool with a view out over the city and lighthouse. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a tranquil break and a chance to recharge.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good...

Great spot ! Would recommend Super sweet staff and reception (very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any request) ! The included breakfast is spectacular and has a lot of choices to pick from the night before ! The highlight was however the impeccable view of all of Chania from our room and sunset ! Very glad we stayed there on our honey moon !

Stayed here for 2 weeks in July. Lovely spacious rooms, great air con, fab shower, room cleaned every day to a high standard. Great pool area on the smaller side, but enough sunbeds, we would get a couple of beds when we came down for breakfast around 10 am. This hotel is rated 5 star but compared to many hotels we have stayed at, this is a 4 star at the most. 5 star price for a 4 star hotel which is frustrating when there other, better options nearby. Clever advertising and photos! Not the best of welcomes as, although booked and paid for a week stay, we were not on their list of arrivals!
