Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. We stayed for a week in a suite with a private pool and loved it. The staff were excellent to a fault, especially the bar staff - couldn't rate them high enough. We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea. Fantastic Holiday from start to finish the most amazing experience, service beyond expectation. Breakfast was varied and very nice every day. Dinners were also especially nice. The pool was beautiful and highly recommend thd bar if you want a drink with a smile from Manos, thank you for your amazing service and coffee with cinnamon. Overall would return with no hesitation.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It is near all the local amenities. There is a supermarket around the corner which I believe is open until late. Many beach side restaurants. Our stay at Insula Alba Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful - the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and truly perfect for a peaceful vacation. The spa experience was exceptional: Dimitris and Emma were both professional, kind, and gave us one of the best treatments we’ve ever had. Everything was flawless, we only wish there were more vegetarian options in the dining selection. Highly recommended!

This hotel is advertised as a 5* but I would say it was more a low 4*, there is only a buffet restaurant and also a alacarte option which you use once throughout your stay, this was very disappointing and the food was much better in the buffet, alacarte it is not. This was a 5 star hotel 25 years ago, now max 3 stars. Overal a bit dirty, old material, just not what we expected. Also i asked a drink at 5h in the morning and this was not possible, so thats not the service you provide as a 5-star in Europe. They need do downgrade this hotel asap.

Food was excellent, great facilities, beach was nice, entertainment was good. Good value for the money.

Rooms were clean. They accommodated my request to have my room and my friend’s room together. Staff was polite and kind. Over all hospital and 5star experience was with Madam Tonia, restaurant manager. Thanks for making my birthday memorable.
