We had a great stay at Apartment Chania in Crete! Every day, the trash was taken out, the floors were cleaned, and everything was tidied up, so the apartment was always clean and welcoming. Towels and bed linens were changed every 2-3 days, which made our stay even more comfortable.

There was a washing machine available for just two euros per load, and the detergent (Ariel) was free. The apartment was very neat and well-equipped.

The hospitality was excellent – on the day we left, we could even store our luggage. The location is central, and even though we had a car, many things were easy to reach on foot.

A big thank you to Katrina and the team for the great service. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Apartment Chania!

The place was great. Everything you needed is there. Just 10 min walking distance to old town. There is also grocery store and restaurants nearby.

I would like to special thank to front desk employee as she helped me a lot with a problem l had. I would really recommend everyone.

We had great stay at apartments Chania. We needed to check in late due to late flight and communication with apartments was very good. Hotel is very close to beach and to bakery/coffee shops, supermarkets and petrol station, as well as to city centre. No problem with parking - which was on street. Ladies working in reception were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally clean apartments. Walking distance to Nea Chora and Chania Limani. Affordable for those on a budget, what you get is a clean apartment that is well laid out and apparently all the apartments and bathrooms have been recently renovated.

The apartment I've stayed in was very good. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and shower.
Location was perfect, lots of supermarkets nearby, very close to the beach and within 10-15 minutes walking to the old harbor.
But you need to be aware of something that of course is out of the control of the owners - the location is very noisy. The building faces a very busy street. There is constant traffic of cars, buses, motorbikes almost 24/7. It is almost impossible to sleep, even with all windows and doors closed.
Also there is a cafe or whatever on the ground floor, and it additionally adds to the noise - loud music can play till 01-02 am. Last night there was a large group of people, sitting, making extreme noise till almost 3 in the morning. You will tell me that sleeping during vacation is overrated, but people get tired and need some rest during the night.

I believe there are modern doors and windows available these days that can, if not block completely, limit significantly the outside noise.

The room is way smaller than in pictures. Pictures are misleading since 7 different apartments are promoted as the same economy room. The bed was ok, but kitchen and bathroom are really outdated.
Bathroom looks like hell. Shower is too small for a normal size person.
The air-con points directly to the bed and we couldn't change settings since batteries of the remote control were low, so we woke up with a cold or freezing everyday.
We ended up booking somewhere else for the last 3 days.
If you book here make sure to find the exact apartment you are staying at.
The only pro is the self check in.

Very clean rooms and high hospitality place with kind hosts.
Good food and coffee bars around there and very close to the beach .

Such a great place to stay! The beach is within 5 mins walking, the busy old town/city center is 17 mins away by foot, the building is safe, the room is in good standard and the hosts are wonderful and helpful. They even helped us rent a car at the cheapest price in town. You have lots of restaurants, atm's and a big supermarket nearby.
Recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Chania.
