Right in old town. Taxi stand right across the street to get to the airport.

Location is great and central but all the rest was horrible. Breakfast was always cold Carpets are dirty Rooms are small and stuffy.We can hear everything outside and from the rooms close by.No blanket just a thin sheet. Beds -the most uncomfortable ever!!! Broken back.Pillows are thin Staff just ok. They answer your question and try to help you out. Would NOT recommend.

You can't beat Olympic for the location, nor for the price. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was fine. Olympic has a pleasant terrace on the top floor, where you can sit and read and watch the planes take off from the nearby HER airport. My only complaint was that the smallness of the bathroom meant no towel racks, only a couple of hooks behind the door.

Really nice hotel, we only stayed one night but had wished we stayed longer. We booked day of and check in was very fast and efficient. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice. Elevator to carry luggage up and down. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options and fresh food.

Nice hotel, clean and a good breakfast. Website is not up to date, the balcony I was shown held a plastic and no room for much else. Also there is no rooftop patio which is noted on the site

Below average
The nice lobby is deceiving. The rooms are very old and mine was very dark (the only windows faced a skylight well). Decently clean but I found a hair in the jam at breakfast (I guess that it can happen but it is the first time that it happens to me, in the more than 30 years in which I have been travelling). It will not be my choice at my next visit at Crete University.

It was a very small room , in photos it looked much more better then in reality. Also, we didn’t like the breakfast. However the location was great. Walking distance to the port and nightlife

The hotel entrance is not easy to find, but the island itself is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere in the city. You can find the entrance by asking. It is very cost-effective and the transportation is also very convenient.

The room was small, the bathroom even smaller. Poor lighting, air-conditioning older than my mother, and the lift tiiiiny.

It was my dad's birthday and we were singing happy birthday, the front staff got super irritated and asked to shut it. Overall poor experience par from the location.
