The room was spotless, with a balcony, a comfortable bed, fresh towels and a great bathroom. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast area had a beautiful view over the harbor.
We only stayed for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer. Once settled in it was a great experience.
The bathroom was a decent size but the shower could have been cleaned a little more and the toilet ran often.
Overall, I'm very happy with my stay and I'm glad I went here for my stay in Heraklion.
The rooms are a little run down and very noisy with the planes flying out of the airport, so bring your earplugs! Overall, it's not bad for a quick stop, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.

Didn't want to complain again after being told that the room is "hot" now...
This was a first and the last stay there. Booked another hotel for my return next week to Heraklion.
Staff was friendly. To reach the 6th floor breakfast room you can go to the 5th by elevator then use the stairs. Not really for handicapped people. Breakfast was OK with a nice view.
Near the city center, the fortress, the bus station, the harbour. The view from the restaurant is amazing.
