Balance Hotel Chania in Chania Town

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Balance Hotel in Chania. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy, the rooms were cleaned every day and the whole place felt very well taken care of.

What truly made our stay special were the people. The staff were so kind and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile. On the day of our departure, we had to leave at 4 a.m. and they had thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us. It was very well filled and such a wonderful gesture that really showed how much they care about their guests.

The hotel is comfortable, spotless and well located, but the people are what make it truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—everything I could ask for. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They went the extra mile all the time, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. We genuinely loved everything about my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We recently stayed at Balance Hotel on our trip to Chania, Crete for 5 days and were amazed with all aspects that this hotel had to offer. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and informative. The staff spoke English and Greek, and made communication extremely easy. They were very knowledgeable about the excursions offered on the island, and gave us great insight which helped us decide which excursion to proceed with.

The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and had a great sized balcony. The rooms offered an abundance of amenities such as access to the mini fridge, beach towel service, a clothing rack to dry out clothes and the television came with Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toothbrush, shower cap were all provided.

The hotel is located within a five minute walk of both the beach, and the old port with a surplus of food and drink options available within walking distance. We didn't rent a car, but never felt the need to as everything was right near us. Should you need to rent a car, parking is offered right beside the hotel.

We can't thank the staff at Balance Hotel enough for a great stay, and we will definitely be returning soon.

This little hotel located at a 10 min walking distance from the old town and close all the points of interest was really enjoyable !

Very comfortable room and helpful staff. We loved our room and the staff were always ready with tips on restaurants and spots to visit. On my birthday we decided to get the breakfast and it was wonderful, everything was made fresh and with local and seasonal products. The location was perfect, 5/10 minutes walking to the old town and 10 minutes driving and you're on the highwayready to go anywhere. Overall, an highlight of the trip.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate, very comfortable and clean. The room includes a coffee machine and a kettle, plus coffee and tea capsules. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. The location is very convenient, very short walking distance to the city center. Car parking adjacent to the hotel. The hotel has bicycles, if you want to travel. I absolutely recommend the hotel to all my acquaintances.

A wonderful hotel with big, nice decorated rooms and bathrooms, with a huge balcony and many amenities. We planned to stay for three days and we stayed for one week! Balance Hotel is a very fine place, with an exquisite decoration, very clean and with a golden hotel manager. She is not only extremely professional and generous but also knows a huge arrange of addresses in Chania and around that made us discover the beauties and fine cuisine in the city and beyond. And the breakfast was just gorgeous and delicious! With fresh fruits and vegetables and many local delicacies, a dream served on your table! Chania is a wonderful place, but staying at Balance hotel made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

This place is superb. We stayed for 6 nights: 1. The rooms are actually nicer than the pictures 2. The manager, Georgia, was amazing - so helpful and gave us lots of brilliant suggestions for sights, bars, restaurants and beaches 3. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, one of the better breakfasts we've had in Crete. Also very filling with a real mix of food - you wouldn't need lunch afterwards! 4. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is super modern 5. Location is superb for all parts of Chania

Amazing new, spotless and quiet hotel, only 9 suites, very impressive and roomy, beautifully decorated, many treats and everything you need to indulge yourself. The room with the huge Jacuzzi is the best! The stuff is very kind and helpful ( thank you Georgina and Marionela for everything! You're the best!), the hotel is in the most perfect location 5 minutes from everthing (Venetian port, old city, beach etc) and have a parking lot which is very rare in the city centre,also offering free bikes, umbrellas, beach towels..looks much better in real life than in pictures...Highly recommended! מלון מושלם ומפנק, חדרים ענקיים ויפהפיים, ניקיון מושלם, מלא פינוקים, חנייה! Everything was perfect from the room which was everyday perfectly cleaned, big and with a wonderful jacuzzi, to the personal which was always kind and helpful for restaurants and beaches to visit. The breakfast is very big and very well priced other than complete and very tasty. Last thing the private parking is very convenient.
