The place is gorgeous and in the best location.
View from the balcony (sea side) is 2nd to non.
But the real gem here is the owner Manos, very pleasant person always eager to help and recommend the best spots on the island.

Highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 5 nights, and it was an amazing experience.
The hotel is insanely central, everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance. We had a view of the old port which was incredible, and the room was clean and looked new and renovated.
Special thank you to Gina and Manos, who made us feel very welcome, with many great local tips on where to go.
We will highly recommend coming here!

We stayed there one night whilst on a road trip but will be back for longer sometime soon. Gena one of the family owners is awesome and very welcoming, although we only had the one night it was like we'd known her for ages, highly recommended. We had the petite room with sea view balcony which overlooked the venetian harbour,jaw dropping view at sunset.

Amazing hotel in the center of the old town. The views of the front rooms are stunning, and the beds are located so, that one can enjoy the view of the sea in the morning. the room was very clean ( they came in to clean every day) and the bed super comfy. The front desk very helpful and always happy to chat and give advice about the area. I asked something about the bus airport and the lady in the front desk took the initiative and called the bus company , and provided us with the time schedule. They also provide free towels and umbrellas for the beach. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip to Chania.

We stayed 3 nights here. The place is in a very good location with amazing views of the old town and parking just outside the hotel. The beds could’ve been better and bigger since we were two people, but is really compensated with the service that they give. The owner helps us and guide us about the activities we could do and the best places to eat, and always was available for anything we need.

Katherin was a wonderful host for our stay at the hotel. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and provided incredible hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, with gorgeous views of the Old Venetian Harbour, and were very clean. We felt very at home. The hotel was very well located for exploring the areas around the harbour and the old city. Manos was generous in sharing his knowledge of the city and the food and had excellent suggestions for both. Everyone that we interacted with at the hotel was kind and helpful -- going above and beyond to make sure that everyone enjoys their visit to their hotel and beautiful city.

Fine hotel, would predict the hotel's downfall though. Solid but simple and tasteless design, great potential, but cheaply constructed. As a guest here for 3 days, was nice. Location is good, rooms are large and pretty, but, not the best quality place. So it being a new place, it was nice, but I would not take the risk of going back in say 5 years out of fear of degradation.

There was construction in the building over at 8:00 to wake you up which was lovely.

Highlight of the hotel is the area. Really, it is a cheap hotel which benefits from the beautiful old town chania environment it exists in.

If the younger people working the front desk read this, you were all great and friendly. Nice to meet you. The manager, is something else, not a lovely presence to say the least. Young people if you’re reading this, I understand and see your frustration with this tyrant.

I am not sure which portion of our stay was the best. The hotel itself is absolutely remarkable and historical. Our hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Their staff was friendly and helpful. BUT their restaurant was so delicious! From their breakfast to dinner and cocktails. The flavors and freshness did not disappoint. MonEs provided us with the best dinner in Chania!

We were really impressed. The service, the food, especially the ambiance, even the acoustics were something special. The price-performance ratio is definitely fair. It’s a place for a special occasion. The service was absolutely great! That's exactly how I imagine service in a restaurant should be. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I have looked at the other reviews. Absolutely not justified. If you are looking for a vegan restaurant then you should do a better search on Google. If you're looking for a quiet ambience and something non-touristy for €30 for food, this is the place for you.
I love fine food, exclusive and not fast food. That's what I got here. If you know about good food, this is the place to come. The rest give unrealistic reviews that meet their standards.

What a hidden gem!! In the middle of everything and about 2 blocks at most from the Harbor. Check in was wonderful and the Receptionist very accommodating and answered all our questions and gave us great tips as well. The rooms were ample enough great pillows, mattress and very very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and they serve very generous portions. Most importantly there is an elevator which is perfect for elderly people like us. Property is so beautiful- don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here!!
