Good location on the bus route to and from the airport. Decent breakfast. Otherwise poor, room is small and was not clean on arrival. Balcony is cramped and too noisy from road traffic to be comfortable even on the 4th floor. Awful view.

Very, very nice, right in the city center, about a 20-minute walk from the pier. There are plenty of restaurants in the city center. The front desk was very nice and answered all my questions. They helped print boarding passes, gave directions, and stored our luggage. Seeing that we were tired, they even checked us in early. The breakfast was also very rich. I had a very positive impression of Heraklion. Our family room had a large balcony and was on a high floor with a fantastic view. The hotel lobby was clean and tidy, and it was comfortable to sit and relax, with space for charging and reading.

The breakfast was decent, but that was about it. The room was extremely unhygienic. The bathtub had no plug, the kettle didn't work, and the sink was broken. Most importantly, the bathroom trash can wasn't emptied and still contained wastepaper from previous guests. It was unbearable to look at. The hotel's towels and sheets hadn't been bleached, and there were excrement stains on the towels, and blood on the sheets. Aside from the price, there wasn't much else to recommend. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This hotel should be one star at the most. It's a disgrace both for Greece and Crete. We have only spend one night before starting our vacation but we felt quite miserable. Rooms are furnished with some old office like furniture. Felt like it was cleaned last month. Bathroom look awful. Shower without curtains. External aircondition unit was so loud it was like we had bus parked on the balcony. Balcony was dirty full of water from aircondition unit woth two lousy chairs and table. We ran away before breakfast. Wouldn't recommend this place not even as an escape from the prison.

Excellent location in the heart of central Heraklion, 5-10min walk to Lion Square with many eateries and cafes. Best is Bus stop to/from airport across the road. Friendly staff.

The only pro of this hotel is the location, close to the center and with the airport bus stop right in front.
For the rest, it is a dilapidated place. The bathroom had a broken shower holder and a missing toilet flush button. The room had furniture full of stains of all kinds. Some stains were large and downright disgusting looking. The chair and curtains were dirty as well. The floor was dirty and was never cleaned. There were also exposed electrical cables, covered with insulating tape. Certainly not the best for those with children.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable, in particular for the price.
