Went in September 2020, as three 18 year olds. Amazing host, clean rooms and great facilities. Felt safe and in the perfect location for going out.

We recently just stayed at Matheo for a week in May and honestly we cannot fault it. On arrival they kindly upgraded our room to the suite and it was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough for us, they were very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend and would 100% visit again.

The hotel was nice, but we got disturbed by our party people neighbors that would come at the hotel at 4/5 in the morning and could hear anything through the thin walls and door. 10/10 in every department. Staff, food, drinks and rooms all spot on. Our transfer to the airport didn’t turn up and the night porter / bouncer arranged 4 taxis for 16 of us at 6am after trying his best to contact our already paid for transfer. No better place to stay in Malia.

Once again Niko, Georgia, Tony and all the staff went out of their way to make us welcome. Perfect staff, perfect location, perfect holiday. Can't wait to go back. Jo & Sarah
