Perfect location, a short walk into the centre of the old town. Very clean and room was a great size for four of us staying. Beds were very comfy and the room had everything we needed. Always plenty of sun loungers and pool area was very fresh. Family run who are all very kind and helpful. Pool bar offers tasty meals as well.

Staff couldn't do enough for you which is why they seem to have lots of returning guests. Slight issue in room was fixed very quickly. Location is good but it's quite a long walk down to the beach but the old town with loads of lovely restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk.

Staff amazing cannot help you enough any questions happy to help. Location to us great. Nice and quiet but in walking distance to old Malia. The strip about 10 minutes walk away. Spotless. Books to borrow also to save the weight in your case. Would we come back...YES! Pool nice size and beds around the garden always managed to get a bed bo resurging.

Location of the hotel is very near the old town for lots of traditional restaurants. Food has been amazing in all the ones we visited. Staff are so helpful they cannot do enough for you. Any questions ask away. Service amazing. Cleanliness of the room is fantastic. If you want the strip it's about a about 10 minutes walk cutting through the old town.

The hotel was beautiful the room was spacious and modern with kitchenette and fridge and a balcony there was a welcome bottle of wine on arrival you need to.pay for air con and safe .food at the pool was lovely and staff where so friendly and helpful

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in Sept 2023 and we had the best time! Straight upon our arrival we were greeted and told everything we need to know about the hotel and our room, plus a bottle of wine. The staff truly are what makes this hotel, they cannot do enough for you and make you feel extremely welcome. Food is great and the cocktails at the bar were even better. Some of the best we’ve had! Our room was spotless everyday and there were plenty of sun beds to use, along with pillows and parasols which were a nice extra touch. The location is great if you want be close to the old town of Malia, the strip and beach is a 15/20 min walk. However we mainly stayed in the old town which was beautiful and traditional. I highly recommend trying all the restaurants and bars in this area, it’s where we had our best meals. Overall thank you for a fabulous stay and treating us like family especially when it was time to leave. Highly recommend.

went to crete for a summer holiday. this hotel was brilliant. the employees were so welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was just what you needed in the morning. surrounding area is perfect and easy access. the pool was very too busy and a perfect place to relax. it was a lovely base hub for our holiday

absolutely brilliant holiday, made all the better thanks to everyone at Kristalli, beautiful apartments with everything we could ask for, water & wine upon arrival, welcoming staff and fresh towels and sheets daily. Staff at pool bar are lovely and very helpful, great menu, great pool, great location! this place will always be in our hearts, thank you 10/10

Just returned from a wonderful stay here . Hotel was just perfect. Beautifully kept gardens, a lovely relaxing pool area and bar, and a well equipped studio apartment. We were located in a studio overlooking the lovely garden which was extremely quiet. The studio was dated in its furnishing but it provided everything we needed - full WiFi, AC (extra €9 a night) complimentary toiletries, safe and even towels for the pool. It’s set in a great location for exploring the old town, and Approx 15 walk to the strip and a little further to beach. A great base for easy bus routes to other must see destinations as well. Couldn’t fault it - thanks
