Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

We arrived at the hotel yesterday with my mom, and everything has been amazing so far! Even though check-in is from 2 p.m., they let us check in around 12:30 and even offered us breakfast right after arrival — which was such a nice surprise. The food is excellent! There’s a huge variety, especially at lunch and dinner — meat, fish, seafood, side dishes, vegetables, fruits — everything is super tasty...

I had a wonderful stay at Zante Park resort&spa ! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of options. I also appreciated the convenient location

Firstly, the staff here are fantastic. Professional, polite and warm with excellent customer care and service. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, very comfortable and great facilities. The on site restaurant food is very good and the view absolutely wonderful.

Hotel is really nice with friendly and helpful staff. Organized earlier check in, our laundry to be picked up and helped us with car hire. Nice pool and beach access. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative for us was that we went to breakfast at 9.30 and not many foods were being replaced as it finished at 10am - so limited selection at that time. Apart from that all was good.

We just came as a group of 10. A very friendly staff and a place that can offer everything you want from a hotel . Close to main town but not in a crowded place .

Everything is good in the hotel and the location is perfect. But the shower setting is quite low and shower area is small. During the showering, one hand is needed to hold the shower head.

Convenient location, great service. I like that they provided slippers and bathrobes. Their breakfast buffet provided many food choices. The receptionists were helpful and enthusiastic when we asked for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony. The view was superb. The room was average and the facilities were quite old, but the location offset many of the shortcomings. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it is very relaxing to go out for a walk. I regret not bringing running...

The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door. You still have to use your own shower gel and shampoo, but I didn't use them despite looking at the facilities.

Stayed here at the back end of September. There was a problem with a leak in the bathroom but we got moved to another room no problem. Hotel was clean and tidy with a choice of 2 pools. Food was better than I was expecting from a buffet although we only ate breakfast and lunch so cannot comment on evening meals. We stayed for three nights. There are small shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, the hotel facilities were always out of order. The power circuit breaker in the room tripped on the first day and the water supply was cut off for the next two days.

We had one of the top rooms. Couldn't fault it. Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything. They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug. Been to this hotel twice this month because we loved it so much. The room, the staff, the food! Will definitely be back again next year. We spent 5 days here... it is a family resort with lots to do for kids but not so much for couples! We loved the private pool... drinks are not good but the food is ok for an all inclusive resort... If you know what to expect you won't get disappointed. The rooms are old and not worth it. But at least you get room service and all you can eat buffet (if you provided to get the full/half board). The side view room have a good view of the beach and the small islands. I'd say if you find cheaper places go anywhere else. Don't expect a 4 star hotel.

Astir plainly offers what you pay for. The facility has seen its better days, but that's pretty much its only/main con. We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all. Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet. Really nice staff who helped us

We have been to Astir Palace last year and we liked it. But this year our stay was even much better. Extraordinary variety of food and very tasty. Very clean, every day cleaning of the room. The hotel staff are so friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. There isn’t much choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. However there are plenty of restaurants near by and the locals are so welcoming. Hotel in great location onto the sea front. Room was also clean.

I had an emergency night here due to a jet2 plane issue. It was very dated. Bed was OK. But decor leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel is on the hill, a perfect location with the fantastic view to oversee the entire Zakynthos town and harbor. The pool and the restaurant terrace have this wonderful view and the ocean side rooms and suites as well. The restaurant has great food for me, the menu changes by day so it never got be bored. Very nice staff, but the hotel needs serious renovations. The bathroom is moldy and not descaled. All the water is from the sea and extremely salty. We had a bad first impression with our check in. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and this continued for the week. Everyone we spoke to had had the same impression, nobody knew her name she was known as ‘the blonde one’!! Other than her the room was acceptable, but definitely only 3*. The bathroom is quite poor. Spacious and bright room, great location

The room is quite big. The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth. The driver who picked me up at the airport said that you must not drink the tap water, even if it is boiled, and the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

Very happy we stayed here, good location only a few minutes from town. All staff very friendly and professional. The best breakfast we had in our 2 week trip. Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim. A good choice

Lovely hotel run by mainly ladies . Very clean , food was well cooked and full of flavour even though the selection was not huge it was still very good . The only thing we thought strange as it was A.I that the only alcoholic drinks available before 4.p.m was beer or wine , you couldn't even get a cocktail.

Went to this lovely hotel from 9th to 23rd September. Staff were nice, polite and incredibly helpful. We had a slight drainage problem on our bathroom and once reported to Reception (Helen is lovely!) The issue was sorted. We had the chance to spend a couple of night in that hotel. Our room was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and the food delicious! The manager, Nikos, help us several times with how to reach the sightseeing and where to try the best local food. Would definitely recommend to stay there!

This is a lovely family run hotel. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The kitchen is basic but does the job. The pool is kept clean using a fancy robot thingy. The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that.
