We spent a week here in the very last week of their season. So things may be different to when the hotel is full. In the last week things are winding down fast including the food choices possibly. Lovely hotel run by mainly ladies . Very clean , food was well cooked and full of flavour even though the selection was not huge it was still very good . The only thing we thought strange as it was A.I that the only alcoholic drinks available before 4.p.m was beer or wine , you couldn't even get a cocktail.

Went to this lovely hotel from 9th to 23rd September. Staff were nice, polite and incredibly helpful. We had a slight drainage problem on our bathroom and once reported to Reception (Helen is lovely!) The issue was sorted. It's a pity they didn't have decaffeinated coffee but hey it wasn't the end of the world as we had taken our own. From the restaurant staff to snack bar the staff were very helpful...

Location is 10/10 absolutely perfect, not too close but just far enough from the hassle and bustle of the strip. Went to Greece for the very first time, stayed at the Margaritas hotel in Laganas on the island of Zakynthos , great hotel clean and great customer service

Firstly, the staff here are fantastic. Professional, polite and warm with excellent customer care and service. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, very comfortable and great facilities. The on site restaurant food is very good and the view absolutely wonderful.

Hotel is really nice with friendly and helpful staff. Organized earlier check in, our laundry to be picked up and helped us with car hire. Nice pool and beach access. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative for us was that we went to breakfast at 9.30 and not many foods were being replaced as it finished at 10am - so limited selection at that time. Apart from that all was good.

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money. Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. Great place for stay. Cant complain about food, drinks and reception. We got a noisy room over delivery garage but after confrontation we got a new, better, bigger, luxury room. Rooms were clean but our friends were visited by cockroach. After this room cleaning service spreaded farmacy. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and perfectly located on a street with all the shops one might need. The food was excellent – there is a wide variety, so guests of all ages will easily find something they enjoy. Great location, staff are so friendly loved our room it was spotlessly clean beds are comfortable and we was overlooking the pool,bar in the night played music into the early hours but was more of a distant sound so it didn't bother us. We went half board food in the evening was top quality offering a four course meal, never had the same thing twice throughout the week. We will definitely come back

Thanks to this hotel I'll change my understanding of a "standard" word. It's the first time I got such room quality as a "standard". I was not informed of paying quite lots of money and getting the room with the poor quality I got - I guess neither the room nor the bathroom were renovated there for some 20+ years... Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

Wifi is not working, or it is working extremely slow. You need to pay 6 euro for air conditioner. Breakfast is 7 euro and it is ok. Personel is kind, but you will not get any additional tea (if you will drink the one from room)

Very nice family acommodation in quiet location of Vasilikos with very nice staff and good meals. There are some taverns and markets around. Beach is 200 meters from the hotel with sunbeds which are free for guests. I recommend rentig of car for people who would like to explore Zakynthos.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in August, and it was exactly what we expected: a decent hotel with a gorgeous view. The hotel in total is not bad, BUT if you like uphill walking then is no problem, you need to pay extra 7 Euro a day for the airco above your reservation, service & breakfast was good, close to the beach. I stayed here for a week and I enjoyed it. It's not loud outside because it is a bit from the city but I have 2 complaints. This is a lovely family run hotel. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The kitchen is basic but does the job. The pool is kept clean using a fancy robot thingy. The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that.

After reading recent reviews for this hotel I was very worried about what we had let ourselves in for however we were VERY pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Yannis, Sandy and Maria were all lovely and couldn't do enough for me and my friends on our holiday. We had 2 rooms between the 4 of us and they were perfect for what we required. Was great to be back last month May 2022 for a week. As always spotlessly clean, towels and beds changed regularly during visit, sure it was 3 times. Sandy and Giannis as welcoming as ever, met up with old friends,looking forward to going back. Very good hotel for the price range, the rooms are spacious and clean but bathroom shower was a bit used up. Staff is very friendly and appears to be a family business. Just expect quite (like all of Laganas), as when we were there there were some rooms with some noisy teenagers and the sound isolation is almost not present, atleast in the building we stayed in. We were in room 6. Bit of a hike up to the room, another 15 steps up to door! It was worth it for the glorious view! Rooms cleaned everyday by lovely staff. Room very dated but very clean. Great air con. Bit scary at 1st walking to shops but, the drivers mostly courteous. Road busy during the day but quiet at night. Pool nice enough but the umbrella was not working! Not much on offer by way of snacks

10 night stay room 26 in September. Positives decent wi fi ,rooms cleaned every day very quiet at night no noise at all.Negatives sour miserable curmudgeon of an owner.The road into the main centre is like stepping onto the M6.Rooms bizarrely furbished with a shower like something out of a spaceship in a bathroom the size of a broom cupboard. The absolute best. The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here... in general, if you're still hesitating whether to pick this hotel or not, please do, you'll be more than satisfied.

Very cool! Although it is not in the town, it takes about half an hour to walk to this hotel, but it is also on the pick-up route for each group. It is very quiet, the environment is very good, and the facilities are great. It is relatively cheap to stay alone, and the price/performance ratio is very good👍

Hera is a lovely hotel with a great pool area and snack bar. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. It is a good walk into Laganas, so you need to be fit or hire transport. The staff are very friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Maria organises everything and she will go out of her way to help, a lovely lady. Highly recommend.

Visited in early October and the hotel and resort were pleasantly quiet, and got quieter as the week went on. We last visited Argassi 10 years ago and were surprised at how much it has changed. We had a ground floor room overlooking the pool. Due I expect to the changeable weather, mozzies were a real problem if we sat on our balcony or left our door open for some air.
