Breakfast was more than ample and fresh with a good variety of savoury meats, eggs, beans, breads and also cereals, and fruits, and some sweet options. Quiet and I had a very peaceful night

The staff were very polite and helpful in every way possible. Location was easy to get to and also provided easy access to both sides of the river

Staff were very obliging with securing my luggage while I spent my check out day out in the city until mid afternoon before departing Budapest

The location is convenient, with easy access to Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle. The breakfast was also very generous

I really liked the hotel's location and the two swimming pools - one with therapeutic warm water and one with clean cold water. Towels and robes were included in the price

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier

Well located hotel on main pedestrian street with pool and fitness of its own. Somehow the rooms were still not noisy while balcony door was open

The rooms are definitely not soundproofed as it’s written. Heard some noise from the ceiling room. Wellness is quite good, but very small. I found a FLY in my soup during dinner, but no one really cared

Long weekend Hotel is nicely located in Badacsony. Close to the lake and ship station. Many restaurants and coffee shops are close.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay due to its superb location and having a private car park (small charge). We were unsure at first because we had to book half board as only b & b was not an option

We loved our two night stay at Bonvino. The hotel is very conveniently located a short distance from the train and bus stations and near plenty of wineries. The spa was clean and relaxing

All this said, we would most certainly return and found the place good value and located immediately next to the wonderful baths (with entry generously allowed both on the full day you check-in and the full day you check-out, unlike many Hungarian thermal hotels where entry is often limited)

After all, at breakfast there were three different types of sausages but no sign of regular breakfast items such as cooked peppers, potatoes, mushrooms or tomatoes - all of which we have enjoyed at other Hungarian hotels

The staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating both an early check-in and late check-out (thanks to availability) and the rooms were so elegantly decorated and spotlessly clean

It would be *very* difficult to be vegan here, but the vegetarian dinner options were good as long as you don't have other dietary constraints (such as avoiding gluten or dairy)

The food was excellent quality - although we would have appreciated a little more emphasis on vegetarian options

Beds were extra comfy, and the room was silent - we slept 10 hours thanks to the great room and relaxing waters

The room was very clean and modern, i could not find any dust, even on bathroom radiator, really impressive. The bed was very confortable and had a view to the lake. You have plenty of car parking and the place is quiet

We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths

Great location. Friendly Staff. Towels very thin. We asked for a double duvet for myself and partner, but were given 2 single duvet covers.

The room was larger than I expected, and the high ceiling gave it an open feeling. The service from the reception staff was also excellent.

It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way

The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air

We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by

It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

The big downside is check-out at 10:00 AM. Parking is free (even though the app says it's paid), and it's closed, which is a big plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

However, we were not informed of this and had to look for a restaurant quite late, which is not obvious when you know that the hotel is quite remote. So there is still some work to be done to give the 4 stars some shine

I was really surprised to read all the bad reviews for this hotel. We were staying for 2 nights and had a great experience. BF was ok, standard, but dinner was amazing. Huge buffet with a lot of choices

Was a business trip for us and the staff was very polite. All the meals were very good, or room was big and the bathroom huge. Still under construction so it was cheaper

We had to ask to vacuum and empty the trash. Only one bathing towel and one pool towel per person was provided. There were no small towels for face and hands. There was no hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

The entrance and the facilities you choose are paid only at the end. There is also a pool with cold and warm water, a salt room and a relaxation room

My experience at Castle Garden Hotel in Budapest was great overall — the rooms were clean, the location is quiet yet central, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming

There are lots of walking groups nearby which can be annoying but tge hotel was very quiet. The hotel room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I found the reception staff unfriendly and not very helpful

A small, quiet hotel in a beautiful location near the castle. It is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop with a very regular service. Public transport is very good and easy to navigate your way around

The location is fantastic, right next to Heroes' Square and the starting point of the M1 metro line. The room was clean, and it even had a super large hot water kettle and authentic jasmine tea.

We planned to go on March but due to unexpected reason we had to cancel and they were very flexible to move to another date
