Good Spa, breakfast is spot on and you will have your lovely dinner enjoying live music. Thumbs up!

But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in

Good overnight stop after a 5 hour queue to get through the Serbian/Hungarian EU Border. Exceptionally clean and great food in the restaurant.

Good and clean rooms, financially OK,

Rooms were basic, not a 4 star hotel room. No gym or pool or whatever was listed on the website. Food was tasty but took ages to come and it sometimes had massive errors

One-night stay We stayed one night on our way to another part of Hungary. The hotel was clean, accommodating, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great touch as well. We would stay here again.

It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath

Spacious rooms with large bathrooms, a fantastic restaurant, a walkway directly out onto the thermal pools, and the atmospheric Old Town within easy reach—what more could you want? This year we stayed in a suite, and it was a perfect choice

I would probably prefer next time a room with balcony. We stayed at a room with access to the patio, but you have less privacy due to people using a small pool located in the patio

The spa was a highlight with a multiple saunas, baths, and steam rooms. The hotel's location is a quick 10 minute walk into town. I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the great service and amenities offered at Imola

Honest opinion The outdoor seating was cool and the food was okay. disipointing stuff is that the indoor pool is extremly small suitable only for 1 family very disipointing

outdoor pool extremly cold even in august which is the hottest month. rooms upon arival ware very dirty human hair everywhere notified receptionist and they have corrected it by cleaning

Their garden (more like a park) is full with toys and playgrounds for kids, and looking over a dense forest. And dogs are allowed at the restaurant too. It's just 10 minutes away from the popular green hiking trail

The wellness section was included in the price and we really enjoyed the pools. Unfortunately, the gym was closed, and I couldn't open the door, but it wasn't necessary to ask for help at the reception

She practically threw our access cards in our faces! During our many travels, whether in Hungary or elsewhere in the world, we have NEVER been so poorly received! It's truly shameful and a shame, given that the rest of the staff is truly welcoming and helpful, and everything else was impeccable

They were able to customize everything for us, including temperature settings in hour room on main heat delivery, food for multiple food sensativities, which was always delicious

Long weekend Hotel is nicely located in Badacsony. Close to the lake and ship station. Many restaurants and coffee shops are close.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay due to its superb location and having a private car park (small charge). We were unsure at first because we had to book half board as only b & b was not an option

We loved our two night stay at Bonvino. The hotel is very conveniently located a short distance from the train and bus stations and near plenty of wineries. The spa was clean and relaxing

It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

The big downside is check-out at 10:00 AM. Parking is free (even though the app says it's paid), and it's closed, which is a big plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit

The room was very clean and modern, i could not find any dust, even on bathroom radiator, really impressive. The bed was very confortable and had a view to the lake. You have plenty of car parking and the place is quiet

A sport hotel, simple and functional, so expect no soft carpets in the rooms. But, the room was clean and spacious. The bed somewhat harder, but comfortable. There is a lake behind the hotel with a walking path

Was a business trip for us and the staff was very polite. All the meals were very good, or room was big and the bathroom huge. Still under construction so it was cheaper

Dinner was accompanied by a piano jazz singer, which made the entire atmosphere great. 🎶 My room had a nice view, though the windows were a little dirty

We had to ask to vacuum and empty the trash. Only one bathing towel and one pool towel per person was provided. There were no small towels for face and hands. There was no hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

The entrance and the facilities you choose are paid only at the end. There is also a pool with cold and warm water, a salt room and a relaxation room

This hotel has very good location in the city center at the Sugovica river bank. From the balcony we can see a good wiew. We can walk just a few minute to see the Danube river and many others tourist places

Nice hotel, didn't get a chance to use the wellness

The soundproofing and light-blocking were both subpar. While the bathroom had excellent water pressure and hot water, the towels were clearly stained from years of use. The breakfast selection was limited and average

Normal hotel, far from city on the Buda side. The towels at the hotel were old and had an unpleasant odor, and the hot water in the shower didn’t last long. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good.

The towels were clean but grey when they should have been white. Although the hotel is situated on a busy road,with the windows closed, there was no noise
