The room itself is clean, bathroom is nice

The hotel service was excellent, and its location right next to the train station made public transport incredibly convenient for reaching any attraction. Downstairs, there are plenty of shops and fast-food options

The room was very clean and quite spacious. However, the soundproofing was a bit poor, and it got particularly noisy outside the door in the mornings. Other than that, I have no complaints

The room wasn't big but clean and bright. When I borrowed a kettle from the hotel to boil water, it tripped the circuit, causing the power outlets in the room and the hairdryer in the bathroom to stop working

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kelenhold Station. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's, Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket. The breakfast was good, simple yet tasty

The location is great, close to public transport and key areas. Breakfast was decent, suitable for a quick meal before heading out. Th room was clean and comfortable

Staff was competent and kind, food was amazing, and the wellness section was different from the standard things (with the cave pool and the shower huts, etc

I was blown away when I stepped in and saw that not only was it tastefully executed (since I'm half African, I can tell), but when I saw the quality and attention to detail previously unknown to me in Hungary

I've been to Hungarian 5 star hotels that didn't match the level of Bambara. The interior design, the color palette, the quality of materials, fixtures were amazing, every little detail thought of

Some minor points on which the host could make improvements is like closing the kids playroom earlier than 21:00 as the noise is very disturbing for the nearby room's occupants or a bit of more attention from the waiters (I waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer and once they brought water instead of the ordered beverage)

They run a perfect kitchen, super spa and very attentive service. The panorama jacuzzi in Szahel Spa really worth a visit. Valentine Day's Sauna Sessions with Richárd were also remarkable

There are live meerkats and kangaroos, a maze in the garden, and the large and elaborate playground has to be the best I've ever seen, including the "cypher towers" where children can learn the basics of encryption by sending coded messages to each other

Breakfast is very good, there is something for everyone. Hotel has a nice swimming pool and limited spa/gym facilities

The hotel is located in a perfect location, within walking distance to the central area, shopping malls, etc. Most of the rooms are spacious and perfectly fine for even longer stays (I was there for nearly a month)

A nice swimming pool on the top floor is never crowded and the use is free to hotel guests. The choice of food at the restaurant is good, and most of the staff speak at least English

And do not forget the wellness area on the third floor, where you can find a sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, solarium, and open terasa and sit outside on nice summer day

A rich buffet breakfast is served every day. The underground garage is available for free to guests. A large square behind the hotel is often used for various cultural events

I really loved staying here in the midst of COVID. They were extremely clean and followed all safety rules and regulations. The front desk staff were always very courteous and ready to answer any questions

Both the hotel and the restaurant are highly recommended. The restaurant has an excellent menu and the food is very high quality. The staff always has an eye for the needs of the guests, thank you

It’s well located in the center of veszprem, the staff is really friendly and helpful, Breakfast is good. I stayed in this hotel many times and the quality was always the same

The beds were comfortable; the air conditioning kept the room cold in the middle of the summer; the staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was included in room cost and was very good

I stayed recently at Hotel Charles for 9 days and it was very good 👍🏼 The staff are friendly, the rooms a clean, my room even had a bathtub, the breakfast was fine and I really dont understand why its only a 3 star hotel it should be 4 🙂🙂

My parents-in-law always stay here when visiting. It's obviously not a five star hotel but the price is rights, the rooms are clean and the staff does their best

We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture for New Year's Eve: a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Additionally, we were provided with tea bags every day, which was a lovely touch

The restaurant is pretty good as well, and the location is great if you want to be close to Gellért hill, the castle district, and just a few bus stops from the city center

It was a bit out from the town but excellent public transport to get you around. Decor a bit outdated but the room was perfect. Room was warm, bathroom like a sauna. Street facing, traffic was not too noisy

I stayed here for 1 night with my sister last summer and our room was really big, almost like a small home. I know I paid double the amount for rooms not even half as big before

Great Hotel with plenty of facilities We had a great time, the breakfast has a lot of choices and a friendly service. The Pool/Wellness facilities are amazing, many many pools and also a lot of fun for the kids

Nice hotel. Conveniently close to the thermal bath and swimming pools. The restaurant offered great selection of items for breakfast and for dinner as well. All in all a good hotel to stay at to relax.

It smells good everywhere, the cleaners deserve special praise for their order and cleanliness: without them, a hotel could not exist anyway! The service fee may be high for many, but anyone who is so exhausted should go to a campsite

In any case, this does not detract from the positives: nice staff, delicious and plentiful food both morning and evening, great wellness area, free entrance to the Elizabeth Bath, excellent bar (with very delicious espresso)

We've been to several hotels, but we've never been to a place like this where we felt so good! The room is nice, clean and spacious. The food is very tasty and plentiful

On the first evening, Zoltán greeted us politely and asked if we had been here before. We received full information about how the dinner works, where to find what

We were called on route and offered the option to have the dinner prepared in advance since the restaurant was closed upon our arrival (after 20h). And they prepared a delicious meal which was delivered to our room

Plus you get secured and gated parking, a quiet remote location but not too far from the highway and a warm modern room plus many other highlights like SPA etc. Highly recommended! We will for sure return

I used the hotel for transit to greece from germany with car. Reception was very friendly, even if i come around 00:00 in the night , check in was no problem

When we came in they forgot to give us a fridge and there wasn't any AC. The pool was great tho. Not really worth the 4 stars but it was alright.

This feeling I however don't have from the part of the hotel restaurant for public guests, so this could be a tip what about you can maybe more think, to get more restaurant guests from the people without accommodation in the hotel

The first class thing in the hotel is sure its wellness and the accessibility of the wellness for free. Again, it is very nice designed, and I want say that I cannot imagine what could there work differently or better

The solution of the breakfast and dinner is, as we think, also opimal, because the people can on the place easy see and choose, what they preffer to eat. As example - in my case I say this as a vegetarian

(1) Excellent - LOCATION (short walk i. ~5 minutes to public transportation (metro, bus), easy walk i. 15-20 minutes walk to major tourist sites)

The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing

The swimming pool doesn't have warm water, not sure, maybe over 20 degrees, just that i didn’t feel "invited" to enter because of the temperature. Other people found it useful, especially after the sauna

2) room noise, we couldn't hear any sound, maybe also affected by the non presence of anyone next to us. 3) swimming pool and jacuzzi, very nice feature, small, but nice

Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big

PRO: 1) cleaning, the Place was smelling of detergents since we stepped in the receptions, you notice people cleaning around everywhere in the morning, the room was spotless

Decent, clean, tasty, convenient We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked

The staff was very kind, and the playroom was well-equipped. The indoor pool, however, was small and overcrowded. What was truly terrible was the dining situation

5 start from my kid, she loved it, and from me for pleasant stay. Great kids room and food was ok. You always find something u like. Wellness opening hours could be longer.

A quiet, comfortable place ,10 minutes from the centre by walk. The food is amazing!

Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention

The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer

That’s why I gave it 3 stars, and frankly, I think that’s all it deserves. Calling it a 4-star hotel feels like a stretch compared to other places with the same rating. Unfortunately, it was an expensive lesson

Day 3 of our cycle tour to Budapest. Very friendly and welcoming staff. You get free entry to the Aquasol Thermal resort which was really nice, but be prepared to get stared at by the locals

We had very good time, exxellent breakfast that could just be a bit warmer. Highly recommended 👌

5m from the window, so you don't really enjoy the view. But then again, what's the point of a room when there are super thermal pools right next door, right? ;-)

The only thing I think they could maybe improve is the breakfast, maybe including some pancakes ou pastries, and also having ice available because some mornings were really hot

we stayed here one night, and it was fabulous. The parking is still an issue with even 2 locations, if you're not parked early its on the street if available you park. Everything else is just wonderful at this hotel

Wellness part is small but well designed, although the jacuzzi was out of order during our stay. I also recommend the vineyard tour with the Land Rover they offer

Short stay vacation - Budapest I personally enjoyed the heritage of the building and the antiquity. My room 15 was well pointed, large and 2 windows. The breakfast was sufficient to get your day started

A beautiful old historic building with rooms in a quiet peaceful courtyard in the nicest area of Budapest. So very quiet and beds and pillows were so comfortable

We stopped in Room 308, the Jade apartment, which overlooked the National Museum. Lovely clean room with excellent facilities which was so peaceful at night

Within easy walking distance of the 100E bus and the city itself. Friendly helpful staff, would not hesitate to stay there again

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit

The breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing, many choices and different every day. Nice location with great views. The bus station is just outside

The caves were relaxing, although the water was not very warm the day we went

You can reach the neighbouring hot water pools with a short walk directly from the hotel, and you can also reach the Cave Bath quickly

The hotel is built on a hill, with a pleasant view from the suite, and at night if the weather is nice, the starry sky is spectacular as well due to low light pollution
