Above all the staff were fantastic, welcoming and they made up the sofa bed for my cousin so we could both spread out! I was also greeted with a bottle of champagne for my birthday

If it had been up to our dog, we would have had to spend the whole day there with him! He loved the dog pool! So if you have a dog that loves water, this is the place for you. We definitely will be back again

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay here. The sauna and whirlpool were a perfect touch, and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place for a restful getaway!

Every morning my wife received 2 freshly baked gluten-free baguettes - THANK YOU FOR THIS SUPER SERVICE! The absolute hit (for our dog!) was the newly created dog pool with a fenced in meadow around it

The refrigerator too was also absolutely clean and cooled our drinks and food perfectly! The breakfast buffet is simple, but you don't have to go hungry! We found the service especially attentive when my wife asked for gluten free bread

Well equipped, quiet resort surrounded by forests. Ideal for guests who like biking, walking in the woods. Beautiful small churches from the thirteens century nearby. Wonderful thermal spa in Lenti, 10 km from the resort

And if you have a hunting dog like we did, you're in for a treat :) The staff is friendly and courteous and speaks English and German as well as Hungarian. We booked a room with breakfast

The hotel service was excellent, and its location right next to the train station made public transport incredibly convenient for reaching any attraction. Downstairs, there are plenty of shops and fast-food options

The room was very clean and quite spacious. However, the soundproofing was a bit poor, and it got particularly noisy outside the door in the mornings. Other than that, I have no complaints

The room wasn't big but clean and bright. When I borrowed a kettle from the hotel to boil water, it tripped the circuit, causing the power outlets in the room and the hairdryer in the bathroom to stop working

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kelenhold Station. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's, Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket. The breakfast was good, simple yet tasty

Some minor points on which the host could make improvements is like closing the kids playroom earlier than 21:00 as the noise is very disturbing for the nearby room's occupants or a bit of more attention from the waiters (I waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer and once they brought water instead of the ordered beverage)

They run a perfect kitchen, super spa and very attentive service. The panorama jacuzzi in Szahel Spa really worth a visit. Valentine Day's Sauna Sessions with Richárd were also remarkable

There are live meerkats and kangaroos, a maze in the garden, and the large and elaborate playground has to be the best I've ever seen, including the "cypher towers" where children can learn the basics of encryption by sending coded messages to each other

Samuel Miller, one of the staff members, was exceptionally friendly and helpful — he truly goes above and beyond the call of duty and is a great asset to the hotel

Hotel was good. Location very near to the city center. AC was not working but they offered to change the room . Facilities good. Room service was very good. Neat and clean. Overall good

We were called on route and offered the option to have the dinner prepared in advance since the restaurant was closed upon our arrival (after 20h). And they prepared a delicious meal which was delivered to our room

Plus you get secured and gated parking, a quiet remote location but not too far from the highway and a warm modern room plus many other highlights like SPA etc. Highly recommended! We will for sure return

(1) Excellent - LOCATION (short walk i. ~5 minutes to public transportation (metro, bus), easy walk i. 15-20 minutes walk to major tourist sites)

The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing

The swimming pool doesn't have warm water, not sure, maybe over 20 degrees, just that i didn’t feel "invited" to enter because of the temperature. Other people found it useful, especially after the sauna

2) room noise, we couldn't hear any sound, maybe also affected by the non presence of anyone next to us. 3) swimming pool and jacuzzi, very nice feature, small, but nice

Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big

PRO: 1) cleaning, the Place was smelling of detergents since we stepped in the receptions, you notice people cleaning around everywhere in the morning, the room was spotless

Decent, clean, tasty, convenient We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked

I'd like to split the review for every single department of this place as was just incredible maybe I didn't show the appreciation that day but I'm happy, they made our wedding special from staff members very professional and location anyhow let's get into it if you stick around you can get some good info that might get you an ideea of how great it is

After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing! Unfortunately the weather was terribly hot (went above 40 that day), but when we requested a fan in our room by the time we got back it was delivered

Amazing experience in an authentic castle transformed in a hotel. With had the library loft, with lots of books and the interior looks impressive. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, including prosecco and fruits

Don't get to sleep in a 150 year old, renovated palace often. Take a tour of the palace, amazing. To bad they don't have the country of Canada in their reservation database. After 10 min just gave us our room key

Day 3 of our cycle tour to Budapest. Very friendly and welcoming staff. You get free entry to the Aquasol Thermal resort which was really nice, but be prepared to get stared at by the locals

The inside spa area offers a special immersed spine treatment. When clear sky in winter, check out the stars in the outside pool after 18h. Wheelchair friendly parking and building access

Clean, fine cousine, kind staff, great chance to visit the Aquapalace (fee included). The pools of the hotel are not allowed for kids.

Some negative points: - the servant tried to provide us with dirty napkins which is disgusting; - the servants clean the tables just during our sitting there and eating which is unprofessional; - after some days of our stay, the canalisation was broken and the hotel had no water during a day, after that our room was smelling like a sheet and it was really unhealthy and inappropriate; - the shower cabin...

Great place, rooms average but no major pain points, good food unfortunately limited number of English speaking personnel making simple requests a chat with Google translate :) but it was fun in its own way.

Our wedding was nearby, that's why we chose this hotel, it was a very good decision! Service was five stars outstanding as well as the location and quality of the stay also they have a restaurant on the premises and everything on the menu was excellent

Access down to the river and bridges across to the PEST side of the city is either by walking down the many steps ( we did it and we are in our seventies!) or by public transport buses or by the castle shuttle buses or by the funicular railway

This boutique hotel is absolutely lovely. It is stylishly designed, friendly and is situated in a great position near to the BUDA side attractions. It is a really nice place to stay and the staff are super friendly

This was my second time at the Pest-Buda Design Boutique Hotel and I can highly recommend it. You can hear some traffic noise in the room facing the street, but it didn't bother me at all and I cateched good sleep

Andreas and Daniel were the reception come managers and went out of their way to make our stay really special. It is a small hotel with only 10 rooms arranged on three flights of stairs

We spent 3 nights in this modern 4stars wellness hotel. Our room was on the second floor but there’s lift. Everything was all right, clean and comfortable

My husband and I visited this hotel while on a cycle trip across Europe. The hotel is nicely situated on the main street through town. There are a few cafes/restaurants around. The hotel foyer and reception is very grand

Our room large but was quiet dated, but I suppose in keeping with the age of the hotel. Staff are very polite and friendly. They let us store our bikes in the hotel covered car park

The hotel apparently had a rooftop bar or restaurant at some point. It was not functional, but the seating remained there and so we enjoyed the beautiful view in the evening. The place would have been really fantastic

If it had been photographed I would have chosen a different type of room. The balconies are connected and facing the courtyard. The air conditioning did not work properly and I found glass fragments at breakfast

We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths

Great location. Friendly Staff. Towels very thin. We asked for a double duvet for myself and partner, but were given 2 single duvet covers.

The room was larger than I expected, and the high ceiling gave it an open feeling. The service from the reception staff was also excellent.

It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way

The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air

We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by
