Hotels with pool in Hungary

From the moment we were trying to find a place for a week end gateway, everything went well and we arrived to find a very nice hotel with swimming pools very clean, good and plenty food, maybe a little more expensive than expected, but all worthwhile!

Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job

Loved the pool area, food was amazing, the bar had good cocktails and staffs were friendly and helpful

Excellent experience from start to finish. The communication was extraordinary prior to our arrival. I had booked the room online but wanted to make some amendments and I emailed them as I don't speak Hungarian

The wellness facilities are so well taken care of, very clean and pleasant and lots of options to spend your time. The room was beautiful, large and very clean. Food was also great and so much to choose from

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

The spa was divine, with beautiful pools and surrounding lounge chairs. The music was soft and perfect for relaxing in the spa. The entire staff was outstanding and seemed to be very happy and well-trained

We went on a 3-day mini holiday with my family to Heviz. My son loved the swimming pools and we loved the saunas. Breakfast was very good with lots of options

The hotel is right next to the small square in the city center, which is very convenient. It's not far from Lake Hévíz and there are many dining options nearby

The hotel was at a good location, at the heart of the town centre

A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area

In summary: beautifully designed, comfortable, and with great spa facilities. Just make sure to plan your arrival before reception closes and be aware of the parking situation

We spent three nights with my wife there. Perfect location in an extremely nicely maintained garden with a perfect pool. The whole resort is designed with love for the details, using well-coordinated colors

Excellent location for the beach at Csopak which was literally across the footpath, and the pool on site was an excellent option too

A séf konyhája pazar, ételei nagyon finomak, igazán ízekkel teli. A szoba tiszta, tágas, levegős. A terasz egy remek kertre néz. Ha remek ételekre, csendes, beszélgetős borozó estét akarsz, ott a te helyed

If you want great food, a quiet, conversational wine evening, this is your place. Excellent location with very good price/value. I also recommend the catering, a real culinary experience

The chef's cuisine is sumptuous, his dishes are very delicious, truly full of flavors. The room is clean, spacious, airy. The terrace overlooks a great garden

The staff were very welcoming and polite, clean rooms and the buffet breakfast was very good. The bus stop into the city is a 2mins walk from reception. Highly recommended to use for your Budapest city break

Yes the room was very clean and neat, the staff were friendly and most helpful

A good clean hotel with very amenable staff. It is on a busy road but becomes quiet at 9. Convenient for walking into the city or using the bus (the stop is only 80m away)

Bus stop was 2 mins away but we always did the 20 min walk to the chain bridge and fully explored the Buda side both day and night as it was all conveniently on our way

It’s not the Ritz, but we absolutely didn’t expect it to be either so more than happy with our stay there

Breakfast was served every morning and although not loads of options to choose from we all found something to eat. The beds were comfortable, although the aircon was a little noisy

There is nice hotel with local bath as well as the access to the big area of bathes and water pools. The breakfasts and dinners are good, food is delicious

The inside spa area offers a special immersed spine treatment. When clear sky in winter, check out the stars in the outside pool after 18h. Wheelchair friendly parking and building access

Clean, fine cousine, kind staff, great chance to visit the Aquapalace (fee included). The pools of the hotel are not allowed for kids.

Some negative points: - the servant tried to provide us with dirty napkins which is disgusting; - the servants clean the tables just during our sitting there and eating which is unprofessional; - after some days of our stay, the canalisation was broken and the hotel had no water during a day, after that our room was smelling like a sheet and it was really unhealthy and inappropriate; - the shower cabin...

Great place, rooms average but no major pain points, good food unfortunately limited number of English speaking personnel making simple requests a chat with Google translate :) but it was fun in its own way.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer an authentic traditional menu, usually slow cooked. One ground floor corridor provides access to dozens of specialised consultations and specialised treatments

There is a significant wellness wing with a sauna steam room, light therapy showers, swimming pool, hot tube and a 50cm 1 1/2 feet deep kids pool with toys

There is a small pool for kids, a bigger one for adults, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. The spa area is small, but it was not crowded at all (we were there on workdays)

It's a fantastic kids-friendly wellness hotel with delightful staff. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom is excellent, with a bathtub. We had a great dining and breakfast experience

The restaurant has a built-in soft play area for children and pool tables/ darts for adults

Staff will issue you bathrobes in adult and kids sizes, which was included in the room rate

There is a small playroom near the restaurant perfect for kids to use while parents eat. There is another outdoor playground, which is very nice and well equipped for small children. The spa area was nice and clean

Superb hotel and its staff, very helpful people. These people know hospitality. I stayed in a single bedroom room as I was travelling solo. Prices are also on a sensible side. Will highly recommend the hotel

Good room with location and also aircon is working perfect. Only problem with the hotel is that on first day the hot water is not working

a clean room ,the shower was perfect, but the beds were way too hard,no boxspring just a matras on wood the location was ok, near a metro, the breakfast was also ok

The blond guy in the front desk at night was like Shaggy from Scooby Doo. He was the best experience in Budapest for sure. A real wonder I'd say.. a must see!!!

It's a nice hotel close to the metro station but located on a quiet street. Our room would need a bit of renewal but it was clean, warm and comfortable for our short stay. The people at the reception desk were welcoming

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair for what they offer. They also have luggage storage for free, which really helped me on my last day in Budapest

A friend and former employee of the hotel suggested staying at the Corvin Hotel Budapest and I was not disappointed! The location was set back one street from the main road making it quiet and safe feeling

Tram as well restaurants and grocery stores were very close and easily accessible. Metro was a few minutes longer direct walk. The airport bus was a direct10 minutes walk as well

Breakfast was ample and generous with a variety of food and an extensive coffee / warm drink machine. Overall, 5/5 stay and I will return and stay there with my children

It was wonderfully quiet and cozy. The breakfast offered a great variety, and every morning there was delicious, fresh scrambled eggs. We would gladly come back again 🤗

A very beautiful, refined hotel right in the heart of the Castle District, next to Matthias Church and Fisherman's Bastion

The hotel service was excellent! We arrived around 8:00 AM and initially wanted to leave our luggage at the front desk, but the staff said we could check in and go to our rooms in 30 minutes

Location: On the Buda side, a 5-minute walk from Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church, perfect for a morning getaway to see the Pest scenery! The Fisherman's Bastion is truly beautiful in the morning! Amenities: The room was spacious and bright, and included slippers, which was rare! It was also relatively clean and quiet! Meals: Breakfast was simple, consisting of coffee, bread, eggs, and juice...

It's easily accessible by public transport, or if you're good on your feet, you can climb the many stairs to get up there. We had a lovely, spacious suite with a view of the inner courtyard

The room service and the food is delicious with tons of healthy options, there is a cute kids play area and a relaxing spa with a great pool! I planned to go shopping near by and the staff offered the hotel shuttle to take me

Hotel is approximately 20 years old. Great pool but all time in the evening occupied by some swim training. Food in the restaurant is tasty but expensive and there is a 12% service fee on each foot and drink on top

The reception staff is incredible. Truly saved the day after a flight cancellation and did everything they could to help - all being friendlier than anyone could ask for. If there were 6 stars, they'd deserve them

My time at stacio hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The swimming pool is great and there are plenty of sauna baths, steam rooms, infrared sauna, and many more facilities

I had a stressful night travelling and got into budapest around 5:30am! the staff was so kind to set me up right away in a comfortable room

Shiraz Hotel in Egerszalók is the perfect place to hide away with someone you love

The soundproofing and light-blocking were both subpar. While the bathroom had excellent water pressure and hot water, the towels were clearly stained from years of use. The breakfast selection was limited and average

Normal hotel, far from city on the Buda side. The towels at the hotel were old and had an unpleasant odor, and the hot water in the shower didn’t last long. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good.

The towels were clean but grey when they should have been white. Although the hotel is situated on a busy road,with the windows closed, there was no noise

Clean room, this time a little bit noisy because it was on the first floor, with two comfortable beds, bathroom with a large bathtub etc. Close to Moricz Zsigmond körter, Budapest Kelenföld Railway station etc

Another great stay at the Hotel Mediterran. As always friendly, helpful and professional German/English speaking staff at the Reception

It is 3 star hotel near highway. I recommend it if you want to watch F1 because it's 15 min away from race track ( Hungaroring) 20 min to city center. City bus stops near hotel and you can go to city center with it

Our room was very clean, decent, and beds where very comfortable. There was warm water and heating in our room. This hotel has good connection to the city center, only 20-30minutes away

On the other hand, breakfast could have been a lot better and WiFi connection could be stronger. Other than that, I have no complaints

It have swiming pul, restaurant, parking. Room was clean no problem there. It's next to McDonald's and big shopping center

definitely overpriced pros: nice breakfast and beds. cons: aircon heating does not work, website says everyday room cleaning, not true; cleaning means only towel change, not even this on weekends

Comfortable, clean hotel with a very friendly staff. A good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. There is everything you need. A little small parking lot for all hotel guests. The linen is clean and tidy. Highly recommend

We paid 75 euro for four people , one night. We got nice and tidy room with two huge beds and kitchen + bathroom. Breakfast was included.

Room was clean and in an OK state, I liked the mini kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave. Bathroom is above average but I hate curtains in the shower, a door would raise the quality tremendously

A table and a chair are missing very much from the room

The breakfast offers a good selection of food. On the downside, the bed linen was not very clean — I found quite a few hairs on it and noticed a couple of ants in the bathroom

The hotel has a nice cozy indoor garden. Rooms are good, everything you need. Sometimes you have some stains in the bed sheet, or long hairs on the bed. And when we arrive there was some rests of poo still in the toilet

The hotel is in a great location, with a metro station nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city. It takes no more than 10–15 minutes to reach the centre of Budapest by metro

The Hotel is incredible, specially for its price. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee machine( but no coffee) The hotel internal design is very interesting. Its clean and rooms also has air conditioning

Hotel near restaurants, Supermarkets, Mall and Comfortable Transportation. Just a litte with smell of room. If the room is fresh air, then it would be better. Recommend this hotel for your trip in Budapest 😊

On downside I would have preferred the curtains to cover the whole window as the morning sun will wake up up if you're a light sleeper like me

Low cost simple hotel with a very friendly staff

We only did an overnight stay at the hotel while going from Croatia towards Austria. Breakfast was ok with some basic things. Staff could not communicate well in English but they tried their best to help out

Parking is free, but there was a fair going nearby and lots of people parked their cars. There is no barrier to limit parking to hotel guests

The place is super, beautiful clean rooms wonderful lakefront with own access to boats and fantastic jacutti. Loved it, i can recommend it fully. Food was also nice and sow as the service. I would be happy to viair again

I can honestly say even after 2 nights here I feel refreshed and pampered. One of the staff members, Lia was so friendly and accommodating too which really enhanced how pleasant this destination is

Me and my fiancé had a great experience here, the rooms are super cosy and vibey. The facilities here are placed well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Balaton while relaxing

Palatinus Grand Hotel is in the centre of Pécs next to the main square and dates from 1915. The beautiful Art Deco hotel, fully rebuilt in 2022-2025 for €5. 4m, reopened in December 2025 and offers 85 rooms over 5 floors

Next door is the Palatinus Boutique Hotel with 29 rooms. Furnishings and decoration provide a top-quality atmosphere. Service is friendly and helpful. We came shorty after the reopening of the Palatinus Grand
