Hotels with pool in Hungary

We were here during the winter. Swimming in the outside pool, or taking a great sauna session in snowfall is a marvellous feeling - everyone should try it. The food was excellent with high variety for most requirements

Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car

Health spa and thermal pools are wonderful. Great front desk staff at check-in and checkout (Gyula)

The staff is very nice and helpful. The wellness is big and clean. The kids really liked the pools. There were children's programs almost all day

It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue. There were buffet menus for breakfast and dinner (2 sittings I believe last one at7pm)

The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools

The staff was very kind, and the playroom was well-equipped. The indoor pool, however, was small and overcrowded. What was truly terrible was the dining situation

5 start from my kid, she loved it, and from me for pleasant stay. Great kids room and food was ok. You always find something u like. Wellness opening hours could be longer.

A quiet, comfortable place ,10 minutes from the centre by walk. The food is amazing!

Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention

The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer

That’s why I gave it 3 stars, and frankly, I think that’s all it deserves. Calling it a 4-star hotel feels like a stretch compared to other places with the same rating. Unfortunately, it was an expensive lesson

Pools - fine Restaurant - highlight of the trip. Food was plentiful and well prepared, except for the overpriced drinks

The sauna was a dissapointment, because it was one of the points to book here, but all of the zone is a no swimsuit one, not divided by men/women. At least you can keep your towel on

Infuriating things were (ones I cannot come back again to experience once more) - the promo video, made probably in the 1980s, super low resolution, playing a music 'ambiance' loop forever, both on TV, in the foier and worst of all outside the hotel, just a super cringy and annoying music looping every 20 seconds - this will drive any guests mad, the ones sitting on the benches outside, enjoying their...

This is the core thing making me not want to come back. Another big annoyance was the room's key needed to keep the electric lights/sockets powered, meaning all sockets would be powered off every time you leave the room

I am a born and raised eastern European myself, but having lived in the UK last 30+ years I do not get how I can be asked to remove my underwear for a treatment that didn't go anywhere near that area

Hello, Overall it was our very pleasant stay in your Hotel. We were bit dissapointed regarding partialy not working airconditon and thermal pool out of order, despite that it was enjoyable vacation.

the rooms are amazing and the light there is really thought trough! Surruoundings of the hotel are beautiful! Selection of pools is big enough and you won't be bored there! If you aren't a pool person, theres more fun activities downstairs such as bowling, pinpong and many others

Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

Before coming, I only knew it was a century-old hotel, and it turned out that wasn't just a gimmick. You can see from my photos that it truly has that antique charm, that old-world feel from the last century

I personally love this kind of atmosphere; after all, traveling is about experiencing new things. It's inevitable that the hotel facilities are a bit old, but you can tell they're very well-maintained

The hotel is nice and well equipped. The SPA is awesome - warm water (even outside), a big swimming pool, great variety of saunas and even water slides. The personal is very polite and helping

The location of the hotel is perfect. Staff are very warm hearted 4 minutes walkable to the city center. The sauna facilities is very new and maintained good. The hotel room is a bit small but they offer extra bed

The reception is very helpful and thanks to them. I got the limited Lake Cave boat tour ticket. The playground is free and the paid mini golf are very interesting and good for family trip

Cosy hotel, rich Breakfast buffet, wifi, Parking. Entrance to the swimming pool with thermal water directly with the hotel. There is a massage room, salt cave. A great place for the whole family!

The most important is access to thermal baths. Rooms are standard and nothing to complain about. The critical issue is Internet. It basically works only within lobby, so be prepared to use your cellular one

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. A fantastic bonus is the direct access to the thermal baths and aquapark, which added so much to our experience

We asked for a fee waver given the circumstances and they have been very nice and prompt in getting back to us and not applying any charges. We will definitely choose this location when we will visit Gyula

The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods

I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed in worldwide over the decades

The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view

The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton

However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem

She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It has bio, finish, and infrared sauna + steam room and pool. The room is big and without a terrace but with a balcony

On top of that, the location is very convenient and easy to reach!

Handsome rooms with pretty bathrooms, convenient place for different occasions, and the best thing about the hotel is the staff and the restaurant - everybody wants you to be satisfied with everything, and the food is super - delicious

A great hotel and a wonderful venue for the annual English Teachers' Conference. The atmosphere here is cozy, warm, and beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained, and the restaurant is quite decent

We stayed at the Flora Hotel before the renovation and were very pleased with everything. The food is excellent, and the saunas and cleanless, The connection to the thermal baths is fantastic

The thermal spa itself is definitly worth a visit because of their many pools and large, beautiful park area. Some staff members have been unmotivated, but it was okay. Would definitly stay there again!

The thermal spa area has a strong smell because of the healing water, so you have to get used to the smell (not the hotels fault!)

The hotel is very well located, it is right in the center by the Jewish quarter, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is somewhat basic but very tasty.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer

I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow

This apartment hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms and location are fantastic, directly opposite Heroes' Square and museums

The location is fantastic, right next to Heroes' Square and the starting point of the M1 metro line. The room was clean, and it even had a super large hot water kettle and authentic jasmine tea.

It is very close to the exhibition, only 5 minutes' walk away, but it is quite far from the city center, so you need to take a taxi or walk 20 minutes to the subway entrance to take the subway

If you need to attend an exhibition, you can recommend this room, and the total price is not expensive, it is quite cost-effective

The overall hotel room facilities are pretty good and clean, and the service attitude of the service staff is also very good

If you’re a foreigner looking for a place with mainly local guests rather than other international tourists this is a great choice. And the view over the Danube river is simply breathtaking
