Hotels with pool in Hungary

It would be nice to strengthen the wifi a bit and to put at least a basic small kettle in the room so that I could make my favorite tea next time :-) But these are just small details

The hotel has new BUT small SPA department within 2 Jacuzzi's and 1 small pool for children and sauna's. The room's size was average and it was clean

We took the opportunity to play table tennis and the children and wife tried a very pleasant wellness

Nice hotel. It was clean and the front desk was awesome.

The staff was nice but the lot of young stuff were beginner! (The waiter couldn't memorize what we ordered for drinking. ) The location of the hotel is not bad with 4-5 min walk you can reach the downtown

The breakfast and dinner were quite good. I can say that for this price we got what we paid for. For 3* You can get everything what You need

Breakfast is very good, there is something for everyone. Hotel has a nice swimming pool and limited spa/gym facilities

The hotel is located in a perfect location, within walking distance to the central area, shopping malls, etc. Most of the rooms are spacious and perfectly fine for even longer stays (I was there for nearly a month)

A nice swimming pool on the top floor is never crowded and the use is free to hotel guests. The choice of food at the restaurant is good, and most of the staff speak at least English

And do not forget the wellness area on the third floor, where you can find a sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, solarium, and open terasa and sit outside on nice summer day

A rich buffet breakfast is served every day. The underground garage is available for free to guests. A large square behind the hotel is often used for various cultural events

I really loved staying here in the midst of COVID. They were extremely clean and followed all safety rules and regulations. The front desk staff were always very courteous and ready to answer any questions

Great spa, nice pools, perfect dressing room, but coed. This time of the year it is spacious and not too crowded.

at check-in we waited for about an hour and at the end it was not clear why did we have to wait. Indoor spa pools lighting and noise are almost unbearable. on the other hand the outside pool is very nice and enjoyable

Locals get various discounts, they don't pay the rack-rate. For an older couple, like we are, not a good choice. On the other hand, a family with 1-2 small kids might have a comfortable vacation here

The cons: Rooms are remodelled, simple Holiday Inn style. Hotel and restaurant staff seem to be overworked, not very motivated. The food is plentyful, the quality is so-so, mass feeding the crowd

The pros: Spa-hotel-restaurant complex together. Ideal for families with children. the price includes breakfast and dinner and you may not have to leave the complex during your vacation

There are 3 different sauna, steam room, swimming pool, large hot tub, salt room, multiple sunbeds both indoors and outdoors etc

I stayed at this hotel while passing through and it was a good choice for a short rest. The price was reasonable and there’s a safe open parking area right in front, which you can pay for directly at the hotel

The hotel also has spa and wellness facilities that you can use. The pools and hot water were nice, and breakfast was included. Everything was clean and well maintained, so overall a successful hotel

We used the pool extensively and was especially popular with our son. Our room was clean and so far everything in order, only the walls should get a new color, as some signs of wear were visible

Really good value for the price we booked. (Probably last minute offer, really cheap...) A little bit old school but the services (spa, pool, gym, superb breakfast) makes you forget this.

In many places, I encountered Filipino bartenders who only spoke English, which suggests that catering to Hungarian guests is not a priority

The one place where we ate relatively well was the restaurant in BalaLand – they serve tasty pizza and burgers, although at a high price

The bed is snow-white and comfortable. A kettle, cups, saucers, spoons, slippers - everything is there. Well, and the sad thing is the bathtub. The ventilation did not work at all. The shower head is a real quest

In the thermal pool, people dive, swim on their backs, rinse their hair in the water, spit and, excuse me, clear their noses from the water that got into them as a result of such swims. The staff does not react to this

Of the pickles, there are only cucumbers, sauerkraut in pepper and a mixture of cabbage with something. But the pork, blood sausage and duck are still superbly cooked. It's a pity that the latter was only once

Huge thanks to him for everything! The hotel is cozy, beautiful, clean. They constantly wash and clean everywhere. I was amazed that upon arrival they even change the curtain in the bathroom for a new one

The floor was not washed even once during the entire time, although I hung a sign asking for a full cleaning. But these are generally minor things. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the cleaning

for dinner, when there are few people, you can hear quiet music, but such a visit to a restaurant in Sharvaska Ensan is fraught with the fact that there will be little food left

Aroma room, salt room, several different saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi, massages, tepidarium, outdoor wooden sauna, small pool, bar. all that will surely make me want to return, just with my wife

A hotel that exceeded our expectations. I would like to give the restaurant and the chef a maximum rating. We have a celiac daughter and for us it was a delight to have gluten free options for both dinner and breakfast

The hotel is connected to the Aquapolis aqua park, which I think needs a renovation. The staff in Aquapolis is not as nice as the staff in the hotel. However, the girls enjoyed all the slides

I receive many facials but these facials were on the tops. The spa area is very beautiful,very relaxing. Beautiful pool , jacuzzi and hydro water. Wish they would have more lounge chairs, but overall was great

Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World

It's a 3 star hotel. Good thing about it you can walk to the thermal bath from the hotel through a covered tunnel. Food is tasty but sometimes boring. Rooms are small, outdated but clean. Beds are comfortable.

The air coolers in the rooms are really old and very very loud, so are the ventillators in the bathroom and toilet. The experience was okay, but we will probably check out an other hotel next time, to compare

The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges

Superior rooms, bed is a bit on the soft side but ok, staff entertaining and polite, has thermal water access so the spa is quite fine. Ideal for adult couples or friends.

The whirlpools in the thermal pool don't turn on, even one of the 2 thermal pools was drained on Sunday, the sauna and Turkish bath didn't work, the tepidarium worked but it smelled really bad

In building B the pool is quite cold, the whirlpools turn on in 3 sections, 4-6 stations each, totally inadequate for such amputn of people, and we were still out of season, bar was out of order

That leaves 2 finnish saunas and a steam room - they were fine. Kneipp walkway was out of order, no cooling pool was here

Superb hotel and its staff, very helpful people. These people know hospitality. I stayed in a single bedroom room as I was travelling solo. Prices are also on a sensible side. Will highly recommend the hotel

Good room with location and also aircon is working perfect. Only problem with the hotel is that on first day the hot water is not working

a clean room ,the shower was perfect, but the beds were way too hard,no boxspring just a matras on wood the location was ok, near a metro, the breakfast was also ok

The place is super, beautiful clean rooms wonderful lakefront with own access to boats and fantastic jacutti. Loved it, i can recommend it fully. Food was also nice and sow as the service. I would be happy to viair again

I can honestly say even after 2 nights here I feel refreshed and pampered. One of the staff members, Lia was so friendly and accommodating too which really enhanced how pleasant this destination is

Don't judge a book by its cover This hotel may be old school with dated decoration but it is spotless. The rooms are clean, the beds are new and comfortable and the staff is helpful

This Hotel located on the hill - 3 blocks from flat lavel/streets on the way to the Lake Heviz. Personal is very nice and helpful. They have a pool (unfortunately with cool water)

Excellent service from the personnel. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops

Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

Now don’t get me wrong the decor is a bit jaded and could do with an upgrade but this is a small simple lakeside hotel and not a 5 star luxury complex, but when we asked for late access to the pool and the sauna after a long day out the team did not hesitate to make those arrangements for us

Decent but better hotels available. Food not that great at the hotel. Pool was fine, best part was the jacuzzi and sauna.

We arrived about 1am in the morning as our flight was delayed. The hotel staff had made arrangements for us to collect room keys securely in the night and all the communication around the arrangements were excellent

We also had early starts leaving the hotel before 7am. For the days we needed i, the team arranged a cold breakfast to take away with us and plenty of it too! Nice roles with local chews and peppers, fruit etc

We went on a sporting weekend and we understand that this really was the last weekend of the tourist season before restaurants and hotels start closing for winter

We were happy with our stay and have to say the hotel staff really went out of their way to accommodate all our requests

We were on the free beach in Kenyes. The time and the water were excellent. You can get a delicious flame in the buffet, but you can also have ice cream. We had a lot of fun.

We haven't stayed in such a quiet hotel in a long time. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony facing the countryside. Breakfast and dinner were very varied

4000 ft for 2 hours (including locker). The only thing that bothered me was: 1. Make the Finish souna hotter, its only 80 degrees 2

There was a ceremony in the Finish sauna that i didn't know about, and that I wasn't allowed to take a part in because i have to pay in advance

Further, since the resort is in the middle of the fields and industrial area, it can be rather noisy and fumes from the manure from the fields ruin the moment when exiting saunas which are outside of the hotel

This review is only about the sauna: What a beautiful area, looks like how a multi millioner would have deseind it for himself! Big glass walls, lots of light, large space and garden

Also, quite a lot of people are there with phones, taking pictures, listening to loud music, etc. which can ruin the moment and brings up the question of privacy and intimacy

We have also opted for a massage during our stay and Dori was amazing( Thank you ❤️) + we have a family room and it was spacious with everything equipped + staff members are great and very helpful + breakfast and dinner is great with various options for everyone + indoor playground that has many different varieties of toys, bikes , activities, board games and many more -smoking is not permitted on...

the staff is kindly polite for breakfast with a delicious wide selection. Because unfortunately my feet are sick I was glad that there is an elevator only to the room had to go down stairs which was strenuous

All and all pretty good. Food is average but not bad. Rooms are budget friendly. So you get what you pay for but my days the location is ridiculously good. I would say it's worth it.
