Reykjavík Treasure B&B Mini-hotel

What a wonderful and amazing place to stay. It is one of the oldest buildings in Reykjavik and the whole house and the rooms are decorated beautifully. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. The owner even collects wild blueberries for the breakfast and offers freshly baked cakes. Speaking about the owner, she is such a charming and helpful person caring about her guests the whole day.
The perfect place if you like small, charming and personal stays instead of a big, crowded hotel.

Super cute, super value and simply the best staff. Amazing breakfast and clean rooms that are very comfortable. This will be my "go to" Place every time I visit iceland. Not to mention the great location,location, location!

This was our first visit to Reykjavik, and after looking through a few hotels we decided on Reykjavik Treasure, and I am so glad that we did. Everything about the hotel was amazing. Even before we got there the host was so helpful, and because it was our Honeymoon, there was a little gift and a handwritten note waiting for us

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is right in the heart of the city, but it is also very quiet too so no need to worry about not getting a good night sleep.
The owner is so knowledgeable, and friendly, and is always on hand to suggest things to do around the city whilst serving out some of the most amazing and fresh local breakfast.

This is a place I couldn't recommend highly enough, and will 100% be coming back year after year.

We had a wonderful stay for one night at Reykjavik Treasure B&B. Staying here means staying in a heritage house that has been sensitively restored and maintained, in the heart of the city, with true Icelandic hospitality.

Worth noting that reviews older than February 2022 were when the guesthouse was under old ownership!

The new owner and host Steinenn was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, tasty, plentiful and Icelandic in style. The whole house was stylish and comfortable.

We arrived early to drop our bags off and were delighted to be able to access our room early because the previous guests had departed early and the cleaning had been completed already. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed spending time in the living area having a glass of our own wine in the evening.

Highly recommend for a stay in the capital. Thankyou!

Super friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and cozy rooms. We had a great time there and would definitely recommend this place!

Can’t rave enough about the location of this B&B. Right next to everything you could possibly want. Restaurants, bars, coffee houses, the local swimming baths, bus stop to get taken to the main tour bus hubs etc etc.

We had a quirky little room downstairs that you got to from an outside door but it was all you need when you are on your 10 year anniversary trip. Breakfast was lovely and our key was waiting for us on arrival which is always nice.

Clean functional rooms, close to downtown Reykjavik, and with a friendly staff. The room was on the small side, and the bed was a little strange, being way higher than a typical bed, but other than that, it's what you'd imagine from a small Iceland city room. Heated floors, a nice bathroom, quiet (by Reykjavik standards), and ease of booking make it a great choice.
