Clean, Good location and service

We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery. Tremezzo is so much more chill than Varenna ( the worst ) and Bellagio. Just that it is a bit harder to reach here if you don't drive.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. This is a very small (a good thing!) thermal spa in a remote location that is amazing. The people here are very friendly and create a warm, intimate environment. You feel like you are staying with your friends. Would highly recommend. The rooms are modern and large for Europe.

We were really fortunate to find a free parking spot right by the hotel where we just left the car for 3 days. Note that the hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. It is well marked, but you have to find the 2 buzzers next to the big wooden door, and press the bottom button to get buzzed in. We loved it and would stay there again.

I've been staying here several times over the years and the property is always in perfect condition. The location is great in the heart of Sciacca. Cold air conditioning in a comfortable well equipped room. The included breakfast is excellent.
