The room was beautiful and the location was close to the center of town. There was inexpensive parking just up the street. Lots of places to eat nearby. The only negative is that it is located on a very busy street and the traffic at night was really loud and we found it very difficult to sleep.

Exceptional property, with a fabulous pool

The location is good in the way that it is at 5 minute walking distance to Catania Centrale, but the surrounding area is very very run down and quite sketchy, even during the day. Glad we didn’t have to walk in the area at night. We had some trouble getting in because no one answered the doorbell but once we were inside the owners were very kind and helpful. Nice hotel for the price in the City Mestre. very budget friendly and free parking in their private yard. nice hotel if you are on a car holiday and want to visit Venice you can leave the car and walk 300 meters to bus number 4L which goes directly to Venice in 12 minutes. the hotel staff is extremely friendly and guides you through your trip.

The room doesn't provide normal room facilities like body lotion, water kettle, water bottle. Nothing was kept inside room. While checking out they ask me for their review and i gave my honest feedback same as above. They told me you should have asked for it. The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the service is pretty good too. However, the room isn't actually small, but the design and layout make it feel very cramped. Plus, there's only one charging outlet in the entire room, and it's right above the headboard... The hotel breakfast is decent, with a variety of food and drinks.

It was satisfactory. Very old plumbing, lots of dust, everyone wrote about the maze. You can put up with it for one night's sleep, but otherwise it's very sad. The air conditioning doesn't work, the view is of a garbage dump, everything smells bad and is depressing. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Amazing experience at villa cefala! Giueseppe and his team are very kind and welcoming. This is a good place for weddings and family trips. The villa is surrounded by lemon and olive trees, next to the sea. Affordable price and quality stay.

My family had a wonderful time. We spent about two weeks. The rooms were comfortable, food was great and the staff was extremely friendly. In particular, the pool bar staff, led by a man named Marco, were incredible. Marco did everything we asked of him super fast and more. Marco was wonderful.

Nice but rather simple hotel within the resort. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast crouded. No dinner, bar or service during the day, but availble within the resort. But the resort in general is great. We were probably the only non-Italiens on the place.

My wife and I stayed there three nights in late September. Fantastic Hotel and resort with great food and drink. Our room had an ocean view and the room was very very nice. Nothing to complain about, loved it all and would definitely go back again.

The Falkensteiner is definitely an upscale resort. We enjoyed our stay. Given the price point, the resort should have provided as much free water as guests needed/wanted, not just 1 bottle a day.

We had a fantastic stay and Marcello was a brilliant waiter! He was kind, helpful and very prompt. He has a brilliant sense of humour and really made our stay all the more enjoyable! Modern, minimalistic, very clean, quiet, with pleasant staff. I'd recommend it if you are travelling by car, as it is easier to reach Udine city center. However, there is also a direct bus line, although it is not very frequent.

This is a great little B&B for travelers or vacationers. Massimo is extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and they do a great job. There is also a communal kitchen with a beautiful rooftop area to enjoy meals with a view of the sea and city.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity with the lake, and it didn’t disappoint in that regard. The bedrooms were functional, the swimming pool was big, but the hotel felt a bit like a huge and impersonal complex. Indeed, it was quite noisy and crowded. The staff was nice. A security risk with the pathway that is very uneven. It seems like the lift wasn’t working as well.

Very central. Quiet and a lovely place to walk around. Old history with the combination youth and old. Coffe and food everywere :) sun rise on one side and sun set with bars and a large portside. If you font mind cliffs you can take a ocean dipp in the morning. :)
