The hotel is in an excellent location, close to St. Mark's Square, and the service is friendly. The room is Venetian style, rather ornate, but that's the charm of it. The bathroom facilities do need improvement, as there was hardly any hot water.

Super well located hotel clean, but decoration from another age, does the job if your goal is to move all day and you are just looking for a place to sleep. Be careful the tourist tax is mandatory in cash and to be paid before the key is handed over ... and no exemption even if you arrive after a 2 hour delay, you got caught in the rain, it is 11:30 p.m. and you have to go out again to find an ATM

A great, clean hotel and an excellent place to stay for one or two nights. The location is very convenient, with easy access to both Venice and Venice Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was good and definitely worth the €10. Overall, a very good value for money. I would happily stay here again.

We found this hotel in internet. The location is perfect (100 m from the train and bus stations). The room is good size, breakfast OK, but the best part was the personnel. Both the clerks and the waiter in the bar were very nice. Another plus is that there is a parking place for bikes (and cars) 50 m away. For bikes it is €4 per day

Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small.

Relaxing! The thermal pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I was disappointed in the 25-minute massage, which was only 20 minutes and was mostly just applying oil. The buffet dinner was 39 euros per person, but there was a great little bar across the street for an alternative. There is not much else to do in Montegrotto, particularly on a Monday.

The hotel is located in the mountains, a 10-minute drive from town. It's difficult to book without a car and difficult to get to and from. The balcony has a great view, giving it a country hotel feel. The room was spacious with two balconies. The breakfast was good and at least met my needs.

The sink and shower were dirty and had not been cleaned. The shower was broken and had poor pressure. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a paint job. Breakfast had non-gluten options, but eggs should be warm not cold. The sea view is a bit misleading because it’s obstructed by another building right in front of the hotel.

Fair price for what you get. Off the beaten path, older hotel. We stayed in a 3 person room which was larger than others, breakfast was included and quiet good. There's a pool and a restaurant that we didn't have a chance to visit. Overall, if you've got a car and don't mind being a bit far from tourists attractions- it's a solid place.

There was something seriously wrong with the computer at the reception. I was in my room when another guest came in with a key the reception gave him. When we went down to ask what is that, they said the computer made a mistake. Then I made an online booking for one more night and they could not find it in the computer for several hours, again it was the computer’s blame. Ok.
