This year I have already returned twice, it is so good, you always find cordiality, kindness, cleanliness of all the environments. A very fresh hall for relaxation really excellent. Parking behind the hotel for a fee but covered and uncovered. There is no 2 without 3 ;-) compliments to all The staff always with a smile.

Unfortunately I cannot evaluate the hotel in detail, because due to a problem with our booking I was unable to stay there. But I want to leave a review regarding the treatment they gave us. My partner and I spent 5 dream days with our rottweiler! The room for two people was more than fine, equipped with a bidet, shower and a mini balcony, mini bar and air conditioning! We stayed for a week, we had a great time, the hotel was out of the way even if it was in the centre, a stone's throw from the sea, very clean, the food was good, the guys in the dining room were good and friendly, Giuseppe in particular was fantastic. I would definitely come back.

This hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the central train station. It is clean, has very good air conditioning, breakfast is good although some of it is served by staff. All in all, a very good place to stay, I highly recommend it.

This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

The Hotel is a traditional Italian Hotel in terms of style and decor. Our room (201) was on the second floor and had a lovely view over the gardens, pool and local church. This is a family run 3 star hotel situated in Baveno on the shore of Lake Maggoire. We stayed here for a week and had breakfast and dinner each day. Location is good as is just a few minutes walk across the bridge . You can ask for “porter” service to bring your heavy luggages across the bridge :)

The room wasn't very big, but it had everything you needed, including a safe. The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.

The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.

The hotel's location is good. However, the receptionists speak to people in a scolding manner. They have an attitude of "I don't want to answer your questions." The breakfast is good.

I booked single room but the space was too small so I upgraded to double room. The location is strategic and easy to access to the places I wanted to visit. Overall good stay and comfortable.

Farmhouse surrounded by greenery with swimming pool and apartments, large, clean and well equipped, 3 air conditioners, large balcony, too bad there isn't an internal bar or restaurant, but I absolutely recommend it! Internal parking also covered for certain apartments. Also a green space with some games for younger children.

We had a bad check-in experience, having to equity for 2 hours before being able to get to our rooms because from 1pm to 3pm there is no one to welcome you. Apart from that, rooms are fine, ours was a fully equipped apartment. I would recommend it for a longer stay, maybe not that much for a 1/2 nights stay

Eliseo hotel is fantastic. It’s the top for an amazing holiday among the goods of an Italian thermae. And You can find there excellent food and as well hotel staff.

Relaxing! The thermal pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I was disappointed in the 25-minute massage, which was only 20 minutes and was mostly just applying oil. The buffet dinner was 39 euros per person, but there was a great little bar across the street for an alternative. There is not much else to do in Montegrotto, particularly on a Monday.

Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small.

Great price-performance ratio in comparison to other hotels in Milano! MAN BODY HAIR Elena was fantastic doing our check in and leaving the key in a safe place (We did late due to a road clousure). The hotel is good but, after a good impression I went to bed and opening my duvet...surprise....Many man body hair 😫.
