It’s always a pleasure staying here. The hotel is impeccably clean and the personnel are professional and service-oriented. Elissa who serves us in the dining area was sweet and very attentive.

Drinks and snacks at reasonable prices at the bar. Poor choices at the Half Board restaurant except for the salad buffet. Warm and clean pools from 8.00 am until 11.00 pm (luckily without children in September) so quite relaxing. Pleasant garden and huge parking.

This hotel takes walk ins for the spa… the valets were so kind and loved to talk about the area. The spa reception was welcoming and very helpful. €150 for a 60-minute massage. The young woman who provided the massage was just the right amount of pressure, respectful, and dignified. They made sure you knew exactly where to go, what to do, and gave us a tour of the facility before we had our massages...

We first booked at the Torre Terme across the road which was closed without notification for renovation upon arrival leaving us stranded. We then discovered Hotel Savoia and it was everything and more than we expected. It was overall a great stay for us. We had short stay here but really appreciated the lake view for the price and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is little bit "old fashioned", which doesn't matter anyhow much. It definitely has it's own atmosphere. However we had a room without a lake view (as some rooms have a lake view) and it's "view" is simply very uncomfortable. Not the room itself, but because of the view you feel as in the tomb. The view from our balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, a variety to choose from but sadly no restaurant for dinner. The swimming area was nice but the water was very cold but not so the lake the water was lovely and warm.

Beautiful hotel with a story, told by lots of decorative antiques and the super friendly manager who went out of his way to please us, he opened the bar for us, we feld extremely welcome and had a wonderful night. The hotel is quite clean, the rooms are generally a bit dated, but they are cleaned every day and the towels are changed. The only really bad thing was the breakfast – very poor, with just a few types of cheap cold cuts, cheese, vegetables that were sometimes not even washed, coffee from a machine with a very bad taste, and a couple of sweet items

Location by the sea is nice. No parking place available only 7 in the garage for the whole hotel. Had to park at the edge of town €10/day. Rooms are small but ok. Airco works great. Stayed with my daughter for a week. Had to ask to switch the room as the original one was smelly . The new room was small with a balcony, quite old fashioned but tolerable. Everything about this hotel was brilliant. The location is stunning, there's lots of free car parking. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the room was modern with great facilities. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and buffet dinner, with lots of choice for both. Drinks are good value, and there's a singer on every evening.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center of Palermo. The rooms were very small, extremely outdated, and somewhat dark. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. If you are looking for just a place to sleep at a good price, it offers great value. The breakfast was amazing and the staff, helpful and accommodating.

Right in the middle of the old town. A fantastic location. Taomini is super busy with crowds, so it was good to be able to easily escape back to our hotel room. Had a most pleasant experience. Room was huge with high ceilings, modern bathroom and a delicious continental breakfast. We arrived on a weekend when hotels were very expensive. If I'd paid three times less for this hotel, which is what it normally costs, I probably wouldn't have complained. It takes 5 minutes to transfer to the center circle of the pier, subway and train station. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Along the seaside line, you can reach the Maritime Museum and Diving Aquarium. During the period, you can enter the retired submarine, making it suitable for family travel.

Everything about this property is five stars, the staff and service the breakfast the cleanliness, the rooms and the views. The only criticism I have is that the parking is a bit expensive and it’s offsite.

Super Hoel Antonella, Mateo and Mario were super professional and helpful. They were there whenever we needed a car service, restaurant assistance or tour guide. This hotel is close to town and easy to get to the bus for traveling.Thank you it was an amazing trip and I would recommend this hotel.

Unlike previous stays, the first room smelled musty, and in the bathroom, the bidet was practically touching the toilet – a thin leg could barely fit. The other room was quite dirty, and some things weren't working.

The buffet breakfast waitress refused to bring more hard boiled eggs to the serving table when we requested at 9:50 am, when there was still plenty of time left until the closing time of 10:30 am. The croissants were extremely dry and old, NOT FRESH at all. We did not expect these to be happened, considering the breakfast was paid separately from the room we booked.

Picturesque location We stayed for 4 nights. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Lovely location with picturesque views over the ocean. Suggestions: the rooms don’t have coffee facilities, so we bought a travel kettle and our own coffee etc.

We had a nice stay, the staff was very friendly and the location is good. The hotel is old and needs a bit of sprucing up, but we were comfortable and will likely visit again.

My aunt and I stayed at the Annalisa hotel for 4 days and we couldn't have had a better stay !. Katia and Riccardo made us feel at home right away and welcomed our every request.
