The service has improved, but it's still just okay. I felt that some of the staff were discriminatory towards Chinese guests.

The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged. The breakfast was decent, but there's nothing else to really mention. The room's condition, as shown in the attached photos, included small bugs in the bathroom sink.

Excellent hotel in the center of Abano Terme that has nothing to envy to others of a higher category. The indoor / outdoor pool is large and very clean, as are all the hotel premises. The front desk service was very good, above average, better than the other hotels we stayed in. When they learned we needed a twin room, they even changed our room for free.

The hotel is very good. I was worried about the distance, but it turned out to be OK. I didn't take the bus, but walked there according to the navigation, which was an acceptable distance. The hotel is clean and hygienic. There is a supermarket and a fruit supermarket at the door. There are also many restaurants, all of which taste good. For bus card. Hotel was nothing out of this world, had the basics but was lacking that I’m going to feel rested after I sleep here feel which is what you’d think you’d get with the price tag(100 euro ish). Location was amazing however and breakfast was also nice.

It's the best place ever! The staff was so kind and attentive! As I don't speak Italian, I was afraid to have misunderstanding, but hopefully, almost everyone spoke English. This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip.
