Nice location just directly outside the Termini station

The room doesn't provide normal room facilities like body lotion, water kettle, water bottle. Nothing was kept inside room. While checking out they ask me for their review and i gave my honest feedback same as above. They told me you should have asked for it. Being a frequent traveller i dont tend to ask for above facilities, it should be basically kept ready while customer check's into room. Also...

Small room. Very near to Termini station. Just opposite of Termini station, very convenient location. Many restaurants and stores, supermarkets nearby. Great breakfast, many choices of pastries, yogurt, cereals etc and coffee and juices.  Front deck service good. Baggages storage service.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the service is pretty good too. However, the room isn't actually small, but the design and layout make it feel very cramped. Plus, there's only one charging outlet in the entire room, and it's right above the headboard... The hotel breakfast is decent, with a variety of food and drinks.

It was satisfactory. Very old plumbing, lots of dust, everyone wrote about the maze. You can put up with it for one night's sleep, but otherwise it's very sad. The air conditioning doesn't work, the view is of a garbage dump, everything smells bad and is depressing. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The location is superb ! It’s just bright opposite the Rome Termini ! Overall I can say it’s worth the stay , don’t expect much . It’s clean , and the hotel room already refurbished before .

The hotel was nice and good value. It had a nice pool with bar service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice on the terrace. Location was a little away from the corso but easy to reach by car.

The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

Modern, minimalistic, very clean, quiet, with pleasant staff. I'd recommend it if you are travelling by car, as it is easier to reach Udine city center. However, there is also a direct bus line, although it is not very frequent.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity with the lake, and it didn’t disappoint in that regard. Nice hotel. The view was very nice and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The 2 pools were both very nice and big. Breakfast was not that great. The bananas were stil green, the bacon was not baked good enough, the bread was a little old and the coffee was not great. The room was a little outdated but not that bad.

Nice room with a new feeling, well renovated. Lots of power plugs for charging devices. Noise from other rooms however none from the town on the fifth floor. The morning buffet was exquisite and had all you expected and especially the freshly pressed orange juice was a hit.
