We had a great time, the staff were very friendly and the value for money was excellent. We are very satisfied. The food is excellent and the waiters are friendly and helpful. The beach is very well organized.

The beach is very wide and the sea is decent. Piazza Milano is a guarantee. Rooms are nice but always cleaned too late, the food isn't exciting, and the young people at reception are very good. Overall, average with a wonderful sea view.

The Chinese owner is very friendly, the environment is nice, and it's great value for money. Most importantly, they have Chinese food! It's perfect when you're tired of Western food and craving something familiar. It's also close to the train station and airport.

This is a very well run family hotel, with adequate rooms, a pool and a bar. However a few things need attention. Already second time in 2 years! Best place to stay in Pila for ski and for kids. You reach the slopes directly from the back door of the hotel. Good food and the baby club makes your holiday perfect!

The main attraction is the location, right on the slopes. There’s ski hire and lockers at the hotel and you can ski from and too the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel, very popular with families because of its well priced ski package for children. Meal times May seem chaotic till you get used to it but there’s a very good selection of food.

There are stairs from the entrance to the front desk, and they helped me with my luggage when I checked in, but they didn't help me with my luggage when I checked out. The man in charge of the restaurant was very kind. The older man at the front desk was unfriendly.

Not for handicaps One small elevator that cannot host a wheelchair. Parking outside the hotel is blocked from the evening to the moring with a touristbus. Good place to recharge batteries We had a pleasant stay with incredibly helpful staff. There was a vintage charm to the place, with a lovely pool area. It was easy to either sunbathe or sit under the pine trees and there was a tranquility to the stay. Location is the biggest asset of this camping. We slept in Apartment - rather big kind of cottage. Inside just beds, tables and chairs clozet - nothing special. Kitchen rather poorly equipped: NO WINE OPENER, if you don't have your own need to go to the bar to have a wine opened - this is a crime in Italy). Excellent hotel with clean and big rooms. Location is also very close to the Train Station and if you are travelling from Milano just take the z301-bus and it will stop 1 min walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was also good, but quite simple.
