The service and food are good. We availed of their airport transfer to the hotel, then private transport to Roma Termini after check out. Communication was easy via email as they were responsive. Hotel is quite far from the city center, but it can easily be solved by taxi or Uber.

The hotel is a bit run down. It's fine for an overnight layover. It's really more like a 3-star Italian hotel, at best.

The location was excellent — very close to the airport and extremely convenient. The free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, 24/7, which made getting to and from the airport super easy for us. Perfect for travelers with early or late flights!

My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible.

A decent hotel with a convenient yet mixed location. It's steps from the train station but on the less desirable side of the city. However, it's within easy walking distance of the charming old town. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, which featured a plentiful selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

Stayed on a tour of the area, it is quite remote from any other areas so you would need a taxi to get anywhere with alternative food etc. The room was adequate but they do not all have a balcony. Great beach resort, with crystal clear waters. Closely located to places of interest like Ostuni, Alberobello, and Monopoli, allowing quiet relaxation by the beach as well as visiting Puglia. Restaurant is great. Common areas are quite nice and so is the beach. Decor of the rooms is a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with hot good available to order. This is simply the best family hotel you can look for. Clean, friendly staff, professinalism and a white sandy beach all for you. Spent a week there and cannot recommend enough. They have nice, not pushy entertainment, miniclub and free traditional food experience (panzerotti, pizza, pettole, etc.) every other day. Only downside you'll go back home with few kg extra :-)

The hotel is in a prime location and is very convenient for walking to attractions. The hotel lobby has a very beautiful spiral staircase and is equipped with an elevator. The service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and it is Michelin in 2018. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and complete functions.

From the moment I arrived I was greated well with receptionist Danial , Room was clean and has all the thing I need. Location of the hotel is superb, near a metro station and all other places there. It was a way from the tourist crowd so there was no noise and easily you can get from there to the city centre. I would definitely be back again to the hotel.

Overall a great hotel in a good location. Station is not far away and close to Vatican city. Very safe surrounding. I booked a twin room but surprisingly they had a bit of hard time in finding me one. At the end I got a king bed room instead. Service is alright but I did experience much better one in other NH hotels.
