My husband and I stayed here and booked through Secret Escapes so were expecting a resort as depicted in the photographs - this was not the case! Photos must have been taken some time ago as the resort was dated and tired. We booked half board expecting the flexibility to eat in 3 different restaurants on the park - unfortunately the restaurants were under one roof, serving much the same food. We...
Lovely location, good amenities . Some staff were not very helpful or maybe not trained well? Possibly the season end being due meant they were tired and desperate to get away? Seemed to lack management/organisation. Main park could do with more activities on site for all ages? We left 2 days early due to boredom really. Shame as there is so much potential there.
My mum and I holidayed here for a week (24/9-1/10). When I booked it I didn’t realise how huge the resort was! It’s made up of multiple hotels and you really feel nestled into an eco friendly landscape within the hotel. Everything is beautiful, from the reception area, the multiple pools, the stunning private beaches and more. Our room was large and honestly did need a bit of updating. But had what...
Truly proving the recognition and hype about Sardinia having the worlds best and most beautiful beaches, Arbatax Park Resort, has lived up to our wildest expectations and beyond. Staying at the Telis standard apartments we where first pleasantly met by super service as we where picked up at after parking our car at 3 o clock in the night, by the staff that checked us in and dropped us off at our top...
It's kind of an odd, huge place with 40 acres of ground. It's basically all-inclusive, which is not really my 'thing', but there was no other vacancies in other hotels. There are huge multi seat jeep/machines that will take you around. We checked in in the afternoon and had to wait an hour for our room. I hadn't eaten all day so the only thing we could find to eat was a stale tuna sandwich with not...
The rooms are nice, the check in takes a lot of time, then the park is split in two sides, in the left one there is a single beach which is only rocks, and on the right are more beaches, that are nicer, but not so large and also a lot of rocks. The breakfast and dinner are nice, great food, but the brunch is awful, honestly would recomend not to go here and instead visit the public beaches between...

The chair cover is kind of dirty and I was reluctant to sit on it.
Hotel with a beautiful view and lovely pool. The only slightly disappointing thing was the breakfast.
I like the location about a 40 minute walk to the town centre with a beautiful beach walk to town, the hotel is situated away from the tourist crowds. We didn't have mattress protectors on our beds, so the mattress was soiled with what looked like a small blood stain. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. I thought the food was really good, fresh...
Very nice hotel close to Cefalù - 15-20min of a nice walk along the see shore promenade.
The hotel is very clean, housekeeping staff is really doing a great job there. Rooms are cleaned daily.
The rooms may need some modernisation, but this was not an issue. Also, there was a safe box in the room. Free - no charge. Wi-Fi was decent as well.
As of the staff in general, very friendly people, they...
Its a 25 mins walk from the train station, so its not in the center of cefulu Room was big and ac worked well. Breakfast was basic and average. Pool was the best thing here and free beach chairs for guests for the beach, which is 100 steps downhill. The pool was big and lovely. Supermarket was my saving grace and cheap too ,right across from the hotel.Dinner at hotel is 25€ buffet pp. Bus stop is...
An excellent hotel on the north coast of the island. The old town is also nearby, about a 20-minute easy walk. The rooms are nice and clean because room service is regular every day. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant with plenty of space inside. Across the street from the hotel is a convenience store and a gas station if you need anything. My elderly parents were really impressed by the modern industrial design – it was a refreshing experience for them! The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. We could also reach the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, and other sights within about 20 minutes by walking along the porticoes.
The young lady at the front desk was learning Chinese and made a wonderful effort to communicate...
The environment is great, transportation is convenient, and the hotel facilities are complete.
The room was great, and the front desk staff were very warm and responsible. There are plenty of common areas downstairs, and it's quite close to the train station. Overall, it's excellent and worth recommending.
We had an excellent stay! Room is clean and spacious, staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
Extremely close to the train station, the hotel has a unique design. They also offered free breakfast, which was great for those catching early trains who might otherwise miss out!
Great stay overall! Highly recommended for students and young travelers. You can focus on ur work in the study spaces on ground floor. The reception was helpful and could communicate well in English. However if u want to extend ur stay at the hotel, I’d recommend booking on trip.com as from my experience, it cost me like €93 per night in person, which cost only a little over $80 when I booked again...

Former factory. Ceilings in the room are 3.5 meters or higher. Upon check-in, I noticed a huge amount of dust. Nice toiletries. Very good breakfast. Free private parking. Friendly staff.
Nice hotel. Big clean room. Very quite.
Service was good, room service was also good, not too expensive (the service charge).
Location wise is not central, as is on the site of the old Fiat factory. But is close (walking distance to the metro, that provide easy access to the city centre.
Free parking
The room is big enough, but the room is poorly equipped. There is no coffee or coffee machine, and no electric kettle for boiling water. The front desk service attitude is very average. The hygiene is OK. The restaurant service is very good.
This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right. Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase. It is worth recommending.
The various references to the history of Turin and Fiat are pleasant, and the service and staff are kind, but overall, the property feels quite cold and not very inviting. The room was okay, although the bed was not on par with those in many other NH hotels. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing—very standard, with poor-quality cappuccinos and truly basic offerings. We expected much better.
Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

Up to marriott standard and with gym which is great. Room is however too small, still it is clean and tidy.
Great central hotel around 7 minute walk from Centrale FS station so very easy to get around. Takes around 35 minutes walk to Duomo.
Plenty of good restaurants nearby, do try Barzac which is about 90 second walk away!
Rooms are compact but have everything you need. There is a fridge as well in these rooms.
Supernice hotel with walking distance from Centrale station. Service is very friendly, clean room and decent breakfast, would stay again.
Very nice restaurant opposite hotel highly recommend
Overall, I would go back to this hotel. Service was great. The restaurant and cafe were good as well. There are other restaurants and cafes around to choose from too. From checking in to checking out it was great. I would give cleanliness a 4.5 only because you could tell the walls had some damage and saw 2 dead mosquitoes on the walls.

The hotel, setting is beautiful, the staff very nice pool is beautiful and clean, rooms are nice and clean and nice views, cleaners very nice and in every day, beach is lovely there are big stones/pebbles but that’s they type of beach it is natural.
You do have to pay extra for towels for outside and for the safe.
However the minimart described in our booking is not a minimart it’s a clothes/souvenir shop...
Me and my partner have just had a weeks stay at this resort and from reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The pool area is perfect for lounging around, also offering activities such as water gym at a couple of points through the day. The evening also offers entertainment at the pool bar, doing...
Really nice hotel, would have 5 stars but the little things let it down. No tea/coffee making in the rooms and the room safe is only usable if you pay 2/3 euros per day. It’s there, they can’t remove it!!! Food and facilities are great. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The TV hardly works
Beautiful grounds and pool. Beach disappointing, but quiet. Music every evening went on too late, near hotel rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffets excellent, but very difficult to get to anywhere else to dine as shuttle returned to hotel at 6pm. Hire car would be useful, but not essential as there are trains and taxis available.
The hotel is hard to find due to lack of clear signs when you get close. The rooms have a wonderful view of the pool and sea. However there are many disappointing things that the management needs to resolve extra costs for the safe in your room, to park your car, the use of pool towels plus the drinks are expensive and food at lunch is all but none existent and expensive. It all makes the guests feel...
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the pool. If you are coming to the Mediterranean for the sea, however, this is not the right place. The beach is very disappointing: a rough mix of rocks and coarse sand, poorly maintained, with large waves crashing in a shallow area, making swimming both unpleasant and unsafe. The water is murky and uninviting. That said, if you prefer swimming in a pool rather...

Marcelo is a great bartender - he made us some cocktails that are not on the list but they are very good. So far a great start to our holiday and will come back with more!
We have already answered this in the survey-not an atmosphere for other than large families with young children and partying every night until midnight. You should make this clear to all guests.
This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. We will be back, and we will win at Boccia next time

Great location a 15 min walk from central train station and on the waterfront. You do have to walk 10+ minutes to get to restaurants and 15+ min to the historic city center. Staff were great, taxi stand at the hotel was super convenient as was the hop on hop off and other bus stops right there. Great views of the mountains and seaside. Pool opens May 1 but you can sit poolside and enjoy the fresh air...
The hotel was amazing only thing that always loud because of road in front. And also 2 minuses one is that when I was opening the window it was entering the smell of ****. The second is that it’s far from sea. It was prohibited to swim in swimming pool. But my room was wide with cycle in my room.
The room faces the sea directly... it's very beautiful, just a bit low on the floor. There's a famous Chinese restaurant and a noodle shop about a 15-20 minute walk away, which is pretty good. Breakfast was decent.
Our first time in Palermo. Very comfortable hotel, cheerful and helpful staff especially Martina and Leo in the restaurant. Great pool spoiled by very loud pop music in the poolside seating area. Overall a very good stay, thank you.
Wonderful hotel. Clean friendly. Martina in the dining room and the gentleman behind the bar ( whose name I did not get) were both terrific in assisting us. Thank you
Geerd Mattheus
Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left.
The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.

We came from Lithuania in 2026 of April. We're amazed from beautiful city, friendly staff and delicious food. Thank you very much, *****
We stayed with Great Rail journeys and will not be travelling with them again if this is indicative of their choice of accommodation. The quality of food was good when they had enough but witnessed serving staff cutting portions in half to try and eke it out. If they ran out it did not seem to...

Be aware that the porters who take cases to rooms are excessively rough...they bent the handle on my new suitcase to such an extent it wouldn't go down.
We went with Great Rail Company which was our first attempt with them . The rooms in the hotel were very spacious and clean and possibly the best air conditioning we have ever had in a room . A beautiful resort staffed by delightful young students, our favourite being Diego, the lifeguard, who rushed to assist my daughter after she was stung by a wasp while in the pool. Such a beautiful location and the resort is stunning - it’s a bit dated, but if you’re going somewhere to sit and relax and look at an incredible view, it’s amazing. We had a lovely room with a gorgeous view all the way to the sea - Monte Turri restaurant for apero and dinner is very beautiful.
Beautiful location, excellent and accommodating staff. Manager Marco and housekeeper Laura were exceptional. Our stay was made most memorable by the nightly singing of the duo Cris and Olga. The quality and breadth of their performances enhanced our holiday immensely. The food and the accommodation were good but not perfect - 3* not 4*
There were so many little disappointments: the coffee machine at the beach bar not working one day, no milk to make cappuccinos at the other beach bar another day, no tomato sauce to make pizzas at the on-site pizzeria the next day. Novotel Venezia Mestre Castellana is a great choice for families and business travelers alike! Located near Porto Marghera, this 4-star hotel offers upscale amenities and a convenient location, just 7km from Venice. Guests praise the hotel's helpful staff, comfortable beds, and modern rooms with premium bedding and pillow menus.
Highlights:
- Family-Friendly: Kids' pool, playground, and babysitting...
We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Venezia for family trip. Convenient to reach by car, comfortable beds, silent room, games for kids, helpful staff, store nearby, car parking, and 15min to Venice by car. Special highlight was the breakfast - it’s wonderful! Highly recommended place.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and recommended many great places to visit. The room itself was quite clean and tidy, with plenty of space. However, it's a bit of a walk to the bus stop downstairs, and it's a little far from the city center. Overall, it offers great value for money.
This hotel is a bit far from Venice's main attractions, and the facilities and interior feel like something out of the 90s. However, the bedding isn't too bad, so it's decent value for money.
We thought it’s a good idea to stay here as we are self driving. Location is good with parking, 9 euro per night. The room is spacious and comfortable

Excellent location with convenient parking. The hotel facilities are mostly complete, and the overall layout is elegant and unique. The hygiene is good, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great!

On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.
Beautiful common areas. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. A very artistically decorated hotel that leaves a lasting impression. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel truly makes it memorable.
The soundproofing is terrible; you can practically hear everything spoken and even people getting ready in their bathrooms. The service was good, though; they helped us call a taxi. Breakfast was just so-so.
The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good.
The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well.
The hotel...
An established hotel with reliable service. The breakfast is extensive and includes freshly squeezed juices. As expected for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge. Although it's not in the city center, you can book a shuttle service in advance for a free ride downtown. Florence isn't a big city, so we'd take the free shuttle to the city center in the morning and then just stroll back to the hotel...
Disappointed. Breakfast was subpar. Too much noise from the hall. Asked for a bottle of water, and they told me I had to go to the bar to get it. Expected better service for the price paid.
A very comfortable hotel. The front desk even upgraded my room for free. Although the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, it's understandable. Everything else was great. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions. I recommend it because the hotel facilities are new, the surroundings are quiet, and it's convenient for getting around.

I stayed at GranSerena Hotel during a business trip and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between professional and relaxing — elegant interiors, immaculate service, and a touch of Mediterranean soul in every detail. Mornings begin with the scent of coffee and sea breeze; evenings end in quiet luxury. The staff are attentive yet discreet, making you feel both cared for...
Wonderful hotel and amazing staff! Our stay at Gran Serena was fantastic – beautiful location, great food, and a friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to the staff for their help in a difficult situation – they found and returned my lost wedding ring. We’re incredibly grateful and will definitely come back! 💛
We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th).
Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity.
On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines...
The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.
The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.
The stay was pleasant and I would say the following:
Pros
-restaurant staff are amazing! They made fresh food for us at the buffet if asked as we were vegetarian.
-beach is nice and good general facilities
- hotel offer good guided tour to Alberobello
Cons
-unless it’s meal time, it is very hard to fill up a water bottle (one day it was very hot and I was playing Tennis and could only get one cup...

Frankly indifferent hotel with generally efficient staff but who generally lack any personality. Buffet is adequate but uninspiring; house wine rancid, slow to clear tables and crockery too frequently unclean. Bizarre system of being required to buy credit in advance for bar/ food with any unspent surplus retained by the hotel. Beach and pool towels available for hire! Felt generally ripped off

Everything was perfect, from our spacious, modern seafront room with breathtaking views to the fantastic amenities that truly made it feel like a home away from home. The abundant breakfast and diverse restaurant options were a treat! The hotel’s sandy beach were wonderful and the Spa and Acqua park were fantastic bonuses. What really made our stay super special...
I am currently on my last day of my family holiday to Sicily staying at Hotel Costa Verde. I wanted to write this review now so not to forget anything. I found reading these reviews very helpful prior to arriving. First of all the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Fresh linen and towel provided each day. The pool areas are clean, tidy and family friendly. There is entertainment on around...
Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!
An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario.
The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face.
Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu .
I will definitely be back again
Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. The entertainment is even translated it was such a wonderful experience with my family the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and baby dance

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall my experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made traveling around the city easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing...
They had to switch our room because the hot water didn’t work in our first room. When I told the hotel clerk about it. He was like well no one else complained. Basically calling me a liar. Until I had them come check for themselves. The second room wasn’t as nice. The walls were peeling outside our room and there was mold on the ceiling on the bathroom. The pool area is very beautiful but against a...
AC WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME, THE HOTEL KNEW THIS AND YET NEVER FIXED IT,WE PROMISED THE FIRST NIGHT THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS OFF DUE TO THE HOUR 8PM BUT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE NEXT DAY. WE CHECKED OUT TODAY AND LAST NIGHT WAS GIVEN SOME B.S. ANSWER ABOUT WHY IT WASN'T FIXED. FOOD WAS DECENT BUT EXPENSIVE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND RUDE AS WELL. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.THIS WAS THE...
A decent hotel, very clean. Could provide drinking water in the room. Breakfast could include Congee for ASEAN travellers?
It’s an OK hotel. Breakfast average, not great.
Gym was sufficient but not great.
It is a good location for going out in the EUR area of Rome.

Very good amenities and service was top notch
A very functional hotel close to everything, clean and comfortable.
very nice hotel, good location and comfortable to stay!!!!
Good hotel, worth to come back.
Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.
