This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right. Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase. It is worth recommending.

The various references to the history of Turin and Fiat are pleasant, and the service and staff are kind, but overall, the property feels quite cold and not very inviting. Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

Great central hotel around 7 minute walk from Centrale FS station so very easy to get around. Takes around 35 minutes walk to Duomo. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, do try Barzac which is about 90 second walk away! Rooms are compact but have everything you need. There is a fridge as well in these rooms.

This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. A nice family hotel on a wonderful beach. There are breach activities which can be booked like pedalo rent, boat trips,... But it's still quite quiet compared to other rather big resorts. Also possible to do horseback riding and Quad tours not far away at Iba sa cresia.

The hotel was amazing only thing that always loud because of road in front. And also 2 minuses one is that when I was opening the window it was entering the smell of ****. The second is that it’s far from sea. It was prohibited to swim in swimming pool. But my room was wide with cycle in my room.

Very big resort, so much to do! We stayed in the Dunes' beautiful location of the resort. Find time to explore the north side of the resort called Borgo! The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport and a few bus stops away from the nearest subway station. On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. It's actually very convenient; the bus stop is right outside the subway exit, no stairs needed. Different bus routes go to the hotel, some are just one stop away....

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!

An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario. The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face. Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu . I will definitely be back again

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. The entertainment is even translated it was such a wonderful experience with my family the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and baby dance

It’s an OK hotel. Breakfast average, not great. Gym was sufficient but not great. It is a good location for going out in the EUR area of Rome.

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.
