It was an amazing stay. We had half board it was well worth it. Excellent food at restaurant. Breakfast could have more selection but what they provided was good. I would highly recommend for families.

The hotel's pool was closed, no gym and no spa, the rooms were big and the A/C not that strong while the lower temperature had to be adjusted by the receptionist.

Good for family A hotel suitable for families with children, the spaces are pleasant, there are play areas for children and it is close to Gardaland and other attractions.

Plenty of parking for free, close to Gardaland and short drive to Movieland. Small downtown area nearby which has some solid restaurants and hotel/Room was clean. Employees had a bit of an attitude but they were helpful so it worked out. Would 100% stay here so many things to do around and at the hotel.

Everything went great! Minor problems with the beds, very hard mattresses, poorly regulated room temperature. The hotel hasn't been renovated for 7-10 years. Breakfasts are great, lots of everything. It's ok for a 2-3 day vacation, I don't recommend it anymore.

The room is gorgeous. Clean and full of amenities. The service is good too. Complementary laundry is essential for me as I do not need to carry lots of clothing. The environment is vibrant and full of youngsters.

This hotel is a renovated old building, and the ceilings must be at least four meters high, giving it a 'new wine in an old bottle' kind of feel, which is absolutely fantastic. The location is also great; you can walk to the Duomo, and it's less than a kilometer from the train station. I wouldn't say it was exceptional, just average, and the bed was quite large. For Rome, it's a decent value, provided you have a car or know how to get there. The location isn't great, though, being far from both the metro and train stations. The breakfast was decent, with freshly ground coffee and real milk, which was quite good.

Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was delicious, and the breakfasts were absolutely incredible. It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.

The location is superb! It's a 15-minute walk from the central train station, and the hotel is right next to the Four Corners Square. It's only 500-600 meters to the main cathedral and the opera house, meaning all attractions within the old city are within walking distance.

In general, good choice when you are looking for value - all incl service. The area is very quiet, nothing around, you need car for trips, shopping and beach. The hotel rooms are simple; the room furniture refresh would fit to the hotel.

Nice hotel, but a breakfast menu doesn't have too much variations. A single room clean and good but for 4☆ hotel could be bigger.

Unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces.Every day the car had to be pulled away so that someone else could get in. This is quite annoying because they can call you at any time that the person is in the wrong place with their car.

I was in this structure, I have to congratulate the staff, and unfortunately I can not give 10stelle. Master Arturo with kindness, ability and competence is very rare now.
