Good as always. Its a clean hotel and the location is close to the train and tram stations
Good hotel. Clean & good breakfast.
Nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. But not that close to the city center.
Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.
The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre and bus service and the tram are also quite a distance
The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

The service was great and the rooms were too! However, I checked out and realized I lost something very important to me so I arrived about 2 hours later also calling them in advance and they said they couldn't find it, I don't think they looked hard enough... But they also had good free breakfast
Old school hotel with classical decor and easy outdoor parking. Very spacious rooms with balconies. Mine facing out was very quiet. Surprisingly large spread for breakfast with very good breads and full pastries, pancake machines, ham/bacon/eggs. Deducting a point for rooms cos mattresses were very hard and towels and sheets smelled overpoweringly of strong detergent/bleach that it was unpleasant....
Loved the opulent beauty of this hotel. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Had a cancelled flight and the airlines put me there for the 2nd night of the delay. Wish I'd been there for both nights. The Royal Palace only 2 miles from the hotel if you have time. Lovely spa in the hotel and relaxing atrium. The pool was officially closed (season end) but the pool area was nice. Great place for a conference
Some rooms are old fashioned, one we were given had a shower that was very old and didn't work. Asked to change room at the reception and was offered a more modern comfortable room with no fuss. All staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming. Location isn't the best, far from Naples and not much to do in Caserta. Hotel on a big free way. However there are a couple of great restaurants around....
Elegant, very quiet hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.
It took them 5 hours to put towels that were missing for the second person (they had only put towels for 1 person), even though we complained twice... On Saturday, at 10:30, breakfast had already been removed despite it being the same on weekends until 11:00. The pool, at the end of May, was still not in operation, although nothing was written when booking. And despite having few customers, they...

Hotel with good location. Friendly welcome but run like a school, their rules are not particular customer friendly. The food was variable. Breakfast was had good choice, the anti pasta was plentiful and good, the ice cream was delicious. The pasta and main courses however were more like school dinners, no great taste. The bar was well stocked but the prices exorbitant compared to every other restaurant...
Situated 5minutes from the beach (the hotel has its own private area) and ten minutes from the old town the hotel is ideally situated. Recently refurbished the rooms were pleasant, light and mist have a small balcony. There are many public areas both inside and out with comfortable seating and some shade outdoors. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The shower is a bit of...
Beautiful hotel in a good location, near to beach, and use of hotel sun beds in the beach and round their pool. good breakfast choices and very good evening meals.
Like a lot of people who have reviewed this hotel previously we stayed here for three nights as part of a Riviera travel company tour of Puglia. Of the three hotels we stayed in on this tour it was the most Italian in style and the least business corporate and a lot of what other British visitors have complained about are things that enamoured it to me. Yes it is a bit of a strange layout, being two...
Stayed here with a tour group. Decent sized room. Excellent shower. Most rooms appear to have balconies. Staff set up a nice welcoming soft drink and snack gathering. Breakfast was very good with all the usual items. Dinner and lunch options were available if you didn’t want to take the short walk to the town center. We enjoyed our stay.
Visited for 3 nights as part of a Riviera tour. 2 coach parties arrived at the same time but this was dealt with efficiently. I loved the hotel after 2 chain hotels it was a welcome breath of air. It’s in a very good location… an easy walk to the old town and very close to the beach. The room was of good standard, and thank you again for catering for my gluten intolerance so well. Great stay, room are in good conditions. Nice location. However room service is not good, we ordered water 4 times but never get it
Hotel Milano is perfectly located for visiting the exhibition center and very convenient. The service is friendly, and exceptional varied breakfast , and top quality. I highly recommend choosing a junior suite – very comfortable and stylish. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop swimming pool, making it suitable for business trips, aperitivo and families short stay .
A truly unique hotel, though not for everyone’s taste. The hotel is conveniently located in the city of Milan, very close to a tram stop that makes it incredibly easy to get to any part of the city. As a hotel, it really stands out—especially in terms of its decor, which, for me personally, didn’t match my taste. You won’t find the typical style of a four-star hotel here. The breakfast was amazing...
Location is good and room is quite a lot of space. Well there is no amenities being provided in the room and quite small window for top floor. Another thing is no charging point beside the bed.
Very vibrant and contemporary hotel. Fantastic service from beginning to end. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . Room and all areas were very clean. Our daughter celebrated a big birthday while there and the staff made the occasion extra special doing all they could to give her an experience she will never forget. Would highly recommend. Taxi rates were reasonable to get into Duomo and...
I can't say that we entirely enjoyed the hotel. The pool was great. Cantilevered so that you could look into the ground a few floors below. I certainly didn't enjoy the music in the pool area, would certainly have appreciated something less intrusive and not as loud. The contemporary design is interesting but I don't think it works all that well, I did like that each floor had a different foyer...

We wanted a beach front hotel and all inclusive. This hotel is good for our needs. Great beach and sea. All inclusive was fine. Plenty of nice food and drinks. All inclusive all we can’t fault it and would go back.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Right on the beach with ocean views from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The property has easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.
The hotel is very nice. The pool is good for all there is even a kids pool. The staff is very kind and the food was delicious. The game room is perfect fo yuths and a great game. The rooms were perfect.
The hotel staff are all very welcoming and gives a service with a smile. The rooms are clean and tidy. Lavish food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, the pool, private beach, games room, and other facilities were great, and breakfast had a good variety. I would stay here again.
Very good overall stay at the hotel! Efficient service and great food with a very beautiful beach. Staff very helpful. Highly recommended 👌.

The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone...
Great place for late night arrival and early flights
I walked from Bologna airport late at night. I walked on pavements a large grass verge and a quiet road. Other reviews say the route is not safe but as long as you are not with children I would disagree. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from Modena Station, offering excellent access to the old town. The room was spacious, and the bathtub was especially large, perfect for soothing after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was also very varied and enjoyable.
I liked the hotel for its location and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast, polite staff.
The hotel is very good, the breakfast is rich and the service is very considerate.
The location of the hotel is good (7 mins walk to the central station and 1.5 km from the historical center etc.). And the room was quite ok. But the staff at the front desk seemed a bit cool (those serving at the breakfast place were fat better).
Good hotel, convenient location just outside ZTL and 15 minutes walking to city center. Breakfast is quite basic.
This hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? Nice atmospheric hotel. Rooms a bit more than basic.. Great breakfast buffet. Shame the gym and spa was being renovated, so we couldn’t visit it.
The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! This hotel is super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. There's a Penny supermarket right next door, which is great for picking up fresh groceries. While the hotel's facilities are a bit older, they are very clean, tidy, and make for a cozy stay.
It’s great location. Just in front of Milano Central Station and there are lots of Italian restaurants and supermarkets. Concierge is great and I enjoyed breakfast as well.
The room is really nice and clean! Even comes with a complimentary mini bar. Recommended!
Staying at the hotel that shares my name was a fantastic opportunity. The hotel's location was very easy, both from the airport and to get to attractions. The hotel is in a safe area. We were very pleased and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything.
Hotel Berna is a great choice for travelers, especially with its convenient walking-distance location from Milano Centrale Train Station. Hotel is very nice situated near Termini Station. Staff is very nice and friendly. Amenities are a bit modest.
The hotel was very accessible, being close to the terminal station. The room was spacious and clean. For laundry, there wasn't a self-service laundry room; instead, it was a paid service. So, I looked for an external laundromat nearby, and since it was close, it wasn't an issue at all.
I had a lot of concerns about finding accommodations in Rome, but this was a very clean and comfortable place. The staff were also very friendly!

A good experience but lacking in some areas for a hotel at this price point. Overall, the facilities are pretty good although the lower large pool is getting pretty tired. Although this hotel is lovely, very clean, with stunning pools and a nice restaurant, I cannot recommend it for families. Very friendly welcome at the reception; large free parking lot and a great location for flights departing from Venice and Treviso airports, with good connections to Mestre and Venice. The rooms are very well equipped and it offers excellent value for money.
Friendly hotel with clean, quiet rooms in good proximity to Venice. Big plus: Free car parking. Negative: Too firm pillows in the room. However, in general, fine hotel to recommend.
The room was a good size, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Dinner was good and not too expensive; a simple meal for three, including a bottle of red wine and sparkling water, came to under 80 Euros.
