A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Sitting on the front terrace enjoying a beverage while watching the people parade by was special. Strolling through town, enjoying the sights made us feel at home. The room was large and perfectly appointed with a view of the Mediterranean. The pool was spacious and welcoming.

From the moment of arrival to leaving, we felt warmly looked after with exceptional attention. The hotel is in a wonderful position in that you do not need to use a car once you are there as everything is workable. Charming little Paradise on the edge of everything in Portofino.

The rooms are nicely appointed although I had some mild issues with the plumbing at first. I am not a fan of half showers, but that is common there, especially in older properties. The one caution in the bathroom is the height of the tub above the floor...it can be a bit dangerous as the floor appears to be a couple inches lower than the tub bottom...just a small warning in my particular room. We were there this year and loved it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very kind man who patiently explained everything to us. Great thermal station offering diverse services and great facilities. There is a parking available which is really accommodating. You can rent a towel and robe. Everything is clean and you can enjoy different types of pools (even a sauna). To eat, there is either a cafeteria or bistrots offering ice creams, cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks. Tuscany is a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Terme di Saturnia is a very special place due to the thermal water that comes from the Roman times. Very healthy for the skin, bones and Breithing issues. The temperature of the water is 36.5 Celsius. A real pleasure for the mind and the body. Specially for your joints and osteo arthritis issues.

We arrived quite late, the room smelled bad, but the service was good.

The hotel is great, conveniently located, and has a nice environment.

The quilt and bedding are made of synthetic fiber, and the toilet paper is very thin like the ones used in public toilets. The bed sheet is torn. After turning off the lights at night, I found that the door of the room was open, and the wind and sound from the corridor blew into the room. This hotel cut corners on details everywhere. Maybe this kind of fashion hotel is more fake five-star.

We had a 5 days stay at this resort. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere. Buffet for dinner well overpriced which made us go out every night for food to Santa Teresa. Keeping buffet prices competitive with restaurants in Santa Teresa town would most likely make more guests eat or use the buffet more. Other than that perfect!

Beautiful newly renovated resort with spectacular rooms and amenities. Pool, gym, and bar all exceptional. Similar to other reviews written around this time, the hotel does feel just slightly understaffed. However, it hasn’t taken away from our experience. The rooms are clean, modern, and very quiet. An outdated hotel desperately clinging to its former glory days. For the price its definitely not a 5 star accommodation. Very uncomfortable bed and many burnt out bulbs in the room. The pool which we were looking forward to was poorly maintained with large brown stains at the bottom of it and yellowing tiles. Would not recommend.

We had a wonderful week stay at the Royal sanremo hotel. We enjoyed the classic old charm of the hotel, the stunning view and heated swimming pool designed by gio ponti. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean while preserving the timeless atmosphere of an iconic hotel.

Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons and more! The location is prime. The staff could not have been more friendly or more accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and has an amazing history. It was a former convent. They have a fabulous spa and restaurants.

Decent five star hotel with their own parking but rooms are a bit small. The area also feels a little rough.

It was great hotel however there were some loud noises in our room. They offered to change the room later. Overall it is great place as they have an amazing rooftop and gym. Food and breakfast is spectacular. Rooms can feel too dark at night.

Location is very good, it is easy to access by car and there is a two minute walk to the center. There is garage for extra charge and electric vehicle was recharged. We are staying locally at an air bnb for the Winter Olympics. We came for drinks last night on my 50th birthday. Even though we are not staying, the bar staff gave me a small birthday pudding with a candle and the service was impeccable. This upscale hotel is located in a prime area of ​​the old town. Is a 4 star hotel. I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked. But it is actually link to another swankier hotel around the corner call Grand Hotel Sitea. If you're fit and don't mind stairs and love old buildings, then Royal palace will suit...

Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. My wife and I stayed there three nights in late September. Fantastic Hotel and resort with great food and drink. Our room had an ocean view and the room was very very nice. Nothing to complain about, loved it all and would definitely go back again.

The Falkensteiner is definitely an upscale resort. We enjoyed our stay. Given the price point, the resort should have provided as much free water as guests needed/wanted, not just 1 bottle a day.

We had a fantastic stay and Marcello was a brilliant waiter! He was kind, helpful and very prompt. He has a brilliant sense of humour and really made our stay all the more enjoyable! Not only are the rooms beautifully appointed, the food so delicious, a heavenly harp playing at brunch, the staff with impeccable, customer, service, and professionalism, everything about this hotel screams Luxury and comfort! I will definitely be back!
