It wasn't as good as advertised... The breakfast service was absolutely terrible, not what you'd expect from a hotel of this level... The only decent service throughout the entire stay was at reception, and the bar and lounge were okay too. The rest was just so-so... I won't be coming back next time, I'll stay somewhere else.

From the dining to the views of the Dolomites and sky-lift from the hill top and everything in between -we had an amazing experience. The spa was clean and well run.if you ask they will let you use their hiking poles for a day of climbing. It was very convenient because you could take a water taxi directly to the hotel. You can also take a gondola right in front of the hotel, and it is very close to St. Mark's Square. Lovely and helpful staff, but no one at the curb to help with luggage, a concierge that starts their service at 11:00, very poor food quality and offering at their standard restaurant. This hotel is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a resort - beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfast, and the most incredible staff. We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon and cannot recommend it enough. Just 10 minutes from Castiglione delle Pescaia if you want to explore downtown, or 30 minutes from Cala Violina boat tour, we had the absolute best time and can't wait to return

What an amazing place I hope to get back here next year again everybody was super nice. Property was super nice. It is quite relaxing. Great food apparently a great wine as well but I don’t drink. I highly recommend anybody to go.

This place offered an ideal Tuscan escape. It's surrounded by gorgeous countryside and is only a short drive to a sandy Mediterranean beach, where you can reserve chairs at the hotel's partner beach club. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time at their adults-only pool, which was quiet and had plenty of seats. The resort was very relaxing. The service was wonderful. Some of played golf on the premises. The beach that they drove us to was excellent. The owner of the beach club is like the mayor, he knew everyone. Food was good there too. Breakfast at the hotel was nice. The grounds are lovely. We did the lunch wine tasting which was great ! Stayed for 2 nights . Truly a vip experience at Caesar Augustus Capri . Starts with a personal pick up at the port and a ride up the the hotel. We did not have to lift any luggage as they took care of everything for us and treated us like royalty from the minute we arrived at the port . The staff is excellent and makes you feel like a king.
