Worst 5 star hotel we have stayed in. They are a fairly new 5 star hotel (4 star before their extension) and this showed in their customer service. The hotel was renovated from an old post office, and it still has the characteristics of that era. But unfortunately the hotel did not put in any effort in this regard, such as arranging some guided tours.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and you can see the beautiful Bay of Naples from the room. However, the room was a bit small, and the sharp corners of the table weren't covered, which resulted in both my friend and I getting bruises on our knees, and it even damaged a pair of my boots.

We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). Crazy good location near shops & restaurants

The hotel is very close to the train station. We didn't take a taxi when we arrived, so we walked for over ten minutes along the cobblestone road with our luggage. The hotel is next to a small square and not far from a bridge. The city isn't large, so getting around is easy. The room was quite large, and the extra bed was basically just the sofa at the end of the bed. Every night, there was a turndown...

The room was very clean and upscale. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, easily accessible by taxi. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, a ten-minute walk. Surrounded by brand-name stores, it's very lively and close to the Duomo. The staff was also very friendly. The front desk called a taxi for me, and it arrived quickly.

Perfect location, 10 mins walk from the train station, the hotel is in an upscale area and everything is within walkable distance! Fully air conditioned, spacious and clean room, friendly staff! It was a pleasant stay, will definitely stay there again!
