Montecatini-Terme, Via Fedele Fedeli 10 🧭 Map
Arrived by train for short visit Montecatini. Basically everything was normal.
I had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is great and the staff is so wonderfull. I would highly recommend the Vitaliter package. Thank for at great stay.
The staff was very cooperative. Also, the room service was great. But the property itself is quiet old. The amenities can be better. The furniture also looks old and used. They need to renovate the rooms from inside.
A very nice hotel with perfect service, good cleaning, it’s really beautiful. Spa is very small but ok. Massage was good. Breakfasts are very poor, but you can do fresh juices - that’s a plus. Bar is good. It’s super close to the Thermes.
Didn’t feel like a 5 star property. The breakfast was not a 5 star, the vegan and vegetarian options were very limited, even though I had informed before hand .
Great food and very friendly staff.. would strongly recommend when staying in Montecatini Terme

Beautiful resort in a great location, amazing view, many restaurants to choose from, and many more amenities . The decor is a bit outdated . Highly recommend it !
Staying in Hotel Cala di Volpe is always an absolute pleasure; it is quite simply one of the most unique and iconic hotels in the world ! Firstly the setting is on a magical a bay with the most beautiful views and we were especially appreciative to have been given a sea view junior suite with a balcony to take them in from. We ate at the Barbecue by the pool, Le Grand and Matsuhisa Japanese and each...
I have been going to Porto Cervo every year for the past five years. I have stayed at Pitrizza Hotel, Romazzino Hotel, and Cala di Volpe. We stayed at Cala di Volpe three times. The food, service, and staff of the hotel are very good. You reach the beach by boat service, which is a bit of a handicap. There is no option to dine at the beach, which is a downside, but the sea is wonderful. With its design...
It was unreal, I felt like I was in a dream. Perfect hotel.
Alot of options in the salad bar, all kinds of pasta are good, pizza margarita 👌🏼

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. The spa was a nice treat as well.
We stayed at Hotel Montecatini Palace for three nights over a friends wedding weekend, from Friday to Monday, and overall had a pleasant experience. I had to make some changes to an existing booking before arrival, and the process was seamless and handled efficiently.
We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed. Throughout the entire stay, the front desk staff stood out as exceptionally...
The city is simple and the thermal spa was wonderful, we had fun on the funicular. I booked 2 rooms by mistake and they fixed my problem. Marianne was very helpful
Great service - staff are lovely, room really pretty and well thought out, pool area great - only blip was the lunch mixed grill were cheap cuts and raw. But everything else spot on.
We stayed here for the weekend. There was sauna, jacuzzi and rooftop pool and bar. Very good place to have a relaxing time. Our room was warm and small and the first night we basically couldn’t sleep. We left the window open and of course in the morning it was too bright and noisy. The AC was under the table and that must have been the reason.
I was happy to see there was an electric kettle and coffee...
We booked two superior double rooms directly with the hotel, for four nights as part of our tour around Tuscany. I communicated with the hotel beforehand to ask the room our teenagers were staying in be set up as a twin. When we arrived the twin room was of significantly better standard and size than our double superior room - we paid the same price for each room. Welcome treats had been left in...

Brescia, Via X Giornate, 20, 25121 Breshia, Lombardiya, Italiya 🧭 Map
Top location. Old and facinated building with a lot of history and appeal.
Being a classic old Italian palace..do not expect moder facilities neither great service. The structure has objective limits...BUT we overall enjoyed the experience.
We asked for upgrade and we got a junior suite. The room was spacious and well exposed on the two faces of the building.
The hotel's location is excellent – right in the center of Brescia, practically on Piazza Vittria. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't reach 5-star standards in terms of room amenities, breakfast variety, and minibar selection, but the price is also reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Comfortable, spacious, and very nice staff. The rooftop area was closed for the winter, but I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. You should definitely stay here!
Location and outside ambiente shows some charme from old times. Rooms are…. outdated (friendly said) Old metal bed in a non inviting „cold“ appearing high room. It was dirty, cabinets are from 70‘s and partially broken. In the bathroom it smeels wet/like mold and the air cycling fan has not seen a cleaning for decates. The service depends of whom you talk to. The breakfast area guys are fabolous!!...
The service and location were great, but the hotel facilities were too old, and the mini-bar had a pungent, strange smell when opened.
Location is great, and the building itself is gorgeous, however, it was far from a 5-star experience. Room outdated and dark, amenities limited and not of a good quality, aircon noisy, view of the inner courtyard (I stayed at a Superior room). In the lobby they played loud music (and occasionally rock music, which felt weird). Bar/restaurant service inattentive. Wi-Fi very unstable. Basically, this...

The Hotel is located just in the heart of Sirmione, Lake Garda. It is surrounded by the lake due to its exceptional location. The old city walls are just steps aways but the property is isolated by a garden so beautiful that you don’t notice the crowed city. The building is absolutely stunning! The decor (mixed of art deco and old money castle) is perfect. The rooms are spacious and details such as...
Great experience marred by awful wifi signal in rooms and most of hotel. This is unacceptable in this day and age.
edit: I’d like to add that if you don’t care about the wifi signal in your room then it’s one of the best places to stay in Sirmione. It’s right at the entrance of the fort/town without being stuck in the crowds and its private lakefront position is epic.
I see the hotel responded to...
The best location. Amazing lake side area. Lovely breakfast. But the room is rather old.

Amazing Hotel close to the old town and Shopping area. The service is great, all the employees are friendly and offer their help even If you don't ask. At breakfast you'll get a huge variety of food, the bar serves delicious cocktails, the view from the sunbeds is amazing.
Prime Location, But Not Quite 5-Star Service
Our three-night stay in Sirmione this June was a mixed experience. I'll share the highlights first, then some challenges, and finally the more significant issues we encountered.

This upscale hotel is located in a prime area of the old town. Nearby attractions such as the Egyptian Museum, Roman Street, the Church of Turin, and the Central Railway Station are all within walking distance. The hotel even boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, a pleasant surprise… After unlocking the massive wooden door and entering the building, another door leads to a spacious and tall staircase...
Is a 4 star hotel. I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked. But it is actually link to another swankier hotel around the corner call Grand Hotel Sitea. If you're fit and don't mind stairs and love old buildings, then Royal palace will suit...
The location is excellent. Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Loved Jose. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden. Highly recommend.
Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. With facilities like this, I wouldn't doubt it even if it weren't rated 5 stars. Absolutely not recommended. 5000 RMB a night? What a rip-off! The ceiling is peeling, the walls are like a guesthouse, the furniture is like a cheap motel, and the electrical panels...
Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!
This was our second stay in one year… absolutely the place to stay in Torino. In addition to the beautiful suites…. We stayed in the royal suite last year and Room 602 this year…the service is impeccable… made all the better by Marco the butler. We want Torino to stay quiet so don’t go! But we love it and will only stay here!
Just a note of explanation…. The suites are in an ancient building across...

Absolutely gorgeous. Everything exceeds my expectations! Amazing service, the room was beautiful and clean. It was beyond perfect !
Service, location and food were truly top-notch and that is what you are paying for here. Unfortunately, the rooms were so underwhelming especially for the price paid. My girlfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and we were blown away by the immaculate hotel, world class service and delicious food and drink here. It was extra special as we got engaged out here and the hotel staff were exceptional in helping me create a private, memorable occasion for us. Special thanks to Francesca, Matteo and Diego...
One of our favourite hotels. We come here to do nothing, relax by the pool or beach, swim a bit and read.
The staff are exceptional, 2 brilliant restaurants and a fantastic bar.
Incredible setting and the staff cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is incredibly good. The pool is lovely and the sea and scenery out the back is absolutely amazing. Very well equipped gym.
We had a great stay. The place is wonderful, calm, the beach is beautiful and the staff are very attentive! The restaurant is very good (especially the one upstairs) it's a shame that the one at the bar isn't as good! €30 for a Caesar salad that isn't worth it, it's disappointing! We of course recommend the place which is magnificent

We didn't stay at Hotel La Perla but our friends were married there earlier this fall. We were only able to stay two nights, but would have enjoyed staying more. The property is in a wonderful location just off the town Square and the staff are fantastic. They have an excellent breakfast on site and a beautiful pool and surrounding patio with a small spa and a nice gym downstairs. Well worth your consideration if you find yourself traveling to the beautiful town of Sorrento Italy.
The property was extremely great as i have travelled itlay multiple times but this resort was by far the best in terms of everything
We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Ara Maris, staff friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel positioned in the centre of Sorrento but provided a quiet calm space away from the many tourists in town.

Lovely hotel, great staff. About 15 minutes walk from centre
Super hotel , with great service, breakfast and rooms!
I had a junior suite that was quite underwhelming. Only two windows were roof windows and was pretty dark. Room was overheated for sleep (24 degrees) but could not change anything on temperarture. Also nothing changed after I told reception. Hotel itself is a lovely palace, breakfast was okay but also not outstanding.
The overall state of the property was great! the rooms amazing, the bathrooms with large showers and counters amazing. The breakfast was exceptional " in house baked bread" full cheese and prosciutto selection mimosas and pastries were fantastic and fresh.
My stay at this Parma hotel was nice, with a uniquely beautiful room featuring a striking staircase descending to a spacious bathroom.
The location is not bad, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. However, the shampoo and conditioner were insufficient for our two-night stay.
The staffs are friendly but weren’t always at reception.
The breakfast was just okay for a five-star hotel.
The room was hot and very stuffy. I thought the A/C was broken, but was informed by the staff that A/c wasn’t allowed after Sept. 15??!!
The hotel was nice, grand. The breakfast was very good and the food staff very friendly. The front desk staff were not outgoing like the rest of the staff. The hotel is a thirty minute walk to city center and the train station.

This was the most unique hotel and dinner we have experienced in our world travels! An unexpected, enchanting property immersed in the uniqueness of the Valpolicella area. The tru added value is also the quality of tje staff and great culinary experiences.
Gorgeous and unique experience. We loved being just outside Verona especially as that gave us access to a pool and AC during a very hot week. Having a car was key - we did our city touring during the day then took advantage of some amazing restaurants outside of town at night. There are a few nearby and in the hotel. A breathtaking hotel in a quiet, uncrowded part of Venice—a great escape from the tourist traps. The design is stunning, with high ceilings featuring Renaissance-style artwork and and a luxury gym. Just be careful when booking: double-check your room category, as the classic rooms are MUC smaller than the pictures show.

We didn’t stay or eat here but just had drinks on the terrace. What an absolutely astounding place. Great service, bit expensive as you would expect but not prohibitively so. It’s well worth finding to while away an hour or two
The service at this hotel is beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast is nothing short of incredible. We were traveling with a child with a nut and egg allergy and an adult with a gluten intolerance and the staff went above and beyond to serve us the most amazing food. Additionally we did a cooking class at the hotel’s villa Capo Santa Fortunata with our host Teresa and a wonderful chef...
Hotel Bellevue Syrene combines dramatic coastal views with elegant interiors, and the sound of the sea together with the relaxed service creates a refined yet soothing retreat.
From the minute you step into the property, you are treated as royalty. The food is amazing, the staff top notch and the view from the room is like no other. Definitely a 15/10.
Great location. Beautiful city. Staff was very helpful. Room was always cleaned when we got back. Recommend visiting
What a fabulous hotel. Great location, amazing ambiance with art throughout and an absolutely wonderful staff. The views from our room (305) are exceptional - with two balconies overlooking the Bay of Napoli and Mt Vesuvius. Breakfast was quite nice as well. Highly recommended.
