Arrived by train for short visit Montecatini. Basically everything was normal.

I had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is great and the staff is so wonderfull. I would highly recommend the Vitaliter package. Thank for at great stay.

The staff was very cooperative. Also, the room service was great. But the property itself is quiet old. The amenities can be better. The furniture also looks old and used. They need to renovate the rooms from inside.

A very nice hotel with perfect service, good cleaning, it’s really beautiful. Spa is very small but ok. Massage was good. Breakfasts are very poor, but you can do fresh juices - that’s a plus. Bar is good. It’s super close to the Thermes.

Top location. Old and facinated building with a lot of history and appeal.  Being a classic old Italian palace..do not expect moder facilities neither great service. The structure has objective limits...BUT we overall enjoyed the experience.   We asked for upgrade and we got a junior suite. The hotel's location is excellent – ​​right in the center of Brescia, practically on Piazza Vittria. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. We were only able to stay two nights, but would have enjoyed staying more. The property is in a wonderful location just off the town Square and the staff are fantastic. They have an excellent breakfast on site and a beautiful pool and surrounding patio with a small spa and a nice gym downstairs. I had a junior suite that was quite underwhelming. Only two windows were roof windows and was pretty dark. Room was overheated for sleep (24 degrees) but could not change anything on temperarture. Also nothing changed after I told reception. Hotel itself is a lovely palace, breakfast was okay but also not outstanding.

The overall state of the property was great! the rooms amazing, the bathrooms with large showers and counters amazing. The breakfast was exceptional " in house baked bread" full cheese and prosciutto selection mimosas and pastries were fantastic and fresh.

My stay at this Parma hotel was nice, with a uniquely beautiful room featuring a striking staircase descending to a spacious bathroom. The location is not bad, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. However, the shampoo and conditioner were insufficient for our two-night stay. The staffs are friendly but weren’t always at reception. The breakfast was just okay for a five-star hotel.

The room was hot and very stuffy. I thought the A/C was broken, but was informed by the staff that A/c wasn’t allowed after Sept. 15??!! The hotel was nice, grand. An unexpected, enchanting property immersed in the uniqueness of the Valpolicella area. The tru added value is also the quality of tje staff and great culinary experiences.

Gorgeous and unique experience. We loved being just outside Verona especially as that gave us access to a pool and AC during a very hot week. Having a car was key - we did our city touring during the day then took advantage of some amazing restaurants outside of town at night. There are a few nearby and in the hotel. Only negative - AC in our room wasn’t great overnight and TV didn’t work.

A breathtaking hotel in a quiet, uncrowded part of Venice—a great escape from the tourist traps. The design is stunning, with high ceilings featuring Renaissance-style artwork and and a luxury gym. We didn’t stay or eat here but just had drinks on the terrace. What an absolutely astounding place. Great service, bit expensive as you would expect but not prohibitively so. It’s well worth finding to while away an hour or two

The service at this hotel is beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast is nothing short of incredible. We were traveling with a child with a nut and egg allergy and an adult with a gluten intolerance and the staff went above and beyond to serve us the most amazing food. From the minute you step into the property, you are treated as royalty. The food is amazing, the staff top notch and the view from the room is like no other. Definitely a 15/10.

What a fabulous hotel. Great location, amazing ambiance with art throughout and an absolutely wonderful staff. The views from our room (305) are exceptional - with two balconies overlooking the Bay of Napoli and Mt Vesuvius. Breakfast was quite nice as well. Highly recommended.
