This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise.

We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal. Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable! The service from the staff was great, they helped with a rental car and taxis and were very pleasant. The lobby area is inviting and the President Suite was large. The mattress is old with big dips in it, very bad for my back. There are mechanical shutters on all windows which is nice for keeping it dark in the morning. Nice hotel, we stayed here for 4 nights and had no complaints. All the staff was friendly and helpful especially the pool attendant, who both AM and PM came around to make sure everyone was happy. Exceptional resort and lively staff

Very classy, ​​luxurious, and with a spa. It takes you 15 minutes up a winding road to reach the hotel, but it's worth it. The staff are excellent and the spa is relaxing. It's about 40 minutes by car from the center of Riva di Garda and about an hour from Limone. A wonderful and luxurious experience.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

We went a long time ago but you come to a dock and busboy comes to grab luggage from it boat taxi. You enter right on the grand canal and if you walk out the back you are a minute from St Marks Square! Excellent location.
