I enjoy the buffet breakfast and the view and it's really close to major attractions.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the views are expansive, and it's good for a good night's sleep. The staff are warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel has a great location with beautiful seaside scenery and convenient transportation. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the rooms are very clean.
Overall the hotel was very clean as was our room which also had plenty space. In the room, while the toilet was a seperate room, the shower was in the actual bedroom area and while screened on one side was open to the other. This was okay for my wife and I, but if your are sharing with other family or friends, its worth bearing in mind vefore booking. Also in the room while there were glasses, and...
Overall, we were left with more negative memories than positive ones. The pool does exist, but it’s small and the water is very cold. The service also seems fine, but it does not match the level of a five-star hotel, not even close. What really saved the experience was the restaurant and the good location of the hotel. The bed linen, bathrobes, and towels were clean, but they felt as old as the hotel...
Amazing service. I checked in and requested for a late check out because of our flight timings and they made it work. The same day that flight got cancelled and I didn’t have a place to sleep but I called them and Ferdinanda was able to get me room very last minute. Truly amazing service and the family room and spa are great as well!
Lovely hotel it’s about a 20 mins walk to old town

Modern, comfortable, and clean hotel. Rooms are warm also in winter. Very spacious rooms. Family room with 4 beds is on the ground floor with included small garden, but facing the road side. Nice bar is on the top floor, and also a swimming pool. Breakfast is extensive, everything is available. A few steps from the hotel to the beach. Swimming pools are closed during the winter time.
Beautiful place, comfortable room, very nice delicious breakfast .
Went there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of...
As previously mentioned based on our own experiences this is definitely not 5 stars probably 3/4 stars. Service not brilliant however room ok, pool area lovely. Breakfast was madness. Waited ages for a coffee. A lot of choice but not 5 stars.

Nice hotel, a bit older. Rooms look exactelly as they are on the photos
Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice
The staff was excellent. Thank you!
First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions. First point: When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel door to help open the door and help with the luggage. Only the receptionist stood in the distance waiting for us, and we had to carry the boxes over many steps to check in. When we finished checking...
We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.
Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included. Room too hot with very noisy and insufficient air conditioning; headboard and rear wall damaged by previous guests. Nice bathroom, large with shower and tub. I believe that for a hotel of this level it would be appropriate...

Incredible stay as always. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and very delicious breakfast
Visited for my mum's birthday it was absolutely lovely. Classic grandeur. Really recommend it. A bit of a trek into the town centre (though easy to take a bus), but right on the beach in a very convenient location.
An iconic hotel in all senses. Very elegant, great service, excellent staff. Very good breakfast. Highly recommended
The hotel is the best in Rimini, very close to the beach, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is a relatively complete continental breakfast, and the building has a strong sense of history. However, the internet is a bit slow.
She’s old, she’s been inspiring, she’s inspired…and she still shines like Cellini’s golden masterworks. The GHR is a grand dame, known throughout the world—and rightly so. Luxury hotels elsewhere could learn a thing or two from GHR’s staff with regard to guest service. If one finds oneself in delightful Rimini, just drive here and check in—there’s no other option quite like the GHR.
Everything perfect, historic hotel that allows you to dive into the past.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and the Milan Cathedral! The staff are friendly and welcoming, making for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I revisit Milan.
We had a fantastic stay at the PH Milan. Upon arriving to the hotel, everyone is absolutely fantastic and takes care of the bags immediately. We checked in with Stefano who was very helpful. We were traveling with children and he helped us get situated into a room earlier so that they can have their nap. It was small attention to detail in regards to our stay that made this such a wonderful experience...
I would say this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had—not just one of the best, but truly the most enjoyable. Park Hyatt is always known for luxury, but the Milan property is on another level. During our month-long trip across Europe (France → UK → Italy), we stayed at Park Hyatt hotels in Paris and London as Globalist. Milan, however, stood out the most. The team was outstanding! From the...
The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minutes from Milan Cathedral.
Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Perfect location, amazing & attentive staff, beautiful rooms, top notch Globalist breakfast (and I never get breakfast at hotels but went every day), very nice spa and fitness center, and probably the best hotel room service I’ve had in I don’t know how long. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Milan!
We went to the Duomo in the morning and then came back to the hotel for breakfast. High-end, sophisticated, and tastefully designed. I really think it looks good. We also have a terrace, which is so beautiful. It's worth a visit. Excellent service and design. It's truly Milan.

Our favorite stay in Italy. Beautiful hotel in center of everything
Excellent grand style venue in the beating heart of Bologna. The bar is excellent, if a little pricey as you'd expect but with wonderful service. The perfect pitstop for a glass of fizz before you rush around Bologna devouring the pasta and mortadella.
Room is gorgeous and the service is incredible. All staffs are reallyfriendly and sweet.
We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Majestic. The building itself is a beautiful, grand historical landmark right in the heart of the city. Everything was extremely clean. A majestic grand hotel in the very center of historic Bologna. We spent our honeymoon in this gem, and have been treated wonderfully by the hotel and its staff. Our stay at the Grand Hotel De La Ville was truly exceptional. The location is superb, with many attractions and places to explore nearby. Great stay at Grand Hotel De La Ville in Parma - excellent location, inexpensive, large rooms, walk to old-town. But the best feature is their incredible service - Stefano at the front desk and Alaya the doorman | bellman went above and beyond. Great and beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect except my room: it was too hot and no matter how hard I tried I could not turn down the temperature. Others in our big group of coworkers had the same issue. So sadly I didn’t get much sleep. The shower would not get as hot as I wanted but it was ok. Overall a nice stay but when I got back I needed to recover from my sleep deprivation
Thank you to the team at Principi. We had some difficulties with the air-conditioning in our room, but were genuinely impressed by how professionally the situation was handled. Silvia was outstanding. She worked extremely hard to manage the problem, kept us fully informed and, above all, made us feel listened to and welcome. She really did make our stay special, and is a real credit to the hotel...
Just one complaint . I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. When I informed him that there was a mistake and that the car was parked for only one night and that he should refund the €55, he laughed and said that the amount was small...
We had an exceptional time at this hotel. The staff, the spa, and the location were all perfect. We are on a three week trip in Italy, and had some disappointing hospitality experiences until our stay here. We had a very relaxing four nights at the hotel in Milan. Room was very well appointed and the location of the hotel wonderful for walking to all the important sights. Breakfast was excellent. Always a great experience at this hotel! Exceptional service, comfortable rooms, beautiful pool area and best breakfast buffet ever!!!
What a beautiful hotel – truly 5-star service from start to finish. From the stunning decor to the friendly and professional staff, everything exceeded expectations. The food was exceptional – every meal felt like fine dining. I was honestly surprised to read some of the negative reviews, as I've stayed in many 5-star hotels, and this is genuinely one of the best. I’ll definitely be returning next...
