While the "beach" club isn't exactly convenient and there is no beach (so you can only sit on rocks unless you want to spend a small fortune on a daybed), the hotel and facilities were lovely.

Very quaint property in an isolated area. This is not a hotel. These are private small villas and there is no reception or staff on site. Keys in lock box and no frills. Clean and in nice condition. WiFi is intermittent. If you have a car and you don’t mind doing everything on your own it’s great. Very relaxing.

Cipriani offers refined Italian dining in a beautiful setting. The service is elegant yet warm, and the pasta dishes are simple but perfectly executed. Dining here feels sophisticated and relaxed at the same time.

The room was the smallest one, and the balcony ceiling was leaking. It was obvious that the rooms given to Chinese tourists were all on the side, and the three better rooms in the middle of the same room type were given to Europeans and Americans. There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

Great luxurious hotel, lots of space inside an on the beach so it is not crowded at all even in July. Located inside a high end gated community with a private marina. Access to the beach is also limited and the beach is vast. The pool area is small and not recommended as it is no wind there so it gets very hot. Just take a free golf cart ride to the beach.

There are so many hotels in Florence, avoid this one if possible! Chinese tourists, please beware! Room safety is not guaranteed! We found used cigarettes when we returned to the hotel. The cleaning staff don't smoke. Where did the cigarettes come from? We don't smoke ourselves. We can't rule out whether someone entered the room.

Service was fantastic. Corrado the concierge made everything happen seamlessly. The terrace for evening cocktails had an exceptional view of Naples Bay. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Air conditioning worked great! Breakfast had a fantastic buffet including omelettes made to order and many types of coffee. Will come back to vacation here again soon.

Location is good. They have a valet service and also recharge your electric vehicle. We had a deluxe room, which was spacious and high (about 4 meters). Big and good bed. Lot of space for your luggage. Bathroom was big, both a bath and shower, and a sauna! There is a rooftop pool with heated water. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. And the breakfast! WOWSA may not be Italian but it is the experience at the KING of Viareggio. Prince is not a worthy enough title!
