Reviews
The staff was helpful, kind and somehow made our stay tolerable.
I requested a partial refund and the property has failed to respond to even Trip.com after a week, this further goes to show their professionalism, i totally do not recommend, will never be back
It is located near the central railway station, so there is a corresponding atmosphere around in the form of dirt and marginal people.
It is stated that the reception is open 24/7, but at night, when you come to the hotel, you cannot easily get in, because you need to call the administrator.
One of the administrators, an elderly Italian, is simply a boor. On the third day of my stay, he was rude and boorish only because it turns out that when you leave the hotel, you need to hand in the key at the reception, but no one told me about this initially.
This same administrator pocketed the city tax for himself, since it was impossible to pay by card, although the description says that cards are accepted.
The breakfast is simply disgusting, you should not even take it. Two types of croissants that are not the first freshness, cereal, but without milk and that's it.
You can't pour coffee yourself, you wait for the administrator, but most often he is not there and you are left without coffee.
Cleaning is stated to be done every day, but in fact, they never cleaned.
The noise level is infernal. The staff walks around yelling and singing songs from 6am and no one cares that the guests are sleeping at that time.
I categorically do not recommend this hotel!
- So the hotel is not too expensive and it knows some deficiencies. Up to you weather you can live with that. 1. The walls are very thing. you share the floor with 5 other rooms. you do hear when the others come back and you can also hear their alarms going off in the morning. 2. Somehow mosquitos come in. we kept everything closed and killed quite some mosquitos but the next morning a few came in anyway. i consider myself to be mosquito intolerant but i could manage this. 3. Organization. the hotel seems to struggle a bit with the organization. at 22:30 pm some people who claimed to work for the hotel came in our room to take an unused bed for another room. when we tried to confirm their story with the reception it turned out that the night reception doesn't speak English. the next day we confirmed the story and everything was fine. however, the people who took the bed were quite loud and came in with their shoes while we were in our underwear... they do offer to keep your luggage but i wouldn't trust them with this. 4. the hotel is a bit behind in maintenance. the light in the bathroom didn't work (which they fixed, but they didn't clean the room that day anymore and there was quite some dust). the airco does work but has a specific way of dealing with it. a plug just came out of the wall. all functional and manageable, but definitely a "you get for what you pay" story. unfortunately the price isn't even that low.
