They have zero regard for customer satisfaction. They aggressively demand payment for a hotel you never stayed at. Avoid this place at all costs. I strongly do not recommend it.

Bad experience in general. The room wasn’t properly clean. The breakfast is a 3 euro coffee and bun in a bar.

Modern, clean, very comfortable, well organized. Breakfast outside in a bar. Air-conditioned, minibar, hairdryer, flat TV, central location. Easy to find even by car. Garage next door. Happy to come back again.

Very good comunication with the staff, nice room, in the spanish corner, near the Toledo metro station and 10 minutes to the port.

We have stayed there in June 2018 and the host (Mario) was very professional and helpful before and during our stay there.
I recommend the property for couples and/or couples with a baby.

Very nice location. Close to the old town and Toledo subway station. Staff was very helpful, she gave really good info about Naples, where to eat and where to see.
