We were looking for a free hotel to stay overnight in Naples on a midnight drive from Rome. We called several hotels, and this was the only one that answered. Francesco from reception was on the phone with us almost the entire way to Naples, making reservations, finding parking for us, explaining how to park and get to the hotel. The night reception was quick and smooth, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The room was well designed and equipped, and the bed was perfect. The location is superb, inside the beautiful Galleria Umberto, so you're in the heart of Naples, right above cafes and shops. One of the best service experiences we've ever had. Francesco, you're the best!!!

The breakfast variety was very good and fresh every morning. Very friendly and informative staff. Central location within walking distance of the many historical and museum locations.

The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes. Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, just basic, but we knew it was. Room was clean and up to standard. everything was walkable to shops and dining.

The area around the galleria is a beautiful, architecturally stunning. The hotel staff was nice and we received a bottle of champagne on arrival. However it was difficult to access the hotel from the street. When we first arrived we had taken the ferry into the Port of Naples, there was not a Porter at the ferry or any clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel we had to bring multiple suitcases up a large staircase. I had asked the front desk for help but there’s only one person there so they could not leave or help us and additionally said that this service they normally offer. I think for any access points are difficult to bring up bags to the hotel and then subsequently to your room and a small elevator. They really need to have additional concierge services or porters to help bring luggage up. Also you have to use a little coin to operate the elevator which the front desk does give you but this was not told to us.
In order to get in and out of the gate you have to press a certain button, again this is not that difficult but no one explained this to us at the front desk at time of arrival

It was a really nice hotel with a great interior and location. However, it was really unfortunate that when we took a bath, only cold water came out. We left the water running for about 15 minutes, but nothing changed. After dozing off for about an hour, the water had become much warmer, but I felt so sorry for my wife, who was shivering from the cold. I knew that in high-end European hotels, when many rooms start using the showers at the same time, the water becomes cold, but because it was a nice room, I felt even more sorry for my wife. For Japanese people, it is natural that the baths have warm water, so I hope they will improve this if possible.
