Very well located near the train station. Friendly staff. Breakfast not good at all.
They should really look into offering a better service compared to other hotels nearby with similar tariffs x night.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Even they tried to do their best with our neighbors, we really had a nightmare with them, it was a family with a baby screaming and running most of the time they were in the room. This is the lottery you get sometimes, people who don’t know how to share a mutual space.

Beds were good and the cappuccino on the breakfast was good, but non-insulated windows brought a lot of noise in, plus the AC-unit was really loud, so it made it hard to sleep without headphones. Service and location were on point though.

unfortunately we had a bad experience due to following reasons 1. At time of checkin reception was unmanned and we had to wait an hour and a half outside their door 2. Breakfast is served after 8 am and hence had to go hungry all three days that we stayed there. 3. there is no room service as is mentioned on their website 4. Even drinking water bottles are not supplied everyday

The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm. Bedding was fine. Breakfast was well presented. There are a few things that can be done that will make this a really great place to stay. Fix the shower head. Provide a kettle. Just basic repairs to some items like the towel rack and light fixture next to the bed. Free use of the lift when you arrive and check out.

Terrible Experience – Scammers Who Don’t Care About Guests
I cannot stress enough: avoid this hotel at all costs. They do not allow late check-ins – something they never told us ahead of time. When we arrived, we weren’t given access to the hotel at all and were left stranded.
Their customer service is nonexistent. They hung up on us when we tried to call for help, and they didn’t offer any support or solutions. To make things worse, they charged us for two full days even though we never spent a single night there. We had to scramble to find alternate accommodations, adding unexpected costs to our trip.
If you’re looking for a place that respects its guests, look elsewhere. This hotel only cares about taking your money, and they provide zero customer support. Complete scammers – do not waste your time or money here.

Our check-in experience at this property was extremely unpleasant. From the outset, we felt unsafe. The person who welcomed us appeared to be visually impaired and couldn't even read our booking number from our phone. His role was unclear—he handed us the room keys and then disappeared. After he left, the entire lobby was left in darkness, as he had turned off the lights.
Both the neighborhood and the property felt unsafe. One of our rooms had a strong, pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that wouldn’t dissipate, even with the windows open. The lobby also reeked of sewage, making the entire environment unbearable. It’s hard to believe anyone could stay here, and I now question the authenticity of the glowing Google reviews. In fact, they called me a "big liar" in response to my review on Google, which is shocking and unacceptable.
I strongly believe Napoli Suites should be reconsidered for inclusion on the Orbitz platform. This property is not up to the standard I have come to expect from Orbitz.
