It was extremely loud at night. There was a very noisy pub outside our window. Also, the bathroom gave off a bad smell.

Good stay at Toledo Hotel. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was fine but would benefit from some upgrades soon. It is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, which we loved but can also appreciate it might be a little loud for some - although if you read other reviews, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone checking-in. Metro station 2 mins away and 15 minute walk to the port which were both very helpful for us.

10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy.

Authentic Naples location and good value!
Amazing location for restaurants and atmosphere.
The guy at reception was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
Breakfast, although relatively simple, was outdoors on the roof terrace in a lovely environment.
Great value for money.

Excessive noise until 3 AM every night from bar/nightclub adjacent to hotel.

Don’t believe the photos. This hotel is run down and not worth what we paid for it. Staff was helpful, room was clean and the rooftop terrace for breakfast was reasonably good but the overall experience was negative.

I didn't like the room. Everything is old, except for the towels. The shutters are broken, the window looks out onto a dirty wall of a house where construction work is carried out around the clock. It is impossible to rest in such a room. In addition, the smell of chlorine was so strong that I began to suffocate. I had to open the windows and sleep with the window open, but it was noisy and cool outside. Breakfast is normal on the open terrace. I can't imagine how it is there in cold weather in winter. The Internet was unstable. There is little light in the room. It does not even deserve two stars. The staff is polite.

Nice hotel, 24/7 reception, there’s an elevator event the hotel is small, nice breakfast despite of less variety of food, outside noisy, overall I liked it
