Wonderful B&B, centrally located in a quiet area. The service is excellent. Very clean rooms. I stayed with my family for 3 days and had a wonderful stay. We explored the city on foot, and the location was perfect for reaching all the city's main attractions and tourist attractions. Fantastic weekend! 😁

Excellent location the room was comfortable air conditioning perfect, you can leave things in the common fridge. Feels like a proper Naples experience.

Even though there doesn't have any signs indicating where is the exact place, the location is good. Also, the check-in is not effective too, with no e-mails or text messages telling us how works for getting into the building. Cleaning and comfy. Oh, and the water shower temperature was more like tap water than warm/hot water. Summarizing: good place for an affordable price.

This is a wonderful place for short stays in Naples. The accommodations are sufficient and Marco was an excellent host. The outside was a little scary upon arrival due to poor lighting and unclear directions, but once we were settled, all was great.

Good rooms, quite pricey Decent flat, everything worked, good breakfast (but basic - you have to pay for extras like scrambled eggs) - friendly helpful staff espec Marco who sorted out our taxi for us. No-one to check in, didn’t see one person in our 2 day stay. Felt dusty and old. Hairdryer was botched and stuck on with brown tape in bathroom. Would work for a traveller but not quite a getaway stay for a couple. Average overall, not much care into room. Wouldn’t class as a B&B experience - self-contained apartment rent in an apartment building

This place is great! You have easy walking distance transport and sight seeing and the owner and staff is very friend and helpful. The room is nicely themed, clean, has TV, blow dryer, WiFi, balcony, in-room shower and everything is clean and tidy. I recommend this place whole heartedly

Just back from a long weekend stay at the Salotto della Regina hotel. I was advised to choose this area by a Napoletan friend, and I'm happy to say I'm glad I followed his advice. Highly recommend this hotel in a lovely part of Naples. It was clean, stylish, and had a 24-hour desk, which can be hard to come by in 3-star hotels. The staff could not have been more courteous or helpful, getting us dinner reservations and taxis for our early morning flight. I will be back to this place.

This spot is essentially an Airbnb-style setup on one floor of an older apartment complex. The Good: Great location! (you can walk to everything), and the rooms were recently renovated and semi clean. (Semi clean as our top blanket had a stain) The Not-So-Good: It's a climb—be prepared for 80-100 steps in an older, dimly lit stairway with some visible cracks on many of the steps. Just got back from a trip to Naples and had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The location is absolutely perfect for soaking up the Neapolitan vibes – we could walk to so many great spots! What really stood out was how clean everything was. It made coming back after a busy day of sightseeing so relaxing. And we had train early morning so was easy to get that as well.

Safe and quiet place to stay Eliott, the nice young man worked at the guesthouse was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the guesthouse was safe. The room was comfortable and quiet for Naples. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Napoli Centrale train station. I highly recommended this guesthouse.

We asked to provide us a separate blanket , but they refused to do it and it was uncomfortable to sleep only with one blanket.. also there was only one towel per person, no feet towel, no face towel… the towels are worn and not fresh. The location was good but it was hard to find the entrance and no signage. The staff tried to overcharge us city tax and I asked to recalculate… refused to accept card...

Located within 2 minutes walk distance from naples central station but very unsafe and busy area specially at night. The owner was helpful and communicative but doesn’t speaks english so we had to use translator. The suit was placed in a very unpleasant old building but the suit and rooms itself was fully renovated and clean.

Great location right next to the station. I would not stay here again the room was quite old and furniture was broken we showered in our socks due to the tiles not being very clean. Awful neighbourhood very rough. Was okay for the two days but couldn’t stay any longer.

By pure chance I found this Beb on Booking. The first time we were there in August 2022 and we found ourselves quite well both in terms of comfort and service and also cleanliness. Hotel in the city center, close to the metro station and restaurants. It is also close to city attractions. The room could have been renovated or cleaned better, but it wasn't a disaster. Breakfasts were cookies-snacks and coffee and tea available 24 hours a day.

The house is well located, being close to the Napoli Centrale station. But the street is very dirty. The photo on the website does not correspond to the house. The price is very expensive for a house in very poor condition, with very fair cleaning. Some areas of the building appeared to be in ruins. I don't understand why if I ask for two single rooms, they give me two for double use. They were waiting...

Good and convenient luggage storage. We used their service twice during our trip and they were quick and efficient both times. The luggages were stored in good conditions.

The room was big enough for the 3 of us. The shower is small. Are issue was the toilet didn't work for the 2 nights we stay. The hotel tried to fix it the next morning.

We arrive at the hotel without reservation, the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel lobby and the room was very clean, modern bathroom, walking distance near the port. Stefania was kind and patience, as well as Massimo. Good variety in the breakfast, and the coffe excellent. If I go to Napoles again I will be there, strongly recomended if you are looking for a simple and clean room.

Location is the strong point of this relais. Unfortunately, it lacked many small touches that made everything a bit annoying: no working refrigerator, no towel rack, no mosquito nets on the windows, and mosquitoes in the room, which was extremely annoying. Otherwise, everything was fine: comfortable bed, nice furnishings, good cleanliness.

Hotel Iris is the place for you if you need best location with fastest connection to Pompei,Sorento and etc. Nunzio is very helpfull and is very hospitable. He is a receptionist and reacts very quickly. The renovated rooms of the hotel are extremely clean, well-done, with comfortable bathrooms I recommend this hotel!

This is a small but very very cozy hotel. First impression it looked a bit rough around the edges, but after just 1 night it felt like a second home. Just 3 min walking from the central station. We stayed at the Kennedy hotel for two nights and we can say that we found a room in perfect condition with excellent breakfast service and excellent management, excellent location for the metro. I highly recommend the hotel!!

This was a perfect B&B for us. Very easy walk into all the parts of Naples we wanted to see. Clean and modern, the lift didn’t need paying for while we were there. The only complaint the breakfast wasn’t great. We’re late risers and by the time we got there everything was a bit dry and warm!

Your lovely Ms Juse at fromt desk left us with very good impression on your hotel although the first night in room 201 was not a pleasent experience with poor sound proof. 2nd and 3rd night at room 205 were ok. Ms Juse was very warm and helpful. Never faile to smile at us and offered us her assistance even she was busy at her work. Bravo.

The process of check-in was quit difficult. The hotel sent a video guide through WhatsApp with wrong entry code. Finally, I had to comunicate with them by phone to get in.

The hosts at Leone made my first visit to Naples simply wonderful! They are very kind and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and affordable, and breakfast is fabulous. The hotel is centrally located and the art within the hotel and the adjacent gallery makes for a truly magical experience in Napoli.

Room is simple but in good condition. Basic amenities. Hotel feels more like a B n B. Front desk only there when you arrive. Nice and called ahead of time to ask when I arrive. The neighborhood is pretty shady, but convenient. So a good place for basics, not great for a full service experience.

Beautiful view from our top floor. Easy walk in to the historical section of Naples and great shopping! Frederic’s was extremely helpful with any concerns or questions we had. She arranged for a driver to take us to the airport in the wee hours. That was very much appreciated! There were also some nice amenities in the apartment and bathroom!
