Perfect stay for a couple who came to visit the area. The room was all white, spatious, had a good room smell, was incredibly cleaned every day. This hotel exceeded my expectations!

This was more than we expect even from a 3 4 star hotel regarding the room, bathroom, staff kindness, cleaning, style… I can recommend it! Breakfast is excellent!! Be aware there is no parking place for the hotel.

- We came to the place very late that night due to the delayed flight. Convenient, third floor set of serviced rooms with reception and breakfast area. Our room was slightly odd with massive logs attached to the very high ceiling (it's a historic apartment block). Old marble entranceways, modern fittings. Handy for our short stay in Naples. Breakfast was great. There is a lift, 50 cents charge working hours, but the hotel gives you this and it's free weekends and evenings...

I found it to be a very pleasant stay, and everything was centrally located to Naples' central square. The only downside was that at first, there was no one there to give us the access codes.

I really like it and I will recommend it to anyone. There is only one thing that was not so easy to manage but it was manageable, it is regarding how to enter the building and how to get those doors to be open.

The room was really comfortable, clean and quiet. I would also say that it is great value for money. Miriam was fantastic throughout our stay and even let us leave our bags for a few hours after checkout. The location is great if you are commuting via the central station but it is not an area I would stay again in Naples. It felt dangerous at night which doesn’t reflect the accommodation itself...

Absolutely the favorite place we stayed in all of Italy!! The two-room suite was perfect the concierge was amazing breakfast every morning was fabulous couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

I don’t know other rooms but the room with “external bathroom“ wasn’t comfortable at all. It was weird experience for me to go outside for bathroom. And the room is right behind the reception and you can hear whatever is happening behind the door. When you open the balcony door there’s a sewage smell coming from outside at night. Other than that it was clean place.

In the heart of Napoli. Clean, nice balcony and comfortable bed. A bit hard to find. When you get to the front of building, walk in thru tunnel and take right up stairs to second floor. Pizza across the street was amazing as well

Ideal property, friendly & helpful host.

I struggled to rate this B&B. On the one hand, the rooms were very large, the air conditioning worked great, the showers were powerful and the location right beside the train station was so convenient for us as we did a lot of day trips to Rome, Pompeii, etc. However….. the area itself is dirty, crowded, and would be unsafe for people travelling alone. We were tailed by would-be thieves multiple times...

This bed and breakfast is tucked inside a lovely building right on the square. Everything you need is right there - train, buses, metro, dining, shopping, and friendly Napoli locals. A true jewel in a bustling city of food and culture. I’d stay here again and again.

There is no 24-hour front desk, and you need to check in by yourself at 8pm, which is very inconvenient. Poor environment in the elevator

The hotel is very close to the train station and the subway entrance. The parking fee is too high. I parked in the parking lot at around 5pm and left at 10:30 the next day for a fee of 48.5 euros.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and excellent included breakfast brought to your room. View was great and the location had lots of great options for food and close to transit. 10/10! Walking up the stairs would be a no go for anyone with mobility issues.

This is a historic building, and you can tell on the ground floor, but once you climb the stairs the room is beautiful, the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast option was amazing, they lightly knock on your door with it all served warm and you can open up the balcony and enjoy the view while eating. It was perfect

The room was spacious with a lovely view that could be enjoyed widely from the windows. However, since there is no elevator, climbing to the 4th floor (5th floor in the U.S.) can be very tough, even for someone healthy like myself, especially after walking around the city all day. We like the area very much, it was convenient for our purposes. Close proximity to take the to the port of Naples to take the tour bus to take us to Pompeii and the next day the ferry across to Sorrento, also very clean room & delicious breakfast, and excellent view from the balcony the castle and the port of Naples, also walking distance to restaurants & more We loved it. Amazing room at a great location (FYI; this room is three floors up without elevator, wasn’t an issue for us, just a note if you have trouble walking in stairs) The room was fantastic, with a lovely view of the castle! The property is clean and feels safe. The room is quite. The administrator was good reaching out to us and giving us information needed.

It was okay, constriction going on in the main entrance area that made it slippery and unsafe on the stairs.. The shower was leaking all over the floor but im sure both those things will he fixed going forward which will make it safer and better. You have to walk there because narrow streets make it unpassable for vehicles. Theres two balconies which is cool but we didnt try with the construction...

SERIOUSNESS AND FRIENDLYNESS IN A VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT The b & b is located in the historic center a few steps from S. Gregorio Armeno. The owner is kind, reserved and helpful. A small, friendly, quaint hotel, with very friendly staff on reception, and a quirky entrance through a communal courtyard full of character which adds to the charm of a tucked away accommodation in the heart of Naples (4 minutes on foot from breathtaking Piazza del Plebiscito). Situated in a great location, overlooking the gulf, in a quieter part of Naples, Primopiano is a very stylish and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are generous and location is great. Located in a sports complex with training pool and gym. Services though a little lacking. You get soap and a haicap only. Even though 2 people per room we got only 1 to owel and had to ask for more each day.

Called ahead asking for self parking. They did not inform me it was actually valet parking only. And they also did not inform us how tricky it is to drive to the garage itself. This is located in the historic district which is wonderful to visit, but I recommend to not drive here. Friendly night staff! This place has a great location, but its focus is as a sports centre with a hotel tagged on. Advertised as having a swimming pool, but if you’re imagining a fun cooling dip after a days sightseeing as we were, then you will be disappointed. Stayed here in june 2025, and it was nothing short of great. Great rooms (clean, comfortable and well decorated), great location (next to piazza del plebiscito and quiartieri spagnoli) and great service (in our case, mainly Margherita, who was delightful and very helpful). 100% would recommend and if I ever re-visit Napoli, I will be staying here again for sure!

Had a great stay at La Mummarelle Accommodations! The room was comfortable: quiet, air conditioned, comfy bed and pillows, good wifi, black-out curtains. The variety of breakfast food is good (and tasty!), so you don't need to have this extra expense somewhere else. The location is really good and the staff made me feel very welcome.

Difficult to Find! People booking a room at this hotel need to understand that it is difficult to locate and a long distance from the city/downtown. The breakfast was excellent. The area is quiet. But the location is very out of the way.

The property is well maintained - it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with a good selection. It’s a little hard to find at night (there is another B&B in the same building) but otherwise it is great. Antonella and Adriana are so friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Safe and clean but not central The location is difficult to reach from airport or train using public transportation however it is in a nicer area, less trash and away from crowds so that is a plus. We used many taxis and they are expensive. We were initially disappointed until we saw the rest of Naples. We felt safe and the area was clean. The woman who served breakfast was very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our week in April in Naples in the Guesthouse Carraciolo a lot! A clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. If you contact the owner in advance and get access instructions (as I did), everything will go perfectly. Without instructions it is difficult to find. The apartment is very good; safe place, everything is new, perfectly clean, there is a possibility to leave things.

This is an unmanned homestay located in a residential building. You first have to enter the building and take the elevator to the second floor, then come out to find your building, and then take the elevator to the floor where your room is located, which is a room separated from a large open room! 1. There is no toilet in the accommodation unit, there is only a balcony in the room, no TV, but air conditioning...

Clean and tidy, but a little old. We couldn't contact the landlord for a long time after arriving, and we were not given any instructions for checking in and getting the key. We reserved the luxury room-not luxury at all- although there is space the layout is awkward with the bed placing. Tiny windows, no view. Facing the busy street so you hear every single car drive by. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, as if you’re on a cardboard box. The head board of the bed is against the wall where the kitchen is located on the other side of it. So you hear breakfast being prepared...

Located in a row behind Naples Central Station, it's relatively quiet and convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is clean, the room isn't large, but the bathroom is clean and tidy. It's more than adequate for a solo trip and is quite standard.

The room was pretty good, but the first floor is being renovated. The environment is very poor. You should be reminded before booking. There is no place to rest after checking out. So if there is another choice, I may make other plans.

Ok, so for the price and location, it's not bad. The hostess was nice, gave us some local recommendations when we picked up the keys. The beds are comfortable, kitchen reasonably stocked utensils/cookery wise, nice and quiet overnight. The cons: the floors are filthy. It's a good location. The facilities are clean and everything works as it should. But the toilet seat was old and was yellowing. It looked unsanitary even though it probably was clean... The staff was very friendly and helpful so I'll give this place an extra star just because of that. Otherwise I think I would have given this place a three.

From the minute we arrived the staff were very helpful. The room was big and they provided an extra real full size bed. Clean, warm and good value. A basic sweet prepacked breakfast with sweet croissants and freshly made coffees. Location was great for us as we wanted to be near the train station. We stayed with this same owner 11 years ago.
