We had a nice stay here for 3 nights. Room was basic but adequate. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and well serviced. Location was excellent, right by the Napoli Centrale Station. Great for Pompeii and an easy bus ride into Chiaia and Old Town. Breakfast was simple but enough. Would have liked a kettle in room with tea and coffee. Can recommend Fedele 2.0 next door for a great dinner!

Conveniently located close to airport and train station. Check-inservice was fast and easy, and room was clean.

The location is very good, just near Naples Station. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient. Breakfast is served from 7am.

Naples central station is only 5 minutes away and there are many good Italian restaurants near the hotel. I think the location is really good. Moreover, there is a direct bus from the central station to the airport, which only takes 20 minutes. I had an early morning flight and had no problem getting to the airport!

Honestly for price weren’t to bad rooms where very small though

Great welcome, excellent staff, and a fantastic location very close to the train station. HOWEVER, the toilet flush was weak, there was no soundproofing from outside or inside noise, and the cleaning staff came by at 8:30 AM.

A decent hotel for the star rating, our room was small but fine for 2 nights. Great air conditioning. Good location for exploring and not far from the train station and Centro storica. The Hotel is easy to find and very near from the Napoli Centrale train station and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi metro station. The room was neat, air conditioning was cold, toilet was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel is good located and it was clean. However they mentioned we had breakfast included and it was only a cup of coffee and a bread. Also, we needed someone in the front desk at 7am and no one responded to our call.

If you’re going for price this is a good hotel to stay in however the area felt a little unsafe at night and both mornings we were woken up by hotel staff outside our door. The room was very clean, lots of soaps/ towels/ AC worked etc so overall an okay stay

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The common areas are very dated and could really use some renovation. The room itself was fine for a short stay, but the overall look of the hotel feels old. That said, the location is perfect and makes it very easy to explore the city on foot. If location is your priority, this hotel works well for a quick stay.

This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked. I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning.

This hotel is in an excellent position on via Toledo, very close to the M1 Toledo Street station. Hotel has excellent air conditioning, very friendly staff, and a beautiful huge breakfast room.

Very busy downtown traffic location. The most important thing is to mention that the lobby is on the 4th floor! This is inconvenient with luggage. The staff is pleasant, but it should also be mentioned that they are not open 24/7. Also the nearest parking is blocks away.

It was fairly easy to get to by bus and Metro. But I only had one small bag, I wouldn't recommend doing this with big luggage. 10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy.

I didn't like the room. Everything is old, except for the towels. The shutters are broken, the window looks out onto a dirty wall of a house where construction work is carried out around the clock. It is impossible to rest in such a room. In addition, the smell of chlorine was so strong that I began to suffocate. A well priced hotel. I had a comfortable and large room - I slept well every night I was there. I’ve stayed here 3/4 times over the years and it’s perfectly placed for me. I run to Piazza Plebiscito and back again early. It’s cheap to get a taxi/uber into the centre and walking along the bay is beautiful at sunset.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mergellina. Great location, steps from public transportation, restaurants, the lungo mare. Very quiet hotel, no may rooms, quiet and wonderful staff. This is a great hotel for those experimenting with their Italian language capabilities. It is fantastic value and there is a great shop just across the road that has anything the tourist will need, including some fantastic local produce. we stayed here before going on the sea (private marina with rental boats and captains are within view of the rooms. ask the hosts ;-) Everyone we met here was extremely warm and welcoming. No parking available. $40.00 euros per night on parking garage they recommend is insane. The outside facilities are in terrible condition and could use some work.

We had a double room with view on Santa Lucia Church. Good breakfast and acceptable service. Price of the room ( + garage) is higher than the average in Naples center.

Very well located for piazza del Plebiscito. Towels were a bit threadbare and could be replaced. Some noise from the street and our room was right next to reception so we could hear everything and probably vice versa.

Fyi it is at the right side of the 2nd building from the port. No sign. U have to go thru a court yard to a second area. They charge for elevator. They dont have a check in person until 300pm. They make you use three codes to get to room. No key. Check in is on 6th floor. Rooms on 8. Elevator will wake you up at 7. Code entering by guests will wake u all night. Room is good. Sketchy neighborhood but a clean foyer and friendly enough service. Didn’t stay in the hotel (and honestly wouldn’t, from the looks of the neighborhood) but stored my luggage here via Bounce, as it’s close to the central station. Had no issues at all.

We have stayed there in June 2018 and the host (Mario) was very professional and helpful before and during our stay there. I recommend the property for couples and/or couples with a baby.

Don't expect daily housekeeping service - we were there a week and they came in one day in the middle to change sheets. It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience. OK for a night, but probably better options Room was adequate. Washing machine didn't work, and they couldn't get it to work either - I suspect the under-sink wiring was connected to the adjacent suite. Swing-open panel in the bedroom uncovered another panel to an adjacent suite that was caulked closed - not trimmed/nailed/covered, just caulked. Shower is not tall enough for a tall male traveler...
