The room was OK. However, the walls are very thin, and you can't help but hear phone calls and other noises in the room next door. The breakfast is not good except for the coffee (just an espresso) (rubber cornetto, rubber flatbread, rusks, all wrapped in plastic wrap).

Bang for buck can't be beat. A little rough around the edges... But staff is great location perfect. It's like a hostel...but slightly better.

Good for the price, quiet to sleep. No private bathroom. Perfect location.

Overpriced hotel but all the ones in Napoli are. A room is basically very expensive while and apartment in Napoli costs 400€. The hotel in itself is fine, the price is still high for what it is but you have to compare it with other hotels to have a good opinion. Private room, with private bath and water boiler in the room. The staff is also nice and uncomplicated.

A simple hotel in a good location. Stayed in a single room with AC and shared bathroom and it was fine. Nice balcony to hang out in the evening. Good quiet windows / balcony doors that can be darkened. There is a fridge and microwave if needed. You have to walk 60 steps to get to the hotel. I could imagine coming back. The room is right by the sea, with a beautiful view. The house is clean and tidy. But there are a few shortcomings. The shop owner's English communication is a bit difficult and his accent is a bit heavy, but he is very enthusiastic and responsible. We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed the apartment very much. It was some kind of multi tenant units (I think 4) sharing one main entrance. No reception but with Triple security with codes. Positive: The location was great, middle of Vomero (Naples) with the shops, restaurants and public transport: all very convenient and within short walking distances. Overall the stay was good! The location and breakfast provided were superb. The property was clean and quiet but it was very inconvenient having to walk through the public hall to get to the bathroom. Communication and staffing was a bit rough as well. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and although we were told it would be fixed same day, it was never replaced.

The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the central station. The hotel itself was quite small and very noisy. At 7:00 AM, the hotel staff were talking loudly, and the breakfast was very sparse.

The hotel is in the center but the area itself is not family friendly. The owner kept on pushing us to leave before checkout time of 11 am, the breakfast was non-existent except packs of croissants and coffee. The bedsheets very very dirty. The staff was helpful, kind and somehow made our stay tolerable.

Clean rooms, central location near the station. There's no refrigerator in the room. Recommended for a few-day stay if you want to be centrally located and easily get around the city!

Walk using the main street is easier. Just next to Hotel Colombo which is easier to identify than the hotel Casablanca sign (which shows a logo you might not be able to recognise). Good breakfast variety.

There were a few things I didn't like. But overall, it was good. The linens were clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom door had to be lifted to open and close. And the toilet seat was broken. The staff was kind and helpful.

I strongly advise against the structure, the mattress and pillows are terrible. The bed is wobbly and noisy.

The hotel was okay and the location is good but the city itself was, not really clean.

There was no one at the reception and the checking was done online. We almost stayed on the street because no one could open the door for us until I called the hotel on the phone and they made me check in on the street, which was an ugly area to be in with the suitcases and cell phone.

A 10 minute drive by taxi brings you to the hotel. Ask the driver at the airport how much before you leave they can charge more than others. We found both the hotel and the room very clean. The staff are friendly and the roof top terrace is most enjoyable. Make sure to ask for the remote control for the air conditioning and TV.

Loved it. So authentic. Spacious. Those allies however should not have vehicles driving through them making the air terrible. Not the owners fault Ofcourse, but that is the only thing I did not like about the property. Ludovica was most kind and helpful. Loved the property.

There was no TV or radio available. Sometimes no hot water. In total it was good.

Everything perfect, the only flaw is the old-fashioned steps, located on the sixth floor without an elevator... If you do them twice a day... It's like 1 month of gym 😅

Don't expect the quality to be any better than the price and location. But be prepared to feel like you're always using the backdoor of the building.

We were moved to different rooms several times due to problems with the facilities (heating not working, broken blinds, hot water that came out cold...). We only had a breakfast buffet two out of four days; the other two days were terrible. The only saving grace was that the cook was lovely and tried her best to make sure we were comfortable. Not recommended; it's basically a one-star hotel.

This hotel is not exactly a 4 star property. It has no room service, the room safety locker was not working, there was no luggage assistance, there was no room service, the receptionist did not event speak English, fortunately it was just a one night stay so we didn’t face too much of inconvenience. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for longer than a transit night stay.

It's a bit of a walk from the train station, but it's in a good location for other tourist attractions. The facility structure is unique, so you'll have to wait to get on the elevator. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is pleasant. However, there is no lift so it would be difficult to get to your room if you have a big suitcase. Our bathroom had a crack in the shower bottom so it leaked terrible after a shower. Shower/bath gel comes in small packs so ask for more or bring your own. Booked a standard double room. Decor not the best and only 1 English station on which takes a lot of searching before you can find it. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast is not great, to be honest. Great location for enjoying waterfront of Naples. Older property but clean and the staff was friendly. Make sure to schedule a transfer ahead of time if leaving after 12am.

The room was clean, it gives motel vibes to be honest. Good for a quick one night but I wouldn’t stay much longer. No elevator so you have to carry all ur luggage up the stairs. It was quick and easy to check in so I give them that.

This hotel was fine for a single night in Napoli. It's close to the train station, close to the nice old city center. It felt fairly safe as it is located at the big street. The room was small, but it worked fine for the purpose of having a basic stay and leaving early to catch the train next morning.

Not far from the station, overall it's not bad, except for the generator hanging on the wall which is very noisy at night and affects sleep. I could hear it even with earplugs. So I didn't sleep very well that night. 

Stayed in Neapolitan trips with my wife for 3 nights. There was a small problem with first room we checked in as far as water was coming out of shower and flooding room, staff changed the room and second one was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Santa Brigida, it has a great location and the facilities in the room were great. That said, I could hear too much from outside the hotel and inside which meant that I was disappointed at how little sleep I got. I normally don’t write reviews but I figure I should start since I rely on them so heavily. This is a standard hotel room. Very convenient, safe, walkable to shops and restaurants, short taxi to Napoli central. No bells and whistles, but you get plenty of that outside. Clean and simple.
