A wonderful stay with my beautiful wife. The hosts are wonderful and the room is really deluxe. Love this place and definitely we would come back. Thanks Marghrita and Cinzia with two amazing afghani Dogs
Spacious room. Parking for motorcycles is next to the house. Air conditioning would be good to have here. Lovely design.
Not only that, its made me quite unhappy to be told by not falsely giving 10 stars I'm harming their business. So I'll complain publicly here as he seems to hate that and I'm petty
com (9/10 because 10/10 feels fake unless it really is extraordinary service) and the owner felt it was appropriate to send me a WhatsApp message complaining about it
We had a lovely time in this B&B. After 25 hours of travelling the room was a welcome reprieve. Sadly, I left what I thought was a fair review on booking
Alltogether fine, clean, safe. Breakfast could be better (they serve only sweet good, cake, jam etc.).

Excellent hotel for relaxation! The staff is the nicest and most helpful I have ever met! There are clean and equipped rooms, there is a slightly cold but adequate pool in the garden, and there is also the possibility to park and charge your car
Refined and stylish features, such as the glass railings near the pool. ROOM
My room was well-furnished and welcoming, with a modern style and quality materials. The mattress and pillows were excellent for me
However, I confirm the descriptions available there. LOCATION
Strategic: a short walk from the beach and the center, yet in a quiet, low-traffic area. BUILDING
Not dated, yet well-renovated and maintained
The breakfast is very delicious, you can find everything you want for a breakfast. It is close to the city center and the beach so I highly recommend it, definitely come here!
When I arrived, the refrigerator wasn't working, but after I reported it, the technician arrived within a few hours, so I don't consider this a disservice, but rather a demonstration of the prompt and prompt assistance
RESTAURANT
A well-stocked breakfast buffet with fresh, high-quality products. The menu was always different daily, with beautifully presented dishes and, again, fresh ingredients, often regionally sourced

Very good baby, well cared for and clean, abundant and varied breakfast, the lady very helpful and kind even in comparison with my dogs, if because here our cupids are welcome !!
Kind and simple near the high road, close the center by car.Clear rooms and low prices. Breakfast in the price. Nice place, i loved it
Considering the price (just over 70 euros per night) the room has very quiet air conditioning, everything you need, an en-suite bathroom, a good breakfast, room cleaning every morning, private parking
I challenge anyone to find a room at this price not only in Trieste, but in most of Italy. Katia is also uniquely kind, she will find the solution to everything you need
I recommend everyone who needs to sleep near Trieste to contact the Gaia inn
It's not modern but it's clean and orderly. Staff are very kindly and polite.
The owner is always with asks if everything is in order. Location right by the beach, great. There is no elevator, but there is a storage room for a stroller, mattresses, and parasols
A very nice, small hotel in a great location right on the beach, and the pedestrian zone is also within easy reach
Near the beach ⛱️, comfortable rooms, no small refrigerator to keep cold water or something, no safe in the room. No WiFi in the rooms, only outside
Seafront, but noisy rooms, dated furnishings, and no elevator. Parking is not on-site, but far away and subject to charges. A hairdryer must be requested at reception and is not available in the room
The hotel is old, but the service makes up for everything. Rooms clean, cleaned every day, towels clean, sheets changed during stay. The gentleman who cleans sings and smiles

Only downside was, our room didn’t have the best view, however you could spend your time on the terrace of the hotel, which did face the ocean
The staff of this hotel is so lovely, friendly and helpful!! We really enjoyed our little vacation there!! The hotel is really clean and super nice furnished! Housekeeping included every day!! We had a big bathroom - our bedroom was a little small but still all we needed (since we did not spend a lot of time in there anyways)
We definitely are planning on coming back there! muggia is a beautiful small town with great public connection to Trieste
Reception and personnel were all really nice and helpful, the rooms as well as the bathrooms were clean and comfortable
Price/value is perfect. The location, the all staff, the room... everything was nice and perfect. I recommend!
Aside from that, as guests of the hotel we received discounts at restaurants and the parking was cheap!
The staff members were extraordinarily friendly and committed in their tasks, they also called a place for us, where we needed to make an appointment. We felt very welcome from day 1
Exceptional stay at Hotel Istria! The location is perfect for exploring Trieste, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed
Very useable budget hotel located centrally. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. 15 minutes or so walking to the harbor area
Cheap hotel in a very central location in Trieste. One has to make their bed upon arrival, bathrooms are shared, but it was still a great budget option to be in the city and sleep in a private room
What truly stood out was the outstanding service—the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
Management were very helpful and knowledgeable about local amenities and services. Fairly quiet and accessible 24 7

A stone's throw away in the sea area you will find all the restaurants you want. Simple and very clean environment, quite large rooms and helpful staff
The rooms of the building are pleasant and elegant and the interior furnishings are fascinating, recently renovated with modern elements and the classic style of the original building with the addition of beautiful plants in all rooms
I was visiting Trieste, and I booked this B&B, I can only speak highly of it...very clean location, fabulous service, smiling and friendly staff. Located in the center! What more can I say? It's a 100% guarantee
Wonderful, well-situated spot with a very welcoming hostess. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the b&b is an easy walk to many great sites, including thr waterfront, churches, and shopping.
I stayed there in June for work, excellent location, very close to the coastal area, to the wonderful Piazza Unità d Italia and served by buses, which run every 5 minutes, to the central station area
I felt like I was at home, I came for a weekend and I never wanted to leave! Beautiful and clean room, excellent breakfast. Very convenient in the center and with a very kind host, Kseniya

In-room amenities included a TV, a ceiling fan with a light, and air conditioning (controlled by the receptionist). The room itself was surprisingly spacious. 4 | The price-to-quality ratio is not great
It seemed she runs the place with her husband and they live in a room behind the reception. She didn’t speak English and only spoke Italian, which made communication a bit difficult
If there had been more options available at the time of booking, I would have chosen something else. 5 | A downside is the noise from the busy street
The guesthouse is in an older building and the sound insulation is poor. 6 | One highlight was the friendly lady at the front desk
3 | The entire pensione feels very outdated — rooms with parquet floors, damaged doors, and a window with a broken pane
The hotel is in an relatively old building, where different rooms of the apartment are different rooms of the hotel. It is one a common concept in Italy

Very nice space overlooking a park with trees. Close to restaurants and the castle. Deducting a star because the clothes washer door seal was covered in mold, which is a potent allergen
We have not the slightest complaint about this wonderful accommodation. Hygiene, location, communication with the owner Barbara. Everithing is very perfect about this place!!!!
Beautiful place. Very clean and comfortable.
I shut the door tight and did not use it
The area is nice, but the location of the apartment is difficult when you have a lot of luggage. Trieste was a nice city to visit. Guido checked us in and he did a good job helping us when we needed it
Parking was difficult because you have to park in a garage and walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. Though there's tight street parking near the hotel

The receptionist is friendly and helpful. You can leave your backpacks at the hotel. The city center is really close and can be reached on foot. There's a pub next to the hotel where you can eat throughout the day
Perfect location and excellent staff and service. The room was very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. However, a fridge for water during the summer would be amazing, and the shower needs a good scrub.
You open the door, and there it is, the bed. And instead of slats, there's thick, creaky plywood. And the bathroom is funny, like a tall, narrow cabinet, with a 30-centimeter gap past the toilet and bidet
The hotel is close to the train and bus stations, making it convenient for those who need to get around by public transport. The room is simple but clean, and breakfast is available for an additional fee
The main thing is the location. Right next to the bus and train stations. And it was a 20-minute walk from the port. I imagine this used to be a fashionable mansion. High ceilings, a pompous staircase
Good location from Trieste Centrale Station.
Very kind staffs.
Breakfast is soso...
It is better to have it in the cafe outside.

The pool was beautiful, we used it a few times after the beach, which is only a 10 minute walk from the President - umbrellas and sunbeds are included in the rate if you book directly with the hotel
Cicadas chirp so loud around there, it's almost like a sound effect. I had a Classic Room with balcony, overlooking the pool side (not directly above it), shaded by a huge pine tree frequented by wood and sparrows
Unfortunately we never ate at the pool bar/restaurant, which serves food at lunchtime and throughout the day, but we ordered drinks most days from the two excellent bartenders
If I have to offer some minor constructive criticism, I would say that irons in the rooms are a necessity; also, the hotel could do a better job at publicising the daytime and evening events, some of which are only listed online when you scan a QR code found in your room
The housekeeper who serviced our rooms daily was wonderful and it was a joy to see her every morning. Breakfast was varied and there were always staff replenishing items, clearing out tables and keeping an eye on things
Everything was spotless - the level of cleanliness at the hotel are simply stellar. The Air Conditioning was very effective. I had to work from my room two mornings and the WiFi was super fast, even when using a VPN

The room is very clean, but the smell inside the building is not very good. The room is on the third floor. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and there is no service. , I saw the boss alone from beginning to end
Manuel and Kata have a fabulous property here, each suite slightly different from the last. We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. Highly recommended location in the middle of everything and in a Hapsburg palace no less
The host was incredibly hospitable, attentive to our needs and ensuring that we had access to all necessary features. Additionally, the historical nature of the building added a hint of nostalgia and charm
The whole place is really well decorated and staff were very helpful (including letting us leave our car in their private parking later than we should have). Trieste is a bit of a hidden gem
Historic and charming apartment in perfect locatio
Excellent location. Gorgeous property. Staff communicates and is available for any needs. Beautiful apartment and spacious.
It was steps away from the bustling Grand Canal and a few minutes walk to the main square, but once you were inside it was very quiet. I would absolutely book again if I return to Trieste

Perfect location in very city centre, great coazy apartmant with everything that one ould possibly need. Close to mollo4 where you can park your car for 15€/day. Great service, would deffinitively recomend.
Beautiful apartment in wonderful area. Very convenient to walk around trieste and was walkable from both the train station and cruise port. The only negative was trying to get the heat on
Would have loved some extra blankets if the heat can’t be adjusted. Overall would absolutely stay here again!! Lovely!
Everything was great! The space and the location were perfect for two couples.
Some details missed- kitchen with no dish towels, fridge door doesn’t close properly so nothing stays cold, bed is firm and has only 1 pillow per person, no shelf in shower for soap and shampoo… small things, but all together suggest a problem with ‘guest perspective’
Very nice small apartments in a good location. Walkable from train station, near the canal and large plaza with restaurants and shops. One disappointment was the air conditioning not working in either of our apartments

The attention to detail in the hotel room was noticeable, everything was thought through, the ambiance is wonderful, the aroma throughout the hotel with signature branded scents,
Beautiful products, fabulous shower, Egyptian cotton face towels and huge beach body towels , amenity kit, including house slippers combine to make you feel like comfort is the focus
Bedroom changed and cleaned daily. Firm bed was good for the body! Finally the location is ideal for the train station and bus station/ connection to the airport
I was offered any complimentary drinks I wished before leaving reception and after leaving my belongings I accepted his warm invitation and company
Good location, elegant rooms, friendly service. Bed a little too hard.
Unfortunately, the room was on the first floor with a window overlooking the street, and the windows were not somaticized, you could hear everything, making it impossible to sleep
There was no kettle (in 2025, who doesn't have one?) The room was very gloomy, the bathroom had a window. no, I don't recommend this hotel. It was written that there was a bathrobe and toothbrush

The stuff was so nice and helpful showing us around and giving dinner recommendations. The beach is just two minutes walk and I was pleasantly surprised seeing the blue beach flag flying
Close to the beach, shops, and food. There are plenty of things to keep your kids occupied. The owners are wonderful and easy to talk to
For three adults sharing two bunk beds and a king size bed in a studio we payed merely 110 euros for a night, all of these in full season ( mid July) the price included closed parking, outdoor pool access, a specially designed spot on the beach including chaise lounges and umbrellas and full continental breakfast
+Room new and clean
+good location
+parking included
-swimming pool close from 1PM to 3PM!!
The hotel also provides the beds on beach, which is nice. Overall, it is a good hotel for a good prize. If the wifi was excellent, it would be a very pleasant stay
perfect sand and nice shallow waters made our staying even more awesome. I also noticed on property tennis courts and bungalows and children play areas

Some apartments of a residential building are part of a complex. Everything is clean, but some modernisation of the furniture and a freshening of the colors would make it nicer
This place will be a repeat stay whenever I visit Trieste!
And I was looking for an affordable accommodation near the cruise terminal. With a small trolley, it is pretty walkable, but with larger bags, it's better to take a taxi
They do not offer any food, but you can find everything around the corner, as the pedestrian shopping zone is within five minutes. Do not be surprised if you do not see a large lobby
Even if I had a room with a sea view, it would be facing a square, and when you put your head out and turn to the right, you would see some water. The staff is very friendly and helpful
The reception is not occupied 24/7, but when you call, someone will come by within minutes and solve your problem, as if you did not know that the power supply is an obstrusive switch far away in the middle of the wall above a bed
The pool is huge and great for swimming in the morning and evenings when it’s more quiet. Lots of activities which we and our teenager boys enjoyed. Nice paths for running and cycling just outside the camp
We had a fantastic week at this camp, in a Laguna Family bungalow. Very comfortable bungalow, with nice sliding doors and a large terrace and garden. The camp is in beautiful nature and at the sea
A bit noisy in the evening and morning like any campsite, but didn’t bother us too much. Food at the camping restaurant and beach bar was very good
* I loved the music at the pool!
* Everything was very clean – the campsite, toilets, etc. They stack beds and chairs on the beach and by the pool every day. * Lifeguards on the beach and at the pool
Max. satisfaction on all services. Friendly staff, high level of comfort, very nice pitches, high comfort on the beach as well
* The sea is shallow, which is perfect for kids. * Huge playground in the village, another one next to the supermarket (with daily programs for kids), and one on the beach

Pros:
Clean, quiet and safe
Comfortable bed
Convenient-One block away from the Trieste Centrale train station
Stayed 3 nights - took a fun day trip to Venice by train
Walked all around Trieste , several parks and a medieval castle
Grocery across from train station (but we actually preferred the ALDI store - a little further but better selection and prices)
Enjoyed a Chicken Wrap at the Turkish cafe...
Be aware that there is not a lot of parking space however we could at the trainstation about 5 minutes walking for only €14,per day. We would visit this Bed&Breakfast again in the future
The room was cozy, clean, and well-appointed, with a warm, homely atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly, ready to offer advice on what to see in the city
The accomodation is in a pretty nice and neighbourhood. The room very clean and got everything we needed. We didnt mind the selfservice checkin and out an selfservice breakfast
I stayed at this charming B&B in Trieste and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just steps from the city center and the main attractions

The only problem, the AC broke, and it took until the next day to get a reply. This is the only time I missed having a hotel-like service. However, it would be unfair to say that knowing this is a BnB model
Actually a very nice residence. Exactly how it shows in the photos. The management team is very sweet and allowed us to store luggage before and after our stay
Lovely apartments , very well furnished in a very heart of the city, close to nightlife, restaurants and all !!! Definitely will come back !
Very good position, friendly staff
The residence is right in the middle of the citte vecchia - the old city - metres from cafes, bars, a brilliant birreria and restaurants, but in a quiet street and all windows are double glazed
What a great find! Each apartment was small at 30sqm but contained a double bed, modern bathroom and kitchen and an aircon unit - one of those floor ones, and pretty good crockery and cutlery

Amenities are great , clean and plentiful
Swimming pools are great and perfect for kids of all ages under 12/14 years (older might be a bit dissiapointed with slow slides)
What shined for us was the animations, our kids loved animators and took part in every animation. Location is very good as well. Camping staff is watchfull of night quiet hours so no problems with sleeping in the tent
Good service and very clean sanitary facility. Great animation for kids. Own area at the beach for camping guests.
Very clean camping. toilets and showers very clean and nice to use. plots for caravan and camper are tight and small. for tent big enough.
