We were in search for a taxi from our cruise ship to the airport at 3am this morning. Our cruise ship could not assist us but when we arrived at your hotel Sophia assured us she could book the taxi service

Best location in Trieste, really nice room with superb little pastries on arrival and very well equipped. Hotel has a great terrace on Piazza Unità (Piazza Grande). A gem that is definitely worth revisiting in future

Extraordinary: the super central location could not be any better, the whole staff is absolutely wonderful, you feel extremely welcome the minute you reach the hotel

So yes rooms are small as is the lobby and the breakfast area but just read the plate by the entrance and you will walk in just as emperors or Giacomo Casanova did

Good location with the sea across the street and lots of dining options. Downstairs had a nice sauna, steam room and pool. The bar on the mainfloor had amazing drinks and super friendly staff

This hotel is not 5* hotel The room is quite small and even the window is closed you still hear a lot of noise from the street. The toilet seat is broken and breakfast is poor. I will not recommend this hotel.

But I just can‘t agree with this being a five star establishment, which is what I payed for. The rooms are perfectly clean but there are stains on the curtains and on the wall, bathroom appliances are old and it shows

The staff was friendly and helpful so the service was great (we had issues with the fridge in our room and it was fixed as soon as we came back to the room)

It is a bit noisy due to lack of sound isolation in the rooms. Breakfast is good, they have a gym. Just a decent hotel nothing special but good enough

Always free sunbeds so no rush to get one in the morning, and a hot tip that i think the hotel should advertise better is that you can order drinks, toast and pizza straight to your sunbed by the pool

During our 7day stay we were in awe of the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms and the overall service! There's a swimming pool with nice warm water, a jacuzzi, deckchairs on the beach were included and you can also use the hotel bicycles - all included in the price

Nice hotel, 10 minute by walk far from the beach , big parking good And various breakfast, rooms are functionals. Cleanness is impressive. Bikes are free for 3 hours

There were some road works going on making entry to the marina difficult. In fairness the hotel did email 24 hours before but some screw up with mails to the the agent (expedia/hotels. com) meant I didn't see the warning

The hotel wasn't very busy as it's out of season but the lady on the front desk did fire up the espresso machine for me even though the bar was closed

Has a lovely pool free to guests but a 5 Euro charge for a towel. not sure if this is a European norm, but not something we've experienced elsewhere

Here in Muggia, I could finally sleep in peace! Okay, bed and pillow were hard as a rock but at least I got my peaceful sleep without being disturbed all the time! The personell is very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fine, parking included in fees - and such a beautiful town! I can highly recommend this hotel!

Shuttle service exits to transport you, to wherever you want and whenever you want. The breakfast is delicious, the location is central. You keep hearing Bonjorno with a smile from every single staff you meet there

We used the hotel for the weekend, we booked on the day of arrival. The owner was very nice and helpful, he immediately confirmed the booking of the suite. He allowed us early check-in because the room was free

Villa D’Este is a ‘must visit’ hotel in the Italian lake’s region. The public zones of the hotel are very beautiful as well as the gardens. However, the restaurants and the rooms (junior suite) are slightly disappointing

A small hotel in a quiet neighborhood - not many restaurants around, but Grado being a small town, everything (beaches, shops, restaurants. ) is still within a short walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff

In 2024 and in a seaside location with sand, having carpet in the room is not the best. Room with climate, hairdryer, large TV, shower, 2 terraces with drying rack

Hotel "90s style", without too many aesthetic pretensions but with the courtesy that is appropriate. Possibility of using bicycles even with a child seat (everything is on the plain) to go to the center in a few minutes

At 200m from the hotel there is the 'Villa D'Este' (same management) which gives the possibility to use a small swimming pool, whirlpool and solarium without paying more

The rooms are comfy, there’s some variety of food for breakfast, I’m not sure when it happens or if it is something regular but right in front of the hotel sometimes there are some “mercantini” where you can buy interesting stuff, pretty cozy i’d say

Good staying at this hotel for one week with all inclusive accomodation. The food is not so varying but the quality is good. Very near to the beach and to the city center

There is noise during the evening especially if you are in the dependance. Very useful the usage of bicicles and for who has kids there is a reserved area where they can play

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place. It is quite a long walk from the port: 30-40 minutes, and you need to take into account that you will have to walk uphill (it is very difficult with suitcases)

But at the same time, the walking path to the hotel from the center / from the port can pass through the main attractions of Trieste (the Fortress, the Roman arch, the Roman theater, the church), all of them are within walking distance
