Just in the middle of the town, close of a lot of restaurants, close to the old town, close to the port (cruise ship). The room very confortable, clean and a good breakfast.

Lovely place. Arrived in the evening, friendly People and nice breakfast with many options to chose from.

Only stayed one night in between bus journeys. Closeness to bus station was a big plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok given price and bathroom was very modern

It’s a typical no frills beach hotel. Building and rooms are understandably dated. The bathrooms are updated and fine. The buffet breakfast standard tourist fare is sufficient

The hotel could do better by changing their beach model to something more accommodating after September. It’s a 12 minute walk to the historic center

I can really recommend the hotel. It is very nice and clean, the food was super good at dinner, and they refilled the breakfast buffet all the time, so that there was always plenty of food

Perfect location, close to center, but quiet enough. We had two bed apartment, really large bed, big rooms, clean Service was great, everyone helpful, there is option for public parking reduced cost while you stay.

Well located, nearby historic places, city centre, bus stops and cruise port. The staff is very communicative and speaks perfect English. They ccommodate special requests such as storing bags or late check-in

The apartment was clean and spacious, it was in a beautiful older building, had a well-equipped kitchen, washer and drier, etc. The location is excellent, so we were able to walk to all the sites

I cannot give more than 3 stars because the booking times are only in the morning (I called one afternoon for the next day and was told to try the next morning at 8) and because as a hotel it has not been able to adapt to COVID regulations by continuing to serve the buffet breakfast, which in a normal period would be great but in this historical period it is not allowed

A short stroll away, you'll find the beautiful beach, which is ideal for soaking in the sun and enjoying the peaceful seaside ambiance. The proximity to the beach makes it easy to spend leisurely days by the water

Lovely place, excellent location (located between the beach and Grado's best gelateria), really nice breakfast, rooms are good value for money, and while the walls are indeed pretty thin, the clientele of the hotel seems to be the more reasonable, quiet type, so noone steals your sleep

Nice beach and great performance.

We spent already 3rd vacation in this hotel with our three children. The breakfast is very good, the caffe is Illy. I don't know why but our car is exactly same clean in the end as in the beginning

It is really home atmosphere without being fake, because Italians just being themselves is wonderful. Breakfast with great Cappuccino and local sweets is really amazing experience. Its 2 minutes from city center

It was close to the water, which is nice. It loud when the windows are not closed. Not convenient to get dropped off by car. Over all I would stay here again

I was in Trieste for the Immaculate Conception weekend with my family. From the central station it is easily reachable with a walk. Hotel is in a great location for visiting the centre

It had a modern bathroom with a very good shower; hot water worked flawlessly, and fresh towels were always provided

Some people complain about the lack of breakfast, but it’s clearly stated in the booking information. Honestly, it makes no sense to pay €100 more per night at another hotel just for breakfast

Downstairs, there’s a coffee machine offering about 15 types of coffee and warm drinks for just €1, plus very cold water and other drinks at fair prices — something I really appreciated

Nice clean rooms. Hotel is near a really nice part of the city and beach. Rooftop is also very nice but wirlpool wasn't working. Breakfast is also good

The staff is very kind and helpful. We have our sunbeds and umbrellas included, the receptionist handed us a coupon with the number of the sunbed at the beach, which is at about 5 minutes walk from the hotel

Als very practical are the included bikes at the hotel ( they have plenty of them) so you can explore the surroundings. It is very nice to take a ride with the bike to any of the other beaches in Lignano

The owner is very helpful and hospitable. We took the superior room for one night, very clean and well furnished room. They included the availability of umbrellas and sun loungers for two days, included in the price

The hotel is in a strategic position very near to the city center but in a quiet zone. The breakfast is very good and the service very friendly.

The big advantage is the minimum distance from the sea. Own acces to the sea, hotel sunbed and umbrellas. Drinks can be ordered directly on the terrace and drink in the beautiful sea view

We stayed with my wife between the 3rd and 13th of July. It was a very nice bungalow with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms even there is a mezzanine and it overlooks the sea. The building has outstanding noise insulation

Josip the Head waiter always discussed with the guests their orders in detail and in cases recommended amendments but if the guest insisted he still remained happy, smiling and keen to serve so the guests never felt any remorse

All in all our experience was unforgetabla. Of course there were things which could be improved like the bread or croissant but the human touch was so good that it compensated and we didn't bother too much with these

Once I complained to the Head receptionist, Alberto that the mattress is already very soft, He said a new was coming. First I thought he just wanted to make me quiet but before our last night it really did arrive

This hotel was wonderful. It is beautiful, has a friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Not as close to the harbor, more in city center. We took a taxi to the dock, not a big deal. Lovely part of Trieste.

Very dirty bathroom as you can see from pictures, dust everywhere made us cough, did tell front desk, lady said sorry and they would try to do better, well that’s not good enough no compensation for the filthy room we had for 2 night and not cheap, so sad because if they just focused more on hygiene and spending a few more pounds on food then this would make this a great hotel to stay in as it is close...

The balcony was looking out on a small area with not much daylight and it had other balconies and was over where staff had kitchen breaks. The staff on reception and in the bar were really nice

Biggest drawback for us was the breakfast which was really poor. Very little fruit and scrambled eggs that tasted like fish. It was not what you would expect from a Four Star

This hotel is in a great location and a few minutes walk from the Train station and the same from the centre. It says this is a four star Hotel but its really not

Very good price/value ratio. Covenient parking in the front of the hotel or in in rhe own underground garage. Only few minutes drive to the city center or to beaches of Muggia or Slovenia. Close to the Skocjanska Cave.

Stayed here only for one night but my stay was really positive. Air conditioned room with cozy bed and everything you need. It is a family business and the owner was the nicest man on the planet

I loved the painting on the wall and the blue interior. We had a window overlooking the city street below. It was fun to open it for street sounds but then once closed, complete silence!! Bed was comfortable

I believe we found the absolute PERFECT place for our stay in Trieste! Residenza Corso Saba was an easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. And right in the middle of great restaurants and cafes
